Well there's 5 people in a bookstore, everyone else but felix is in an apartment complex. He actually is on a roof, though probably not the one rum is on
i think you should have her watch the group as they explore the building. Then you can find out how u want to introduce her. You could have her stalk one person and she could try to fight them, you could have her try to watch them but fail to do be sneaky, alerting the group of her position.
