Astro Vashile

Captain of the Sentinel Reconnaissance Party

Immortals came and go and he was just spacing out. He stood up and looked at his fellow Sentinels.

"Forgive me, I need to get fresh air." He then stood up and walked towards the weather deck. He leaned on the guardrail and looked at the Ocean. It was as blue as his skin. He wondered why was he spacing out. He tried to remember what happened, but nothing would pop out of his mind. He just sighed and continued on looking at the ocean.

Acantha was at her quarters busy reporting on the events that had played out throughout her quick visit ti the gold harbor, as well as her observations on if there are any defuncts and symptoms that Astro might've contracted due to his turning into a sentinel. Ontop of that she had set up smaller scale scanners and trackers, aswell as a laptop that was in her, rather large, suitcase. There were larger observation and scanning equipment inside was well but you cant use them on a ship. When she was done she disassembled everything (except the small scanners and trackers) and locked/hid the suitcase away.

Acantha stretched her limbs now bored and not sure of what to do she decided to be adventurous walking to the deck of the ship. Finding astro there, her first reaction was 'ABORT' Buuttt he had noticed her. With a sogh she walked next to him. "Missing home?"

@Rurnur @Wickedkent

Isaac froze in place as he heard her, it looked like he had no choice, if he helped "the one below", not only he could gain safety against "it", but he would also get what he was looking for. He stood there, not noticing the ship was already moving, thinking about his answer. After a while, he quickly turned around and walked towards her, standing a few feet away, staring at her "If what you say is true, I will help you, although I would like any information you can provide me with, just to be sure I can trust you." Isaac made a brief pause "I won't tell anyone, I know it would be a death sentence, wouldn't it?"

The woman gave a sinister chuckle, holding her clawed fingers up to her lips to cover her mouth. This one seemed unpredictable, surely looking out for himself, however, recruitment was always far more worthwhile in the long run, when compared to simply devouring a rogue huntsman. "A wise decision, to ally with the one below.. will reap you great rewards, and protect you from the regrettable fate you would otherwise meet." She spoke slowly and methodically, watching the figure intently. "That's right, dark one. Many powerful figures hunt for the one below, if not me, surely one of them will have the answers you seek. This 'pilgrimage' will put us on the path to them, conveniently. However, I will do my best to answer your questions, for now.." She whispered to him, and then gave a graceful bow, awaiting his questions, whatever they may be. @Payphone.

Issan Guardi

The Novice Guardian

"Nice to meet you then, Raiden. I'll be also grateful to have another guardian to rely on." He said as he nodded with a spark of joy on his eyes.

His soul was filled with positive emotions even if it was just because a new friend, he didn't had a partner before or even a friend. To start that kind of friendly relationship gets him very excited for what it could happen in the future.

"I'll see the sea now. It might be the best to do in this vessel after all." He as looking back and then turning around, taking a few steps forwards to be close enough to see the blueish water.

"Isn't that beautiful?" The sea was always something he liked, on his planet he saw it all the time. "The amount of water is just incredible and with each evaporated hundreds of water drops, a thousand of them comes up to this water body to be one with them."

JAD TZOKNILL

Titan Of Clan Coldtusk, hailing from the Northern Bellum Alps

Jad stood up from his throne atop the ship, feeling the satisfying rush of his vessel gliding through the water, however, he knew that this voyage would begin to eat away at his patience at this pace. He enjoyed a long trip at sea, of course, but Jad was a simple being, and was more than happy to speed up the trip by just a fraction. "Now, let's see how the pull of the earth can aid our journey." Jad said to himself as he extended his right hand, and began to focus his energy. Immediately, a translucent, light violet sphere appeared hovering over the palm of his hand, with it's appearance, the air began to shimmer with the pressure it exerted. As Jad focused more, the sphere began to slowly expand, until he pushed his hand up lightly and allowed it to raise above his head. "This should hold the ship steady." He said and clenched his fist tightly, causing the sphere to tremble and then seperate into a dozen or so smaller spheres, that all rushed in opposite directions, taking positions at different corners of the ship, floating above the water's surface alongside the ship. Jad nodded and then clenched both his fists, creating large purple orbs around each of his hands, which he then promptly slammed together, forming a single, huge energy sphere. Though for now, he kept the energy dormant, not affecting anything on the ship. The sphere floated safely in front of him, until he lifted his massive axe onto his shoulder, gripped it with both hands and swung it at the orb, letting the orb latch itself onto the head of his axe. The Titan swung his huge axe around himself several times, gritting his teeth before he launched the sphere in the direction of the Badlands. The orb was a flash of purple light as it zoomed through the air, eventually finding it's place at the bow of the ship, constantly moving with the vessel as it travelled forwards. "Go, go with the force of gravity!" Jad finally shouted, his roar activating the energy within his gravity orbs, the single large orb at the front of the ship began to pull the Gullinberst forward with immense strength, increasing the ship's speed exponentially, while the other spheres kept the ship steady on it's voyage. After reaching a satisfying speed, Jad sat down on his throne once again, smiling.

