Realistic or Modern [Anime] The Famous VS The Infamous

Chelsea presses a button on her headphones, making them start playing music, even though there's no cord or mp3 player of some sort. She sits against a tree, sucking on yet another lollipop. She stares off into the sky, the day having been the worst for her. A loud banging noise to wake her up, as well as a lack of pancakes when she walked to the pancake. Kazuki had stolen all of the pancakes, not having left a single one for anybody else. "Such a stupid day... Those guests'd better be people worth living with... Otherwise, it might drive me to suicide, killing myself with insults."

Korbot stood in his workshop with loud rock playing. He has begun work on a new project that would show the geniuses who the big man is on the mansion grounds. To begin working he would need a few spare parts in case something went wrong. Korbot kicked his radio to shut it off then walked out of the workshop. He spots Keito and runs over. "Where the hell is the nerd! I need something from her." Korbot hastily shouts. (@UltraYuseke )

Tim barely heard Reiko approach him as he stared out the window and his head snapped round to look at Reiko. "I didn't mean to put my head on your shoulder." He told her and smiled happy that she wasn't annoyed at him for doing that. "As long as you don't run experiments on me while I'm sleeping." He joked and laughed as he looked at her and noticed the vial in her hand. "What's that?" He asked as he watched the colours change over and over, it was interesting to watch it.

@UltraYuseke

Keito heard someone shouting and was amazed that even though she shouldn't have heard that, 'cause of her max volume music. Must be because of her ear or the other's voice is incredibly loud. Taking off her earphone, she stands up, brushing off some grass and shouts back, "The nerds're not even here yet, Korbot-san!!". Then she rolls her eyes, lifts her glasses and walked to the said monkey-like person. She noms a candy, apart from her face, she looks like a lost teen with messy hair, and jacket covering her tanktop and short.

Korbot stopped in his tracks. "What do you mean they are not here yet? And what is up with...never mind!" He pulled a note out of his pocket. The note had the words "Potassium nitrate" written on it. Korbot rubbed his eyes and yawned. "Can you hand this to the nerd that looks the smartest when they arrive? Tell them that the mechanic needs some key ingredients for his gunpowder compound." He laughed and let out a sigh. "I am working on a project that needs to be finished soon."

I shouldn’t have asked, was the blonde’s thoughts at the moment.

As soon as he asked if there were anything the brats want, they started bombarding him with things that he can’t keep up with, particularly Sweeney. He blabbered about a book, then bread, noodles, and chicken. What the heck, really. There was food on the fridge, so why the hell is he requesting for more? That was until it finally hit him.
“Sweeney, you just wanted me to distract myself from the book, right?” Sighing, Kazuki decided to let it be and go along with him. “What’s the title of the book?”

Oh, and another thing. He noticed that the other two brats were requesting nothing but lollipops. Seriously, is that the trend today? Sucking on lollipops? Well, that’s such a lame trend.
“Are you guys sure that’s all you want? I won’t buy anything you request for the next time, mainly because it’s a pain. Don’t regret it if all I’ll buy for you are lollipops, brats.” And with that, Kazuki walked into his room. Instead of changing into more decent clothes, Kazuki merely grabbed his car keys and pack of cigarettes. It was hot and wearing something long sleeved was a pain, so he just went with his current clothes, a black sleeveless shirt and knee-length military shorts.

Once he went out from the mansion, Kazuki saw Chelsea and Keito on the front yard. Deciding to leave them alone, Kazuki went to the garage and took out his car. When he was about to leave, he saw Korbot roaming around the yard.
“What the heck is he doing..” Kazuki grumbled.

Reiko was lost in though there for a moment. She hears Tim present his question as to what the vial is, which causes her to blink a few times. "Sorry, I kinda spaced out there. This vial's just a nice little thing I ended up throwing together this morning before comping on the plane. Spinning it causes the colors to change. Makes for a fun little thing to play with when you're bored." She puts the vial back in her pocket, having decided it best not to play with it while on the plane, as she's yet to test the reaction of it on different substances.

Tim Ayers

Tim nodded as she explained what the stuff in the vial was. "Oh I see, It's pretty cool and I have absolutely no clue how it works." He said and couldn't help but laugh. "I think the plane is going to land soon." He said looking out the window seeing land again. "Well at least I think we are going to land soon." He said and looked at her he relaxed in his seat taking off and landing were the most nerve wracking parts about being in a plane. 'Hopefully the pilot was good.' He thought to himself.

Reiko pulls out her notebook, looking through the pages for a moment while Tim speaks. "True, we'll probably land soon. I'm not really fond of planes, so I'd prefer to get off of them. After all, here in the next few years, I've discovered that there'll be about a half-year long electromagnetic wave running from the core of the earth. Things like cellphones and such will be fine, but the outermost waves of the pulse will reverse to a negative, causing disruption in everything electric in the air." She spins her pen in her hand, taking a look over her notes from the hypothesis that she was going to test until she got sent on this plane. "Hey, you want to help me test out the theory I just explained once we land? It'll actually be easy to do. All I need is some kind of electric current created through natural means, so a little bit of running's fine, right? I'll be using electrically charged rocks, as well as a liquid that enhances electrical currents, so I'd recommend you start out slow at first, to prevent any reverse in current from the overwhelming charge."

