The Gate
In August 2018, a portal to a parallel world known as the "Gate", suddenly appeared in Ginza, Tokyo where monsters and human warriors wearing ancient armor poured out of the portal, killing everyone in their way and trying to claim the area as their own. This would later be known as "The Ginza Incident". Immediately after the attack, the Japanese Ground-Self Defense Forces launches a counter-attack, repelling and pushing the invaders back to the Gate and reclaiming Ginza. Hoping to establish a diplomatic relationship with the people beyond the Gate and capture the ones responsible for the massacre of Ginza, the JSDF, under orders by the Prime Minister, takes over and enters the Gate. Since then they have found a whole different society, where magic is dominant. But the gun is mightier than the sword the soon find, and after a year there is finally some peace on the horizon. It is now that the Japanese Government has made a deal with foreign nations, and thus the IJTF is formed.

The International Joint Task Force is a multi-purpose task force made up of people from around the world. It's objective is to recon and investigate the other side for their respective governments. The Task Force will be made up of mainly combat troops from multiple NATO Nations, such as the US, Russia, and the UK. But any troops from the these countries must know how to speak Japanese(but the rp will be in English), as this is the language that most of the people on the other side of the Gate know, if they speak a language from our side at all. And an issue troops may encounter is that any and or all support they will get will be from the Japanese military.

If you could not tell this is an rp based off the Anime Gate. You don't have to watch the Anime to be in the rp, in fact most characters in this rp will most likely not know what happened prior to their arrival. Most of the gear the character use may be from their own countries, but vehicles and large equipment will be American, as they are majorly funding the operation.
