Years after the treaty of New Rome and Camp Half-Blood, things were going smoothly. The vineyards are growing, Dionysus has finally been released from his punishment of running the camp and Rachel Elizabeth Dare now both runs the camp and acts as the oracle of Delphi. Now this would be the best happily ever after scenario except nothing good lasts forever. The Gods of Olympus are once again in trouble, they seem to be disappearing. All the campers are on pins and needles waiting to see who will be selected to go on the quest that is sure to come. Especially with The Hunters of Artemis arriving to take refuge at their camp with the disappearance of their mistress. Now the stage is set and with the arrival of a new set of campers and the return of the majority of campers for the summer, the time for the quest has come. Will the chosen half-bloods be able to survive the upcoming trials? Will they succeed in bringing the Gods back? Will their powers even be useful? Only the spirit of the oracle knows and she is about to make her choice.

They normally wear casual clothes, and occasionally wears a cat scarf their friend bought them.

POWERS
They can make rainbows appear, which they find pretty useless besides for the humour effect. Once in a blue-moon they can transmit an iris-message, though only short ones.
HISTORY
They grew up with their mortal father, Adam Fulcher. They kind of close, but he was clearly still upset over being left as a single father. They grew up as female, with the name Joanna Fulcher. Other kids their age always considered them strange. Their father always thought that if they only stopped being different it wouldn’t be a problem anymore. At age ten they came to him talking about their gender dysphoria, and he blew up at her. A week later they packed up and ran away.

Only the next day they were faced with monsters. They tried to fight back with a pocket knife they had found, but was distressed when they found it wouldn’t work against them. Injured and exhausted, they were ready to give up when suddenly a flash of rainbow light blinded the monsters long enough to run away. They got as far as a forest when they passed out. In their dreams, they saw a woman with wings and a toga who knelt down next to them. She told them that help was coming, and though she personally is against fighting, she would leave them with something to defend themselves with. When they woke up, their pocket knife was now capable of hurting monsters, having turned into celestial bronze. An Iris-message then appeared and a boy looking their age asked them where they were because they were going to find them and bring them somewhere safe. Two nights later a satyr found them and brought them to camp half-blood. They had grown up pagan, so wasn’t very surprised to learn that the gods were real. That night at the campfire, they were claimed, and they announced that they were renaming themselves to Rain after her mother, the goddess of rainbows, and that their new pronouns were they/them. They are actually quite fond of their mother, and wants to return the favor and save her.

PERSONALITY SUMMARY
They are energetic most of the time, but they are also very anxious that people are judging them for being non-binary, and typically doesn’t believe people when they complement them or say something nice.