Tim Ayers

"Yeah I prefer the ground to." Tim said and nodded in response to her question. "Sure I'll help, and running is no trouble for me." He said and he couldn't contain the chuckle that came from him, running was easy he could run for miles on end and not get tired. He had worked so hard on that so he was able to just exercise easy without the physical knock backs of fatigue mostly. "Umm what will this test do?" He asked she had explained everything and he got some of it just not all of it. "I get that you need generated energy but what is that going to do?" He asks her as he looked at the approaching ground itching to get off the plane..

"The energy generated through you running or doing some kind of physical activity while on a machine will create naturally-generated electricity, allowing for simulation of a natural electromagnetic wave." She looks at him for a moment, pausing to think about things. "You'll find out what I mean when we do the experiment. All you need to know right now is that I've created a structure with the materials similar to what we have inside the earth, and that I'll be creating an electromagnetic pulse from the core of the modeled earth, and you'll be on a bicycle or something." She looks at her notes for a moment, then crosses out few of the words, writing new words in the open spaces she leaves below them, changing languages for a few, as well as changing words for those of the same language.

If there is anything that a person like Keito hates the most, that anything will be chores. Keito groans when she receives the note and read the content, "Potassium nitrate", and she asked as she raised her right eyebrow, "Are you sure that they have those? I doubt it...". She tries to convinve the other that the nerds won't have it but it fails miserably. Keito sighs and gives a look to the other, knowing it won't work anyway. In the end she puts the notes in her jacket pocket and with a heavy sigh she stares at the mechanic monkey, she made the nickname. "I hope my lollipop comes sooner... Hope landlord-sama won't have the sudden urge to kill someone so the lollipop comes faster....," suddenly her eyes widen as a brilliant idea comes across her mind, "Hey, Korbot-san! You can make anything right?! Can't you make any lollipop maker?". And that idea's so brilliant for Keito...

"Well sure....but why do you need one?" Korbot grabs his notebook and starts jotting down notes. "Remember to make a lollipop maker for Keito?" He pockets his notebook and crosses his arms. "Ill make one only if you give that note to the nerds. Do we have a deal?" Korbot raises his arm for a handshake and smiles. "So like i said do we have a deal here? If you give the note to the nerds ill make the candy machine for you and whatever." He looks at his watch while he waits for Keito to respond. "Hurry up please i have work to do."

Thinking about it for a while, she decides it's a pretty good deal. She gets to give him a chore to do, even though it's not exactly a chore for the other since he loves to invent something. "Okay! It's a deal then!" Keito accepts the handshake and gives her charming smile to mechanic monkey. Just have to give the little note to the nerds and she gets to have a lollipop maker. She takes back her word, today is a great day! "And to answer your question, i need it because i need lollipop badly..."

Korbot smiles then turns and walks towards his workshop. "My buggy engine will be completed and ill only have to make a candy dispenser." He says to himself before entering his workshop. Korbot enters then kicks his radio and some music begins to play. He pulls out his notebook and begins to design the lollipop machine for Keito. "Should i copyright this? No probably not." Korbot walks to his table saw and begins to cut Plexiglas for the machine. "Stupid saw is dull again....and now the Plexiglas is jagged."

Tim Ayers

"Okay well running, any to with physical activity is really my forte. Most would say it's a bit crazy how good I am with most sports." Tim told her as he sat there he didn't really understand all the stuff she was telling him but she said the test wasn't really that hard to do, so he wasn't going to be in any harm right? He looked down at her notes and all he saw was just a mess of words from all different languages. "Wouldn't it be easier to just write it all in english?" He asked curious as to why she would write out her notes like that. 'Ugh when is this damn plane going to land." He thought to himself not that he was really that worried he just wanted to get his feet off the ground.

Reiko spins her pen once more, bored from the long flight. "I I wrote it all in english I wouldn't be able to differentiate the meanings. There are a lost of words in english with many meanings, whereas if I use words of other languages with only one specific meaning, it's easier to remember how I meant things to mean." She opens up to a page, an illustration of an orb next to a bike of the same size, green and red circles around the orb, the inner being green, outer being red, there being one green circle around the sphere's outside before changing over to red.

"This is pretty much what I mean. The green waves are positive electromagnetic waves, while the red are negative. Any electronics in the positive waves'll be left basically untouched, while those in the negative'll be completely rendered useless. Should be easy to understand this way. The bike's to generate the electric flow through the model made of the same compounds as the earth, that green vial from earlier being my substitution for heated liquids such as magma." She closes the notebook, continuing on to spin her pen as she waits for the plane to land.

Tim Ayers

"Oh I get what you mean now. So the ball represents the earth, so the further electronic devices get from earth the less functional they will get until they are just completely useless? Am I right in saying that?" He asked her as he looked at the notes before she put them away. He had never been that great at the more intellectual subjects but he did well enough to pass and to keep doing his sports. His eyes drifted out the window the window again. "I really hope we land soon. I'm itching to get off this plane." He said to Reiko. "Were you just born smart like I was born sporty?" He asked her incase she had spent a lot of time studying to be this clever.

