It has been a peaceful decade through the lands and kingdoms despite the legends that predicted tragedy to befall them all soon. That all changes when the seer's powers bloomed in the form of a young man raised by the streets. The reluctant hero of this tale has his life turned upside as he attempts to master the seer's eye before the destruction of the world as they know it. He isn't alone- however. In this endeavor, a talented and powerful woman is charged with protecting the would-be leader of the revolution. Will opposites attract during a time of hardship and tribulation? Or will the darkness win and divide the two for good.

This is a 1x1 between myself and the honorable Bloody_Death Bloody_Death <3

Feel free to read along but please do not post on this thread.

Name: Luna Kusaki
Nickname: None
Age: Twenty
Appearance: Luna has long lavender hair, reaching her lower back to the top of her thighs. She has royal blue eyes and a bit of a tanish complexion. She stands on the shorter side only being about five and a half feet tall. She likes to keep a ribbon in her hair to add a spice of girlish feeling to her tougher exterior.

Flynt "Finn" Stable
Seeping through the city streets like an inky color tsunami wave, the darkness spread devouring everything in its path. Screaming echoed from every direction like a beacon of distress among a crowd of thousands. Through the crystal blue orbs of his eyes, the vision consumed his lanky body as if he were there in person. He could smell the dirt swept up in the heavy breeze, he could feel the sun beating down on his broad shoulders, and he most certainly could hear the cries of the people and see the darkness that threatened them. By his side was a group of strangers and yet they all seemed so familiar to him. Their faces were blank and stoic- some fearful and others blank. They drew their swords with a ring as the metal was released from their sheaths and it was clear- they were ready to fight this evil that crept their way. Gulping back a cry of his own, the seer turned back to their bleak battle ahead. The shift of wind caused something to flutter by in his peripheral vision. Lavender strands danced on the breeze and though he could not see the owner of those strands- he suddenly felt at ease and warmth spread through his body. This unnerving, peaceful sensation that drove away the fear was so shocking to his rational side of his mind that he was thrust back to the present with a sharp thud.

Flynt's head ached like a dozen horses stampeding in a single direction. The grimace of pain that overtook his expression as he shifted in his seat within the confines of the horse-drawn carriage caused the man sitting across from him to frown profusely. Sir Baster was a powerful man and confidant to the king himself. He sat on a parliamentary board that controlled most of the inner workings of this kingdom as well as other kingdoms across the land. He was older than the oldest leather book Finn had ever had the pleasure of looking at and his face didn't look much better than that leather-bound novel. His long, drooping eyebrows framed his wrinkled face and permanent frown while his long, salt and pepper beard never seemed to end down his slender frame. The old spots that covered his bald, misshapen head had a bullseye sort of look to them but his deep brown eyes still had a lot of life to them- full of curiosity and wisdom. His voice wasn't weak but sounded like a frog croaking in a deep baritone voice. "Sir Stable, did you have another vision." His tone was almost pleading for a positive answer. He wanted to know what his eyes saw- the eyes of some mystical, all-powerful seer. Legendary hero to lead those "brave" men and women to their imminent death. What baloney. Rolling his eyes slightly, he forced himself to relax and look at the scenery of the passing townspeople from the small window of the fancy carriage.
"Sorry to disappoint you yet again, Sir, but it was just a dream." He lied with ease trying to keep the tension and pain from his aloof tone. "I am not sure I am the guy you are looking for anyways. Alls you got is this dumb mark on my hand and that's it." He waved his bandaged hand at the old man who didn't look as convinced as he hoped. As an afterthought, he added in a clipped voice, "And call me Finn- I am not some sir." Quiet filled the cabin once again.

