Chitchat Art-bash relief

So for those of you unfamiliar with the term, an "Art-bash" is basically when you take an existing piece of artwork and modify it to fit your needs or specification. As someone who is not particularly inclined to graphic art, I do this a LOT. In fact, just about every piece of art used in my character profiles has been art-bashed from its original form. The main site I use for this is ipiccy.com. But they use flash to run their program. So as you can imagine, I was pretty worried when I found out that Adobe is basically killing the Flash program at the end of the year. Most places are simply replacing the Flash with something else to run their stuff (sorry if I sound like an idiot with my terminology, but I actually don't have a good grip on computer technical workings). Today I found out that the ipiccy site is going to switch over to the HTML5 (whatever that is) to overcome this obstacle. Needless to say, I am very much relieved.

So, for all the rest of you that use online art programs or photo editors, what sites do YOU use, and are they going to be effected by the death of Flash?

[Idea]

I use a variety of sites, it just highly depends on my exact needs at the time. Photofunia is one I used a couple times to make photo-looking pics with that sepia gradient.

However, the main thing I use is not a site but a program called paint 3D. It's given me access to pretty much everything I would need in photo editing most of the time.
