  Elswer is the kingdom of Normal type gijinka. It is huge, wide open plains with some cities scattered. The Capital City is Tarine and is the home of the House of Commons.
  
  
  Elswer is a democratic government with 5 elected officials and a president. They handle all laws for the country and elect the member for Elswer's Council seat.

  Shivering Isles is the Kingdom of Water and Ice gijinka. Its a group of islands, half of which are actually floating glaciers. It consists of mainly of small ports and only has one major city, Atlantia which is home to the ruling family's palace.
  
  
  The Shivering Isles is a matriarchal society and men have very little power. The queen has one or two advisers and normally studies from a young age for the position. The queen picks who will be the representative for the council. So far a male has never held the chair.

  Idris is the home to Fire and Electric types. The land is made up of rolling hills and small areas of volcanic activity. There are mostly clans that roam the lands in numbers. There is only one city in it all where the head of all the clans lives. It is called Adrina.
  
  
  Idris is a land ruled by the military. The head of each clan is the most experienced out of the clan and the 'general' that rules the whole kingdom is the most experienced and able of the clan leaders. The second most viable is sent to hold the council chair.

  Caelia is the kingdom of Fighting and Flying types. It is a place of small mountains and plains.
  
  
  The citizens live in huge cities where those at the top rule. Their way of passing on the position of ruling is called "The Hunt". In it, The most promising from each kingdom are gathered and given one task. Capture and kill an escaped prisoner before they cross a course and ring a bell. If the bell is rung, the prisoner is set free and the hunt started over with a new one. The person to kill the prisoner is the ruler. The first person out of those left to reach the bell and ring it goes to the Council.

  Vesperia is the kingdom home to Psychic, Dark, and Ghost types. It is a very secluded kingdom with one huge city in its center surrounded by vast farmlands.
  
  
  Vesperia has the most unusual ruling system out of the kingdoms. The seer adviser to the current king or queen will have a vision near the death of the ruler that shows him or her the next ruler. They then have to go find the person and train them. A close relative of the ruler or the most sought out politician within the kingdom is sent to be councilor.

  Aimatia is home to the various Bug, Grass, and Poison gijinka. It is mostly just one dense forest where homes have been made out of the trees and rocks so that they blend in. Linus is the capital at the heart of the forest.
  
  
  In Aimatia it pays to impress the ruler. In this kingdom, the current ruler will choose the next ruler based on who they think will be the best choice for the kingdom. There have been many instances where the ruler has chosen a complete commoner for the role. The councilor here is chosen based on a committee of nobles.

  Pachama is a harsh kingdom filled with Ground, Rock, and Steel gijinka. It has large mountains and scorching deserts. Its capital, Tuchanka, lies on the tallest mountain.
  
  
  Pachama has a patriarchal society and women are normally oppressed. The king, with the help of his cabinet, chooses the councilor.

  Eldrid is the smallest kingdom, consisting of Dragon and Fairy gijinka. It is a beautiful place with waterfalls, mountains, forests, and oasis. Its capital, Lapis, lies behind the biggest waterfall in the kingdom.
  
  
  Eldrid is a kingdom where hereditary rule is in place. The oldest child of the current king or queen is the prince or princess. The brother or sister of the ruler is sent to the council.

  The council is the eight person ruling body over all the kingdoms. They handle any laws or issues related to more than one kingdom. They also establish and maintain trade and travel between kingdoms.
  
  
  They are the first to be targeted by the Aquila.

  The Aquila are an ancient order of assassins created by the original council to discretely take care of any problems. Since then they have started taking contracts from the rulers or anyone really who could pay. Little is known about how they work internally. It seems that they follow one person who is normally very good at the jobs they are handed and speak very well. This person, normally called only Aquila, seems to accept all jobs on behalf of the Aquila and then hands them out to the individuals. There are no accounts on how many people are in the Aquila and it seems that they are born into the order. They have positions within all cities and palaces throughout the kingdoms. Them turning on the rulers is possibly the greatest danger the kingdoms have ever faced. They are calling for anyone who is not apart of the order but supporting them to stand up against the oppression the Aquila is put through.
