Kazu sighed as he looked towards a manner. Putting on a metallic face mask that had magic emblems in it, he turned into Kurokaze. It was his job to keep his family safe and this had proven to be the best way. He smiled as he touched his mask, it was a gift from his sister, who was extremely talented in magic. She crafted magical runes into it that allowed him to breath under water.

Letting out a sigh, Kazu moved towards the building, he killed an intruder a few days ago that had order from someone at this manor. Heading to the back, he saw a small crevice in the wall under a window. Putting his hand, sideways, into the crevice he slowly climbed up the wall and in through the window. He had no idea who he was looking for, but he was sure that it would be easy to find them. The order would have came from the most important person in the house with the amount of money the dead body had on it. Walking towards the nearest door, Kazu started looking for anyone, but the manor was barren.

Finally reaching a room that had someone in it, Kazu saw a man smirking at him. Glaring at the man Kazu got ready to fight. He drew his two daggers as he charged forward, in an instant his blade was slicing through the man's neck. As the man fell to the ground dead, he looked in his pocket, he had a few coins on him, a dark sapphire amulet, and a scroll with orders to kill his brother. "So there is someone else behind this, there is no location for the new threat." Kazu said to himself.

"Well at least this amulet will fetch a nice price." Kazu said to himself as he pocketed it. He looked around the room and found a few lanterns which he broke open so that he could douse the body in oil. After setting the corpse on fire, he started to leave the way he had come in.

As he climbed down from the window, Kazu heard a strange noise. "Who is there?" He called out as he dropped the rest of the way to the ground, rolling into a battle stance as he drew his daggers. (Sorry the messages are short right now, but I don't want to step on your character's toes.)

Kazu smiled, he had been around politicians and rich folk all his life. She wasn't in the classes that could afford the amulet. "Well you see the thing is Miss, that the amulet's true owner is most likely the person I am looking for. You see whoever the amulet belongs to, I need to kill." He said in a innocent voice. He loved making people feel uncomfortable, and this was his favorite way to do it. Talking about murder and death, with innocence in his voice, it took long hours of practice, but he could play the part of a scared childish man, or a daring noble. He could emulate almost any role.

"Well you see I would, but I need to hold onto it for just a little longer. I will have it sent to you at a later date." As he spoke, Kazu started to move slightly away from her. "Your sentimentality will have to wait."

Putting one of his daggers away, Kazu drew a throwing knife and tossed it to the side where he heard a noise. "Back up now and I won't kill you like him." He spoke as a man fell from the tree. "I don't know who you work for, but whatever set up this is won't work."

Kazu raised an eyebrow before tossing her a the amulet. "I am guessing that the man I just killed might help me get the information I need. If I find out you have anything to do with the most recent infiltration into the Moran castle, I will hunt you down, kill anyone you are close to, and then kill you." As he spoke he walked towards the corpse to see if he could get information from it.

"I don't see how that is any of your business thief. My threat stands though, if you were involved I will see to it that you die." Kazu said as he pulled a scroll off the body. Reading it he shook his head. "Foolish people." He mumbled under his breath before throwing the scroll to the woman. "You might want to read this, it seems they expected this fool to kill us, and that amulet was a diversion."

"Well considering I don't know you I would doubt it. I never forget a face. My guess would be that we have both crossed the same person. Most likely one of the Morzan's noble rivals. That would explain why they had the money to do this, and hate me." He spoke as he sheathed his second dagger. "However I know that you aren't a threat to me or my lord. I suppose I will take my leave now. You should watch yourself though thief. It would be a great disservice to the world, if your beauty was taken from it." Knowing the girl wasn't a threat was a relief, and caused the man's formal training to kick in.

"I came of my own free will to protect my lord. He has never ordered me anywhere." Kazu said as he looked back towards the girl. "Can you say the same thief?"

Kazu smirked. "Anything that I feel is a threat, from thieves and assassins to disloyal citizens. If I feel that they are a threat, my Lord trusts my judgement on how to take care of them." He had been worried that he would slip and tell the girl in front of him something he shouldn't but shook his head. 'All she knows is that I am an assassin and I would do anything for my Lord.'

"I believed that someone that tried to get into my Lord's home was here, I was most likely meant to die after killing you. The fact remains that the people here, while lackeys, have been dealt with. The only thing to do know is to find out who set us up. To me it seems that task will be easier done with the help of a few friends back home." The man said as he looked at her. "I would be careful though. That amulet is of little value, so there is no telling who in your organization might of been in on this."