"That's basically it. Electronics that are up to let's say... the top of the highest building'll be fine, but any higher than that, such as airplanes, will be rendered useless. Satellites should be fine, as the waves should end about halfway through the clouds. Speaking of which, I should probably report my findings once I've confirmed the theory..." Reiko starts to play with the vials, one green, one red, and one blue, though different than the blue and green vials from earlier. She mixes them back and forth, producing various colors, and when they turn black, they slowly return to their individual three colors. "Born smart...? I honestly don't know if I was born smart, or if it was from undergoing all those experiments my father had me go through. Either way, I'm smart right now, as you could put it. I have the highest IQ in Japan, apparently. According to tests, I have something like... 600-900, with possibility of being over 1000...? Oh well, doesn't matter. I'm not really all that smart. Just an IQ test. Might've been a fluke to go off the chart."

Sweeney grinned happily when Kazuki said he'd get a book. "Anything is fine. Something long so I can read it for a while. And we really do need some more food," he pointed out, pulling his legs up to sit criss cross on the couch. "You should've warned me before hand you were getting new people." He tsked, shaking his finger at the manor's owner like he was scolding a small child. On the inside he was laughing his butt off, picturing the crazy man that was in charge of them getting scolded, but on the outside he was careful to keep a calm, neutral expression.

((Sorry short. Been busy with work))

As his film finally reaches a close, he closes his laptop to a slant, letting the music of the end credits play while the credits roll. He ignores the credits, mainly leaving the laptop still open just for the ending music. He looks over to the window, looking out, smiling as he watches the plane enters it's slow descent, the colors and mix of land, slowly approaching the aircraft...

"So if you find out more about this phenomenom if you could call it that. Would you be able to pick out an exact day that it would happen?" He asked her for once he was actually interested in something scientific and not sports or girls even when it came to girls he was pretty useless at trying to ask them out and usually made a fool of himself.

"So your dad did experiments that might've made you smart. That's not a bad thing is it? Like did it have any side effects on you?" He asked as he sat there looking at her. 'No wonder she solved all those medical diseases and what not. A IQ of a thousand?! Does it even go that high. Tim had no idea what his IQ was and he didn't really care nor wanted to find out after hearing what hers was. "So I would be correct to assume that you know a lot about most things, and would blow any teacher out of the water. With knowledge."

Kazuki Takano

"Err..What was that again? Chicken, pasta, food, lollipops, and a random book for the brats."

Kazuki grumbled while recalling the requests of his tenants. Currently, he was a turn away from the airport and meeting the new brats that's going to ruin his life along with the old ones. As he reached the airport and after parking his car, Kazuki realized that he was fifteen minutes early from the designated time of the newbies' arrival, so he decided to use the time in shopping for food in the mall that was just beside the airport.

After a while, Kazuki finished his grocery shopping, feeling accomplished with what he has bought. He also bought Sweeney a pocket book that he was sure that would end in a cliffhanger and also, Kazuki decided to throw in a pack of gummy bears with the lollipops that he bought from the candy store.

That was then, as if one cue, Kazuki received a call from the agency president,

"Kazuki, the plane has landed just a while ago. The kids should be roaming around the airport by now. Can you identify them?"

"Like hell I could!" Kazuki grumbled on his phone. "I don't even know what they look like!"

The president sighed,
"I figured. I'll just give one of the kids a call to tell them to look for a blonde thug. That's how you're described as, right?"

"Shut up and do what you want, old hag. I'm hanging up." Kazuki said and proceeded on placing the groceries on the van before going to the airport to meet the brats.

((OOC: I'm sorry if I took two days to respond. These days has been awfully busy for me and it should continue on until next week since we have exams. I apologize for any inconvenience.))

Reiko's the first to get off the plane, now walking around the airport. She passes right by Kazuki, not even knowing it's him, though he probably knows who she is, considering the work that she's done for the world. She makes it outside the airport, whereupon she gets a call from the very man who had sent them there. She answers the phone, wondering why he decided to call.

"Hey, what's up? You need something, director? I just got off the plane a little bit ago, so whatever it is, I'll try to get it done for you."

"Reiko, since Kazuki doesn't know what any of you look like, I'm calling to tell you what he looks like. You'll pretty much be looking for a blonde thug."

"Alright, I'll go and find them. Thanks for the heads up." Reiko hangs up, putting the phone back in her pocket. She started to walk back to the airport, knowing that she's passed by Kazuki from the description. Blonde Thug does let me know who it is, but personally, I think he's just more of a strong-built look rather than a thug look...

Tim was happy when the plane finally landed safely and he stood after they were allowed to, he went and grabbed his bag, which was basically a big over the shoulder sports bag. He decided to tag along with Reiko she would know where to go right? He heard her phone ring and watched her have a phone conversation. "So where is the person meant to be picking us up?" He asked her and assumed that they must've passed him on there way out of the airport. "I would've thought they would've had a sign or something."
