He is now nineteen, sharing an apartment with one of his best friends Emery. He was always one to take time to develop crushes. It took him awhile to realize his feelings for his best friend, Angie.

Emery is a fairly shy girl. But to be frank, she is the literal embodiment of sunshine. She is kind, energetic, optimistic, the type to always see the good in people. She finds herself having a hard time lying.
Her life has always been okay. She had a simple life, born into a family of three as an only child. She has always been the one to find solutions to problems that her friends come up with.
When one of her mother’s died she was left in charge of the family cafe as she moved in with her opposite, Neko. She is the light to the darkness in anyone’s life, even if she is the opposite of her best friend.

Backstory
This girl started with her father forcing himself onto her mother. Not the best beginnings for this caring girl. Angie Lola Elliott was born on April second into the bustling city. The city of love. Love is the last thing she was born into.
Angie developed a fear of men the minute she was born. Her body started building an immunity to pain from her first breath. She was born into a broken and dysfunctional marriage. An abusive household that left mental health broken in its wake.
Though her mother took on a loving roll, her father took on a much different roll in her life. “I guess you could have called him a motivator.” She had once said as a freshman in highschool. “He was my motivation to be better than his abusive ass could ever be.”
From looking at Angie now you would never guess that she has an abusive past. She smiles at the jokes of everyone else, doesn’t show symptoms of depression, and doesn’t pine for sympathy for her upbringing. She seems to be normal. She always has. At a young age she was victim to domestic violence as well as was held witness to it since she could see.
Her mother induered the worst of the violence. His voice would be loud as he blamed Angie to be the root of the problems that he caused.
She was six when they left him. They snuck off one night, stealing a car and never looking back.
Angie was a kind child, able to take care in making sure her mother never changed for the worse.
Her and her mother traveled all throughout France when she was growing up. following her mother’s dreams of being a singer until it ran them broke without a second income.
Angie could have been bitter about this. She could have became a bitter girl, closed off to the world, but Angie kept her head held high and her attitude as possitive as she could get it.
His first home was Paris. Of course we all must start somewhere. That was for her first years. She can't remember much of it. If any of it at all. She has tried to erase it from her mind.
Her next move was to Avignon until her mother decided she was done trying to find a job in worthless bars.
Of course Angie had more than just her mother to always pick her back up again. She gained two friends throughout high school. Neko and Emery were always there to stick up for their best friend. Anytime things got rough they were there by her side to hold her hand or stop her from saying something she would regret.
As Angie grew to repeat her first year in high school, she was fairly normal.
