||Olive rosy skin and lively, energetic pale blue hues, filled to the brim with an excitement and playfulness. His hair is a snowy-white, tussled around and hardly ever styled to look decent. When it is put together nicely and combed through, it's often messy and back to normal hours later. Small freckles scatter along the underneath of his eyes and the bridge of his nose, hardly visible in dim lighting or dark settings. Lithe and slim, standing at around 5'11. With sensitive skin and thin blood, it's almost impossible to never see him without a bruise or two. ||

Persona
Quite an active person to be around. He loves interacting with others and finding out different things about them. He enjoys seeing the good and bad sides of people and cherishing them for their good sides and helping them through their bad, knowing that everybody really does just need somebody to lean on even when they're in the roughest patch. His heart is full and golden and he has the charisma to encourage others. Aaaaaand.....while this may make him sound childish and completely ignorant-- which is a tad true--, he is in no regards thick-skulled or dense. He knows very well when to close his mouth and when to open it, but sometimes his heart overpowers his logic and he finds himself saying what he wants to anyways. Even then, he's calm in serious situations and is completely capable of being earnest himself.

When upset or struggling with his own emotions, he tends to put up a bit of a wall. It's hypocritical seeing as he always tells people to not bottle it up...but, what can he say? Following his own morals is hard to do when dealing with himself.

Biography

Apollo lived a relatively good childhood growing up. His mother worked as a veterinarian at a local clinic and his father was a manager who worked at quite an upscale company; which meant they weren't around much to spend time with him. His mother did come home around the same time every evening, but sometimes a certain patient would come in and she'd work overtime to make sure it would be alright. His father didn't have such a consistent schedule returning home, and would be gone for days at a time, Because of all this, they hired a nanny to take care of Apollo and keep him company during the days he'd be home by himself.

One day, when he was outside helping the nanny garden, he remembered feeling faint. Now, this had happened on numerous occasions before...where he had a dizzy spell out of nowhere and had to sit for a while, but being a dumb kid, he didn't want to tell his parents in fear they might take him to the hospital. Anyways, as he was helping the nanny plant flowers, he had fainted right on the spot. Miss Diaz --nanny-- had an entire freak-out trying to wake the boy up before finally calling 911 and having an ambulance rushed to the house.
Apollo remembers waking up in the hospital bed, completely and utterly terrified of the IV in his arm and having a mini-meltdown when the nurses rushed in. It's silly to think about now, but he abhorred doctors and hospitals as a child and remembered distinctly screaming at his doctor to leave him alone. Whoops.

Well, later on after the testing was done, it had turned out Apollo was suffering from anemia. A condition that signaled he didn't have nearly enough red blood cells in his body to keep him running healthily. All the dizzy spells and fatigue made sense now that he was given a diagnosis. It was something that was easily curable by taking vitamins, but it had stuck with him a lot throughout his childhood and teenage years. He was hardly able to keep up with the other kids his age because of this illness and often was not included in games or activities. Not to mention he was a bit shy as a kid...so accompanied with not being able to fit in really sucked. Others didn't care much for somebody who couldn't keep up with them as well. Sure, there were the occasional friends that stuck by his side, but everyone eventually lost touch and he was left on his own again.

Being an adult with a healthier palette and more capable of taking iron, his anemia faded away with time.

He had a good friend, though, that he really loved to hang out with as a kid. He was the only one he told his dizziness problems to in the early stages. They'd often spend hours and hours together and would share all their secrets with each other. Apollo loved this friend and nearly ever separated from their side, but after a few years, they had to move away for a reason he didn't know about. He only wished he had been smart enough to get their contact info before they left. He hardly even can recollect their face now.

His mother recently passed a year or so ago because of a virus that went around his old town, and the grief process has been slow. His father is in good health as far as everyone knows...but the death of his wife is and has been extremely hard. Living now on his own, the man adopted a service dog named Dixon to help aid the mourning process.

Apollo now works at a flower shop owned by an elder lady and attends university, majoring in botany and minoring in animal science.

Misc

+No matter what, there always seems to be some sort of essence of life around Apollo. Whether it be a flower, an animal, or another human, he's never without.

+Attracts animals easily. This had been something he'd always noticed when he was young. In the neighborhood he had lived in as a kid, was a grand forest just on the outskirts. He'd ventured by there one time as a teen and encountered a baby deer. It seemed to be waiting for its mom. Knowing that touching the animal might have the mother reject it, Apollo didn't approach it. But instead, the little deer followed him. He was confused by the whole situation and even tried losing the little guy; but the fawn didn't give up. Apollo eventually stopped walking and sat down with the baby deer; and just as he had thought, the mother arrived a little while afterward. She didn't seem at all bothered by Apollo interacting with her child. He distinctly remembers the feeling of her gently bumping his head with her snout, before calling the baby to follow her back into the woods.
It was a strange interaction, but one he'd never forget.
The same thing happens with nearly any animal who encounters Apollo. He has an ability to calm even the most threatening of stray dogs and cats.

+Absolutely loves raspberries? Like, who doesn't?
