[Ember Bare]

Shadow grumbled at him. Cross chuckled," he could defintily take down a puppy." He knew from experiance,Shadow's stood up to big dogs and has chased them off before.

 

[Robin man]

Jepitha laughed. "That's the second funniest thing I heard all day." He stopped laughing. "Alright. Now let's get some food."

 

[Ember Bare]

"Second?" Cross asked with a curious look wondering what could have been the first,Shadow had made his way under Cross's shirt and popped his head out of the neck hole,Cross made sure Shadow wouldn't claw him to death.

 

[Robin man]

Jepitha opened the door for Cross. "Don't you remember Daniels story about the time he was chased by cats? That's the funniest thing I heard today."

 

[Ember Bare]

Cross chuckled as he walked in," I don't think I was there for that,but it does sound funny." This must have happened while Cross was sleeping since he too quite a long nap." I wonder what it feels like to o fly with your own power..." He wondered.

 

[Robin man]

"Who knows. Maybe we can ask Angle or Daniel when they get back." He walked up to the counter and a waitress showed them to a table in the back corner. Jepitha sat down on one side.

 

[Ember Bare]

Cross nodded as he sat down with Jep on the other side of the table, " yea.... I bet you'd feel free...." He sighed just thinking about it.

 

[Robin man]

Jepitha looked through the menu. "Is there anything you want in particular?" He asked.

 

[Ember Bare]

Cross thought for a moment before answering," not really....I like just about everything....except for anchovies....yuck." He stuck his tongue out in disgust.

 

[Robin man]

Jepitha chuckled. "Okay good." He went through the menu against. Then the waitress came up. "What do you want for drinks?" Jepitha placed the menu down. "Some." The waitress wrote that down and looked at Cross. "And you?"

 

[Ember Bare]

".....ummm.....water...." He said very quietly to the waitress, A little nervous to tall to her.

 

[Robin man]

The waitress nodded. "Now. What do you want to order?" Jepitha placed the menu down. "Yes. We're getting a large all meat pizza. And a side order of cheesy bread sticks." The waitress went to get their drinks. Jepitha looked at Cross. "Nervous?" He asked.

 

[Ember Bare]

Cross huffed,"I've never been good with new people.....it took me a while to get used to yal too....though living with you guys helped me since I had to see yal every day...."

 

[Robin man]

Jepitha nodded. "I see." The waitress returned with their drinks. "Your food will be ready in a few." Jepitha nodded and took a sip of her drink while the waitress left.

 

[Ember Bare]

When the waitress came back with their drinks Cross slightly tensed up again,not say a word till she left." I always think it'd be really nice to just be mute sometimes...." He sighed.

 

[Robin man]

Jepitha nodded and took a sip of his drink. "Sometimes. "The waitress returned a few minutes later with their pizza and bread sticks and she left again. Jepitha smiled and took two bread sticks and a slice of pizza.

 

[Ember Bare]

When the food had arrived Cross got one bread stick first and started eating it seeming very happy,getting a piece of pizza he took some of the meat off and gave it to Shadow who asked if he could have some.

Jepitha chuckled. "Can't wait to get home and see Tiger." He said eating his slice of pizza..


Tiger


Tiger was running around by himself. "Dad? Where are you?" He was missing him.

 

[Ember Bare]

"Yea....wonder how he's doing...." Cross smiled putting his headphones back in since the noises around were starting to get a little too loud.

 

[Robin man]

Jepitha finished his slice and breadsticks and got seconds. Which was two slices and a breadstick. "I'm just curious. How long have you had Shadow?"

 

[Ember Bare]

Cross grabbed one things at a time,and when he finished eating what he had he would grab another if he was still hungry,with every pizza he grabbed he'd take about half the meat off and give it to Shadow. Cross looked stumped at Jep's question,"ummm.....I've known him before I came here I know that....which is about two years right there...hmmm,..."turning to Shadow who was sitting beside him he got a annoyed look from his fluffy friend."....he says he's 6 human years old,I've known him since he was a kitten so it must be six years I've known him."he smiled happy that He figured it out,Shadow just huffed.

 

[Robin man]

Jepitha nodded. "That means Shadow is fifty-four in human years. Wow." He took a bite of his pizza.

 

[Ember Bare]

Shadow growled at Jep as his tail flicked angrily behind him,Cross chuckled." He sure don't act like it though." Shadow seemed annoyed at the two of them now,not liking how old he was in 'cat years'.

 

[Robin man]

Jepitha chuckled. "He certainly does have a lot of spring in his step."
