True Cross Order - Structure
The Supreme Advisers of the True Cross Order are known as the Grigori (also called the 3 Sages). The Grigori rank above anything else and are in charge of the Order.
The True Cross uses titles to rank its students and Exorcists. When an Exorcist-in-training enters the True Cross Order, they become a Page. A student can take the Exwire exam and eventually become a Lower 2nd Class exorcist by earning a Meister. Ranks following are Lower 2nd Class, Lower 1st Class, Middle 2nd Class, Middle 1st Class, Upper 2nd Class and Upper 1st Class. Ranks even higher than a regular Exorcist are the Chancellor, Arc Knight and the highest rank of all: Paladin .
A Knight (??, ???, Naito) is a Meister that uses swords to fight Demons. Some Knights use enchanted Demon blades; Demon blades have unique abilities and are quite rare. Other Knights are also able to use powerful, long range magic techniques from their blades.
A Dragoon (???, ?????, Dorag?n) fights using ranged weapons such as handguns and machine guns. Some may use specific weapons or ammunition to exploit the weaknesses of certain elemental demons.
A Doctor (????, ????, Dokut?) is a Meister with the ability to treat and heal wounds inflicted by Demons; these wounds are known as mash?. These people typically possess the knowledge of basic first-aid, emergency first-aid, and the ability to treat ordinary injuries.
A Tamer (???, ????, Teim?) has the ability to summon and control Demons known as familiars. It is a natural talent that few people possess.
An Aria (????, ???, Aria) fights by reciting verses from the Bible and sacred scriptures. Aria specialize in knowing Fatal Verses which, when recited, exorcise specific Demons.
A Brawler (?????, Burour? ) newest type added to the system. One who fights with exceptional strength physically as they channel power through verses in the Bible and sacred scriptures newly known as Transcendence Verses, when recited, gives strength to the user in either Speed, Strength, Endurance, and Stamina.