Second-in-command Titan to

Jad Tzoknill

----------------

Excitement filled every nerve in the Titans green body as his emerald eyes stared out at the body of blue before him, the sun in just such a position that it seemed as if the waves themselves were made out of sparkling sapphires. This was his first time on a boat, and while he had heard from many mortals that the first time on a boat made you sick, Velud couldn't have felt any better. The cool sea breeze kissed his face as gently as he would have guessed the spirit of an enchantress would, and he let out a soft sigh of contentment. He had only been away from the cold mountains he called his home for a little while now, but he was already in love with the sights he'd seen already.

His hands gripped the railing tightly as he leaned forward over the edge of the ship, but then had to right himself quickly as the boat shifted abruptly. An all too familiar voice shouted at this, and Velud rolled his eyes before a small laugh escaped his lips. He turned around from the railing and looked over to Jad, who had just sat back down in his throne, obviously having finished whatever he did to make the boat go this unnatural speed. He called out to Jad as he leaned against the railing with a smile.

"Oi! Careful, would ya? Won't mean a thing how fast we get there if we arrive in pieces!"

Another laugh, this one a little more audible, escaped his lips as he found his eyes scanning the rest of the ship below, a multitude of strangers walking around. He wasn't quite sure who these people were; Jad was the one taking care of business while he was off just taking in the sights. But if Jad trusted them, then so would Velud, and he paid no mind to them.

Jad grinned over at his most trusted companion, he who provided a much needed balance to the entirety of Clan Coldtusk. "Oh this beast can handle the rough seas, don't you worry!" He shouted back with a friendly chuckle, wandering over to the railing, the Titan placed his massive hand on the side of the ship, watching the exotic colors dance over the horizon. "Enjoying yourself then, Velud?" He turned and asked his friend, smiling as he took note of the other Titan's expression. He was right to as well, the seas were magnificent, and the Gullinberst felt more like a home than even the great mountains to the north. Out here, the Clan felt like one being, all aboard this vessel, working together, it was right. Jad nodded and looked back out at the sea, the huge waves striking at the sides of the ship. "We have a world ahead of us, brother, it's been waiting for us our whole lives. It's about time we showed it the strength of Clan Coldtusk." He spoke straight from his soul, the swirling energies inside began to call forth in agreement. Every soul of Jad Tzoknill was hungry for the chance to make a mark on this world.

Velud Simmin

Second-in-command Titan to

Jad Tzoknil

----------------

Velud looked up to Jad with a subtle smile, then turned his head back to the ocean with a deep sigh.

"Aye, I sure hope they're ready for us. There better be some good grub where we're going. Something...sweet, but with a kick."

He laughed a bit more, then shook his head.

"But I bet you're thinking about the women, eh? Heheh."

He nudged Jad with a sly grin, then his head turned down to the deck to the strangers. Curiosity filled him, and he turned to him again with a raised eyebrow.

"So boss, are you sure we can trust these people? I'm sure we could hold our own against them if something happened, but you never know."

A hand instinctively went to his chin as he turned again and watched some of them.

Letting out a tremendous laugh, Jad smacked Velud on the back and held onto his shoulder, smiling back at him. "Eh? You're the young man out of us two! What do you take me for?" He laughed again and looked out at the horizon, so flat and stable, it was hard to imagine that this world was truly curved, that eventually that scenery would change to something other than an endless ocean. The world really was bigger than Jad had ever imagined, and now that he was on the seas with his brothers, he couldn't get enough of it. What had he been doing his whole live? Restricting himself to that freezer up north? Incredible as it was, this world had so much more to offer, and he had much to prove to it as well.

