Hi there! I'll give a quick introduction then get to the point.
You can call me ChLyRi (my online tag), Christine, Chrys, Chrissy, or Nerd. I've been into role playing for about ten years, but my experience in longer, more detailed stories is much shorter than that. Limited as my experience may be, I am a hard core writer, so my proficiency in grammar is high, and when something interests me, I will give it the very best I've got.
I'm looking for an active partner who is serious about writing a good story. Dedication can't always be measured by word count, but if you consistently send one-liners that leaves the entire plot up to me, I will get impatient. When I do, I will either drop you, or godmod, kill your characters and then drop you. Only if you don't pull your weight.
Here's the thing about characters. I am an OC lover, though I don't have many of my own. I accept Canon x OC love. However, if you are loving your OC too much and center all your posts around them, I will either drop you, or godmod, kill your characters and then drop you. I am a firm believer in balancing character focus.
I'm going to set an age limit of 18+, because I am in my early twenties and feel weird about roleplaying with teenagers.
Note: I am currently stuck at home, not doing much a lot of the time. If anyone living in the PST, CST, MST, or EST zones and is kind of stuck in my boat, hit me up. I would love to have an rp going where we can get in multiple posts a day. If not, praise to all you people who work hard and have lives.
Lastly, before we start, I want to have a sample of your writing. I don't want to say I'm a snob about spelling, grammar, punctuation, and spacing, but... I honestly am. I try very hard to be nice about it. No punishment for this one, we just won't start anything.
I'm pretty sure that's all my rules, but I may come up with more when I have more experience with this site.
I have few main fandoms right now with some pairings (all MxF, sorry!), but I am open to suggestions. The characters I would like to play are in bold. I am more than willing to double up on characters.
