Turns out Al human myth and legend was based off of what humans learned from Aliens when they visited Earth. Myth and legend were not lies but instead of other realms it’s other systems of space. Magic is real too though it was merely a case of Clarke Third Law. They call it F3(Fundamental Forces & Fields) through the universe.
Now the reason for your abduction. Earth is the origin of Humans and it’s kept hidden from the rest of the universe for a reason. The humans from Earth are the only humans capable of being modified into Heroes to defend the universe or at least their systems.
In the event of major threats to the universe including but not limited malevolent spaces, intergalactic criminal syndicates, and monster nebulas often require the use of Heroes. Heroes are humans who can utilize some of most powerful artifacts, augmentations, or tame the most powerful beings. Artifacts could be legendary armaments like Three Imperial Regalia, Excalibur, or Longinus. The augmentations could things like Ambrosia, Idunn’s Apples, or Solomon’s Wisdom. The tamed beings could Dragons, Spirits, or legendary monsters.