Breaking away from his thoughts, Jad frowned briefly and began to stroke his beard, noticing the two Immortals not far off, looking over the railing just as he and Velud had been doing. "Hah, perhaps I was a bit reckless, inviting so many travellers, from such far off lands. Though what is the clan really, if not reckless?" Jad grinned wide, looking down at his companion. "My gut said good things about a number of them, I spoke to a few, and I felt no bad intentions. After all, when have Guardians or Primals been one to create conflict?" He pondered, thinking back to the faces he had come across in Gold Harbour. "Then again, there were some rather unusual souls who accepted my offer. Maybe I should have brought you with me, eh?" He chuckled, hiding a shred of doubt within his soul, a concern that he had put his clan in danger. However it was quickly put at ease by the confidence he had in his clan's strength, that both he and every other clan member has come out here of their own will, putting themselves in danger for the good of the clan. Gillan Lorke

Renegade Titan, hailing from the Islands of Vias

------------------------------------------------------

The titan's dark eyes focused on the trinket in her hands, turning it over in her palm. When she first boarded the ship this morning, she had sat herself in a discreet corner of the deck, content to spend the majority of the day figuring out what exactly the bobble was for. Now, she found it hard not to smile at the way the gold surface cast reflections across the wood below her, almost finding more amusement in the object than anything. So preoccupied was she that she did not hear the shouting beyond her. It was only when the ship gave a sudden jolt that she gasped, bowled over by the force of the sudden acceleration. The trinket slipped from her fingers, clinking as it bounced and tumbled across the deck. She lunged after it, only to have it come to a rest just beyond someone's feet. She blinked at it for a moment, from her place sprawled out on the floor, then cautiously turned her gaze upwards to see who exactly she had lunged towards.

Velud Simmin

Second-in-command Titan to Jad Tzoknil

--------------

Velud laughed lightly as he looked up at his taller companion with a raised eyebrow, crossing his arms and leaning against the railing.

"Aye, maybe you should've. You always like to think the best of people. It's an admirable trait Jad, but it's gonna end up biting you on your arse someday."

He looked back out to the ocean again and sighed. It was true; in a world where people would do anything to win, people wouldn't hesitate to take advantage over Jad for his trusting nature. Velud knew Jad; he wouldn't ask for help, so he was just going to have to look out for him just like he did for him. He didn't mind it, since he was indebted to Jad for helping him become the warrior he was today, and he was always happy to help a friend.

A short clinking sound brought his attention behind him, and an object hit his foot. He turned around to look on the floor and saw some sort of golden trinket, and on the ground in front of him was a very large woman; another Titan, perhaps? He didn't see her get on...

He crouched down and picked the golden trinket up, then bent over, holding out a hand for her to take and the trinket in the other for her to take.

"This is yours, yeah? No harm done; here you go."

Renegade Titan, hailing from the Islands of Vias

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Squinting against the sun, she could make out two looming figures, easily her size or better. One of them had to be the captain, she thought, at least according vague description that she had heard earlier. It hadn't concerned her at the time. She took the man's open hand and mustered the least embarrassed smile she could manage as she pulled herself up. "Yes, thank you," She answered, taking back her little treasure from his waiting hand. She hid it from view, placing her hands behind her back as she stepped backward carefully, eyes darting between the two figures. "I'll just.. step out of the way now." Her short laugh would have sounded sheepish, if not for the steadiness of her voice.

Velud Simmin

Second-in-command Titan to Jad Tzoknil

-------------------------

Velud raised an eyebrow as he helped her stand and looked her up and down. She had the usual grey skin that Titans have, and was well toned, with odd symbols and tattoos all over her arms. What really caught his eye though, was her silver hair. He had never seen such a hair color before, and it made the woman look quite pretty. She was about a foot or two taller than Velud, but he looked up at her with a wide smile on his face.

"Oh no, please, stay a minute! This is my first time seeing a Titan anywhere outside the Alps. My, you outsiders certainly are built to be attractive. And that hair! I've never seen such a color like that!"

He glanced to his side to his much taller companion, but he turned back quickly as he introduced the both of them. If Jad introduced himself he might intimidate her.

"Oh, my name is Velud. Velud Simmin. The big brute of a Titan next to me is Jad Tzoknil, leader of Clan Coldtusk. Don't like his appearance fool you though, he's a real softie. What's your name, stranger? Where ya from?"

He leaned back against the railing and gave her a friendly smile.

As much as Raiden liked to see the beauty of the world, that was something he already had done on his journey from where he had awaken to this ship. He figured if this was a titan sized ship, titans tend to be very violent so there must be a training/sparring facility somewhere onboard. That is unless the captain really trusted a bunch of immortals to come together and not fight. "Maybe we should go find out if there is some sort of training facility on this ship. Who knows how long this voyage will take, might as well take advantage of our time at sea while we can. Never know when we could end up fighting a foe for real." Raiden suggested.