They pulled up to a fancy building with a large garden and courtyard moments later. It was clearly a home for the rich- something so alien to the man that he almost asked to stay in the carriage. The was a far stretch from the waste-filled streets he was often found on. He cracked his knuckles- a nervous habit he developed ages ago- and looked to Baster with an anxious stare. The older man picked up in the other man's hesitation almost immediately. "I assure you that you are perfectly safe here, young Finn. This is where you will meet your bodyguard before you start honing your skills as a seer." Finn wanted to yell at the man like a petulant child but decided against it this one time. "Why do I need a bodyguard? What do you mean by 'honing your skills as a seer'?" His voice took on a mocked version of the prestigious gentleman across from him. Yet the ever-patient male didn't even bat an eye at his mockery. Instead, he gave a brief explanation in an expositionary tone while they exited the carriage. Oh goody- he did love a good story. Not. "As the seer, many people will have it out for you. They will either try to capture you and use your gift for nefarious purposes or kill you outright-" Finn interrupted, "Nefarious?" "Yes, evil schemes and plots for the destruction of this world as we know it. There are people here who have been training a very powerful and skilled fighter in order to best protect you from such dangers. Furthermore, you will not be able to hide away and wish your powers were mastered. You must travel and gain the wisdom of those who have dealt with this in times far before your own and those whose ancestors have. You must learn how to control your sight before it is too late." "Oh right, not so hard," the younger man grumbled under his breath as they moved towards the large doors of the home. Baster ignored him and pushed ahead- leading him down the art-clad hallways of this huge estate. If Flynt was still a thief on the streets, he may have been tempted to come back and rob the poorly guarded place- but that life was behind him... wasn't it? Trying to not seemed too awed by his surroundings- and failing miserably- he followed the old man into a large room filled with people in way better shape than he was. His eyes didn't catch any of the others- instead he was focused on the gold statue of the king just a few feet away.

Luna Kusaki

It was early morning and Luna was sitting by her desk glancing out the window. Today! Would be the day her dream would finally come true, the day she had worked her entire life to achieve. The day she would meet this legendary seer who is going to save the world, and today, she was going to not only meet them, but also work beside them.

The moment the clock striked the next hour, Luna quickly hopped up and headed to her bathroom. She removed her sleep wear and sat them in the hamper before stepping into the shower and cleaning up for the day. Once she finished her shower she stepped out and put on her clothes and armor. She headed back into the bathroom, fixed her hair, and freshen up a bit more. Once she was done she grabbed her sword and put it in its sheath that was connected to her belt before heading out her room. She walked through the halls of the mansion greeting any workers she came across. She made her way to the kitchen imagining who the seer would be.

Are they a girl? Boy? Young? Old? She knew nothing about the seer, but that's what makes it exciting to meet them! She imagined all types of different people in her mind before making her way into the kitchen. She glanced around at some of the chefs and staff before grabbing a few fruits and taking them into the back yard. She decided to train or at least warm up before the big meeting. She sat on a bench by the fountain and took a bite into her pear. She gushed a bit at the flavor and continued to eat it. She sat the core off to the side by her other fruits and took her sword out of its sheath and head to an open spot. She swung the sword around for a moment before stretching out and continued to practice doing simple swings and moves to warm herself up.

The more she practiced the more she got into her into her little warm up session. To the point where she completely forgot about the meeting and a maid had to come out and tell her she was running a bit late. "W-Wait…!? You're serious!?" She called out before quickly sheathing her sword and running back to the bench, grabbing her fruits, and making a mad dash back to the building. She quickly threw her pear core away and sat the leftovers back in the kitchen before heading into the main room where the seer would appear.

She came a bit late and was a bit stuck behind some people, using the power of her shorter and more lean figure to slip in closer to the front. After a few minutes of waiting a carriage pulled up to the front and two people came out. A young white haired man along with an older one. Luna watched the pair walk in keeping a calm look to hide her exploding excitement as they came in. She kept her eyes on the two looking between them. The white haired guy is the seer right? She wasn't too sure but she didn't think the old man would've just been coming now...so it had to be the other guy! However he didn't seem all too interested to be...all he's doing is looking at the statue of the king.
