I sat down on the couch as i brought the last box into my new apartment and layed back. I looked over to the door and stood walking over as it rang, i knew i was expecting my friend, i had offered him a room in my apartment."Hello?" I answered as i opened the door.

My name is Angel, and yes the pun is intended when you realize i was born with wings like an angel. I live in the city of Westbrook and this is the story of my life and of me and my friends, we all have a special power that sets us apart from others.

[Robin man]

I stood there with a box in my arm. I smiled when I saw my friend Angel. "Hello there Angel. I'm here with my stuff." I looked in the hallway to make sure everything is here. I looked back at her. "May I come in?"

 

[Bearbar123]

I smiled and nodded walking past him i pick up a box and help him carry stuff into his room which was next to mine. Once they were all inside i shut the front door and went over to the kitchen."I don't have much food but i can make sandwiches you want one?" I ask and face towards him as i shift my wings on my back a little.

 

[Robin man]

I started to unpack. "What kind of sand which ?" I put the box with stuff for the kitchen on the counter. I looked through the box and I started to pack stuff away. I looked at her. "Do you care where I put stuff? Cus I have no idea on what goes where."

"All i have is peanut butter and jelly." I said and smiled."Um can you put the glasses by the sink and the pans beside the oven on the lower shelfs?" I ask and went to start making myself a sandwich."After we finish the kitchen i have already unpacked most of the living room, you can start on your room and i can start on mine."

 

[Robin man]

I started to unpack studs where she asked. "Peanut butter and jelly sounds good." He finished unpacking the kitchen. "Can't wait till we are done with moving." I said to her as I picked up another box.

I nodded and finished the two sandwiches and carried on over to Jepitha,"Here you go Jep." I said and sat down on the counter as i ate. I knew i had to keep my wings a secret so this was going to be hard with Jep now living with me. Once i finished the sandwich I helped put away the dishes and stuff.

 

[Robin man]

I grabbed one of the sandwiches. "Thank you Angel." I took a bite in it. I walked over to the couch and I continued eating. I looked around the apartment. "Nice place you have here Angel. And thanks for letting me stay here. I really do appreciate it."

"Your welcome, your my best friend, there was no way i was letting you stay with some idiot roommate or is some really stinky dorm." I said and smiled. I walked over to my room."Well i'm going to unpack my room." I said and started to make the bed and unpack my clothes.

 

[Robin man]

I got up and I finished my sandwich. I walked over and grabbed the box and I headed towards my room. I then started unpacking my stuff.

Once i knew he was in his room I shut my bedroom door and took off my sweater and let my wings out to stretch. My mom and dad had made clothes for me that had holes in the back for my wings to slip through. I yawned a little tired and layed down on the bed with my wings all stretched out.

 

[Robin man]

I finished packing up all of my stuff. I looked around with happiness. "It's done." I said excitedly. I walked towards my bed and I laid down ready for a quick nap.

I got up to get a drink leaving my wing unbound to my back, i didn't think he would come out of his room in the small time it took me to fill a glass of water. I took a glass down and walked over to the sink.

 

[Robin man]

I'm lying on my bed trying to sleep. But I couldn't. So I pulled up my right hand and started twirling it. In. A few seconds later and I started to see small snow flakes. I cracked a smile at the sight. "I hope Angel doesn't see this. It's weird. We've been friends since first grade. And I haven't told her about this yet." I said to myself.

I sighed as i filled up my cup of water. I walk back to my room and rebind my wings even though it hurt to do it. I then slipped on my sweater and walked out to the living room, i sat back on the couch and turned on the tv."Hey Jep, want to watch a movie with me?"

 

[Robin man]

I stop using my powers when I heard Angel wanting to know if I want to watch a movie. I got up and walked towards the living room. I walked in and I sat down the recliner. "Yeah. What are we watching?"

 

[Bearbar123]

I giggled at him and reached over fixing his hair before i leaned back."I was thinking x-men." I said and smiled. I had always found the show funny as i had powers like them. I had already decided tonight i would go flying.

 

[Robin man]

"X-men. Sounds good to me." I looked over at Angel. "Which x-men are we watching?" There was one hero in the x-men that I love above else. Of course that was Ice Man. In a lot of ways I can relate to him.

 

[Bearbar123]

"I was thinking origins." I said and smiled."I'm sorry but the actor that plays Logan is hot." I said and smiled at Jep. I turned the movie on and relaxed across the back even though my wings were in pain i tried to smile as much as i could.

 

[Robin man]

I looked over at the tv. "Hugh Jackman. That's the guy who plays Logan." I didn't mind origins. It's my third faviorite x-men movie. I lunged back enjoying the movie.

 

[Bearbar123]

"I'm just going to refer to him as Logan from now on as he was perfect for that role." I said and stood getting us popcorn. I could feel my binding on my wings was coming loose when i returned so i handed Jep the popcorn,"Be right back." I said and walked into my room and shut the door. I took off the sweater just as the bind snapped off."OW." I said and rubbed my back where it snapped against me. I fixed it and then went to put my sweater back on.

 

[Robin man]

I started to eat the popcorn that Angel got. I kept watching until I heard a snapping sound and I thought I heard Angel saying ow. I pause the movie and walked over to her room. I knocked on the door. "Hey Angel. You alright?"

"Yea i'm fine don't come in. I'm changing my shirt." I said and slipped my sweater on and made sure my wings were tucked away before i opened the door and looked at Jep."I'm fine." I said and walked past him and relaxed back on the couch."Let's start the movie again."

 

[Robin man]

I didn't ask Angel if she was really. I know it's not my place to keep asking. So I walked back to the recliner. I pass her the bowl of popcorn. I play the movie. Now I lay back and enjoy.

Once the movie was over i was in alot of pain from having my wings bound for so long well laying on them. I smiled as i got up."Night Jep, i'm going to bed." I said and walked to my room. I shut the door and then quickly ripped the sweater over my head and unbound my wings letting them stretch out i walked over to the door to the terance. I walked out and jumped off the balcony taking to the sky.
