Since I can't see any active interest checks about this anime, I decided to make one.
This story is basically an alternate timeline, but it completely relates to the original setup of the anime.

Sypnosis (no need to worry about spoilers in this paragraphs):
One normal day, at the start of the classes for students, astronomers reported that 70% of the moon has been destroyed. Many thought that the professionals were just bluffing, but at nighttime, the moon was crescent, and it was the middle of the month. Investigators and astronomers theorized that an artificial beast or alien caused this much destruction, since no such manpower has been able to do that.
The story will take place in class 3-E of Kunugigaoka Highschool. The class 3-E is considered as the dumbest classroom at the whole university. Students that committed very serious violations, students that has very low grades and some who aren't fit to be at the main campus goes to class 3-E. Unlike the four other classes, the 3-E is located at a separate building. It is located at a mountain just behind Kunugigaoka High School. The class 3-E is also required to line up first before everyone else at the assembly hall that is located at the main campus. It is not their only disadvantage though. Since the class is located at the mountain, the students have to go to the wilderness of the mountain just to go to the main campus.
After the day the moon became permanently crescent, a new teacher has appeared at Kunugigaoka High School, and he was the main teacher of class 3-E. He was given the name of Koro-sensei. Koro-sensei was not a normal human, since he can accelerate at the maximum of Mach 20, incredible pressure endurance and lead can melt into his body. Japan's Ministry of Defense theorized that the teacher was responsible for the destruction of the moon, and Koro-sensei threatened to do the same to earth in an unspecified date. They tasked the class to assassinate their teacher using special anti-tentacle weapons. It is extremely dangerous to Koro-sensei but harmless to humans. The ministry has promised that if they subjugated their teacher, they would be rewarded with 30 million yen in one condition: They shouldn't tell anyone, not even their family. It is a top-secret mission to avoid worldwide panic.

Class 3-E is the class the receives the lowest respect at Kunugigaoka High School. One day after the moon became crescent eternally, an inhuman creature arrives to teach 3-E students. But then, Class 3-E students are specially tasked by Japan's Ministry of Defense to assassinate Koro-sensei before he destroys the earth, while he teaches and the students study.
