Food Any good crockpot recipes?

My Mom owns a crockpot and has used it to make some excellent beef roasts for years! Last Thanksgiving, she put a turkey in the crockpot and it was pretty good! The meat was so tender it actually fell off the bone! She also made chicken dinners in it recently! If any of you have any good crockpot recipes you'd like to share, tell me! I might tell my Mom about them!