Gillan Lorke

Renegade Titan, hailing from the Islands of Vias

------------------------------------------------------

A moment passed where she looked stumped, raising her eyebrows and blinking at the shorter man. Then she smiled, pleasantly surprised by the compliments. Her movements ceased. She straightened up. Gillan had been expecting two gruff, stern men; these two appeared to be downright jolly. She used this moment of ease to study the stranger, from his odd green skin to the sharp tusks that should have appeared menacing, had it not been for his cordial smile. He had such an approachable air to him. It wasn’t something one saw very often in Titan territory. No, this certainly wasn’t the greeting she had pictured.

It was hard to keep her smile from faltering as Velud (she had caught the name, even amidst her momentary distraction) then introduced his companion. Tzoknill was well-known, even outside of Bellum. She turned her gaze up to the hulking man, who stood even taller than she. It was easy to see how he had earned his position. His strength and age were evident just from looking at him, though the latter did not mar his appearance by any means. Those yellow eyes seemed to burn. Even with Velud’s assurances, his questions hung in the air, unanswered. Gillan seemed at a loss for words.

“Gillan!” Finally, she shook her head, eyes returning to Velud. “Ahem, my name is Gillan. I’m from the Islands of Vias.” She dipped her head lightly. “I-it’s an honor to meet you both.”

Leader Of Clan Coldtusk, hailing from the Northern Bellum Alps

Jad had returned to watching the horizon as the ship speeded off ahead of the other travellers who had set off onto the ocean. This would either take the predators off guard, or they'd be falling right into their trap. Either way, Jad wasn't particularly concerned, especially if someone could detect a beast before the initial attack, that way even the ship itself should be safe from any significant damage. Moments later, Jad turned back around at the sound of Velud making conversation. A grin quickly spread across his face as he eyed up the female Titan who appeared to be travelling with them. "Ah! A Titan! How about-" Jad started enthusiastically, before being cut off by Velud, though he quickly realised a more respectful introduction was called for. The hulking Titan placed his hands on his hips and smiled down at the newcomer, pleased at the inclusion of another Titan aboard their ship. "Ahem, an honor indeed, Gillan! An honor to have you aboard our vessel, and to have a fellow Titan fighting by the clan's side." Jad grinned and began to stroke his long beard thoughtfully. He hadn't heard of many Titans living in those islands, as far as he knew, Titans generally preferred more wide-open areas, such as the continent of Bellum. However, this only made him more interested in her strength, she appeared soft and good-natured, but he knew that a Titan couldn't reach that level of power without great inner strength. "The islands, huh? The Clan Coldtusk has never ventured there before, if you plan to stay with us that long, your knowledge would be of great help to us."

Koreen Ta'ok

A small black shadow lurked in the corner of the wooden ship. Koreen pets her spear as if it were a creature she loved dearly as her face displayed little emotion in it. She looked around with a murderous glint in her eye, but her face remained cold and calm. She could sense it. Another hunter was present here and it made the girl feel things that she did not understand. Koreen did not understand many things at all, She only understood her place, her purpose, her pleasure of pain. The spear she held she often gave a lot of affection too. It loves when she pets it and that makes it perform better. The huntress also made sure to give enough attention to her sword too. It'll be so lonely without her, wouldn't it? she thought insanely.

Deciding to move she looked around and put her spear in its rightful place as footsteps made a light thump against the wood. She had a sort of bounce in her step and pale fingers intertwined together. The slight jolly way of walking didn't fit the aura or mood Koreen was expressing. She saw it all and internal lust for blood set in, though had to be suppressed sadly. She saw Yoven and the rouge hunter she had originally sensed. Her eyes locked with the rouges before she tilted her hand with a dull expression. Turning the pale female walked away with clenched fists. They were clenched for absolutely no reason, but Koreen preferred it like that.

Velud Simmin

Second-in-command Titan to Jad Tzoknil

---------------

Velud stifled a laugh at Jad's little introduction about honor; that was just how the older Titans were, he supposed. But it was nice to see him conversing with this woman so casually; he had feared that something might go awry with the way Jad was. Velud turned back to the woman, who introduced herself as Gillan, and smiled as soon as she mentioned the Islands. He laughed lightly after Jad commented on it.

"Aye, it is a decent stroke of luck to have someone from the Islands with us. Jad's never been too great with direction, if you catch my drift. Then again, neither am I! I guess that's why we get lost so often! Haha!"

