Let's say I want to introduce an art site I found to RPN. Is it still advertising if no one, not even me, could profit by telling people about it? Would it be allowed?

I think the major concern with sharing the site is what kind of content can be found on the site. If content that goes against our rules (ie: erotic content) is easily accessible on this art site, we would not allow it to be posted because the staff is still responsible for underage users who decide to visit it because of a direct link from our forums.
