Digital Art Feedback/Dump

Mad-Moony

Secret society of paranoid people
Hey, I do a lot of digital art and am wondering if anyone has some feedback? I know a lot of them aren't the best but I'm not the best artist.

I think the first thing I have to say is stop with the disclaimers. Your art isn’t nearly as bad as you claimed and people will be much more vigilant for flaws when the creator brings the audience’s attention to them. You’re clearly not the most experienced artist ever, but none of us are!! We’re all here to learn and grow and have fun with our art.

But I’d you want feedback on how to improve, like, anatomy and stuff. Use references, and by that I mean real people. Anime is awesome, and by all means take inspiration from there, but use the human form to learn how to draw the human form. Observe your own body, and the way it looks when it sits and moves, and observe those around you. Learn to look at the world like an artist— the curl of some girl’s lip, the way hair falls over a shoulder, the lines in the neck, the shoulder blades, the way fabric pulls and creases over the body.

It takes time and it takes practice. I can fill up a sketchbook in a month or less, I draw constantly. It’s helped me immensely.

Thanks, this helps a lot, I used to draw a lot more in a sketchbook and then stopped for a bit for no reason, but over the past few months I've started taking art again and really started drawing more, so thanks for the feedback!