He scratched the back of his head in embarrassment, then sighed, crossing his arms and closing his eyes as he leaned against the railing.

"Ah, what I would give to be at one of those islands right now. Tropical weather, sandy beaches, fruity foods, and last but most certainly not least, island women. Stars, wouldn't that be nice? Sounds like a helluva place to retire, huh Jad?"

He nudged Jad in the rib with an elbow and laughed. Velud knew that it would be ages before Jad stepped down, but it was still funny to think of him like that; laying down on a beach, a fruity coconut drink in one hand, sipping away as the sun sets. A grin formed on Velud's face, and he shook his head lightly, trying to get that thought out of his head.

It took a few moments before Acantha decided that Astro needed some time alone, people were always so annoying to deal with. She walked away and used her strings to monitor conversations going around on the ship. It seemed like the captain was having a rather wonderful chat and a few shady characters were lurkin about. However she wasnt there to peacekeep she was simply there to gather knowledge, so she walked over to where the Titan Jad was seeing how it seemed to be the loudest. @Rurnur @Wickedkent@starlightredux @The Lord of Sunlight (Can ya guys give me a brief rundown of the setting and whats happening? :D)

Yin stood on the deck of the ship, his eyes closed as he focused on the feeling of the wind passing through his fur. The shadows under his feet rippled slightly as he listened to their whispers. Everything spoke, at least that is what the Ancestors said. From what he knew, each Primal could communicate with their energy and with what their energy represented. Of course, he didn't know if this was true. Sometimes he felt as though he was hearing something, but whenever he attempted to delve deeper into his own energy, whatever he thought he could hear would slowly vanish.

The blue lines of energy on his body seemed to throb like his heart beat. Shadows twisted along his feet, crawling up and over the spots of blue, running through his fur like rivers through a canyon. Suddenly, the energy rapidly reversed course, returning to his feet as he opened his eyes. He could hear the others near by, talking about islands. A bright place with lots of sunshine wasn't really that bad of an idea, however, for Yin to advance in his energy, he'd need to be in darker places, places where it was easier for his shadows to stretch and grow.

Leader Of Clan Coldtusk, hailing from the Northern Bellum Alps

(for @Petroshka, Jad and Velud, the two leaders of the clan were chatting, when they encountered another Titan aboard their ship, Gillan, who they introduced themselves to)

Jad's simple mind quickly got to work imagining the luxuries described by Velud, his eyes raised to the blue skies as he became entranced by the idea. "Mmm.. a tropical island, huh? Is that really where you're from, Gillan? We'll have to see it when we get there! Makes you regret this massive wasteland that must be crossed first, does it not?" Jad folded his arms and laughed, now eager to make his way to that paradise. The journey through the Badlands would be difficult, but if anything, that dream of a tropical island vacation would serve as an enticing reward at the end of a difficult trek. "Though to be fair, this shining sea is a grand sight already. Who knows what breeds of monsters lurk below, but at this moment, it's refreshing when thinking back to the grey skies of home." He smiled and looked at the bright skies once more, before turning back to see the girl from back in Gold Harbour approach them. "Ah, Acantha! You come to join us? Enjoying your voyage?" He grinned, wondering if the girl had finally come to open up about herself, possibly her allies as well.

@The Lord of Sunlight@starlightredux

Acantha gave a analytical look at each of them as Jad had begun talking to her. "Mostly just here to enjoy the sight and maybe listen in on your oh-so-interesting conversation." She walked closer to them then looking off into the ocean. "A tropical island's mystique will only last so long until you've ground tired of its gifts." She turned around to look at the towering titans above her. "After all, it is only nature for us to want more." She made sure to pay careful attention to their expressions at the end. She knew of Titan's overall nature but it really applied to every living thing, it depends on if these titans took that sentence to heart.

@Rurnur @The Lord of Sunlight @starlightredux

"That could be also. The titans are serious when it comes to battles and training, so let's ask to the captain of then vessel." Issan said with a gentle smile decorating his face, as eyes could be seen glittering faintly.

Then he approached to the titan and with aid of a summoned spear, he flew to where he could see him. He then stopped the spear and sat on the handle as it released a generous amount of light for him to be stable in the air.

"Greetings sir. My name is Issan Guardi, a guardian. I was asking myself if you don't have any training room where the travellers could fight together. But if you don't have, then I understand." He said politely, he may be a warrior but was still a gentleman who liked to be good with anybody, including his enemies.
