An Odd Question for the Players [Halcyon 2nd Ed]

Persell

Ten Thousand Club
Since it's nigh impossible to meet on Thursday of next week, is it possible to meet some OTHER day next week to play?

I, personally, am using the game as one of my three outlets to remain sane during the last 10 days of school.  My wife has conferences all next week, so save for Wednesday and Friday, I am free.

So is that a yes for Tuesday?

So is that a yes for Tuesday, Balota?

And I wonder if Sev, Muad'Quinn or the soon-to-be-named-Elsworth have been able to see this.  Either way, it's a point of discussion for the weekend.

Can't do Monday.

Can't do Thursday.

May not be able to do Tuesday. I won't know until Monday, and I see how much work I get done (fuggin' deadlines).

Sorry :(

So...

Tuesday.

Sounds like that is a no go.  S'alright, I suppose--after last weekend, I need to do Gertie's costume twice through the wash (and we have a neptune).  It's just bad here, as every kid knows what went down 2 weeks ago, and all my power is shot.  New Principal doesnt know me, but I'm having a chat with him today.

Can you imagine Mr. T emasculated this late in the year?  Never thought it, either.  And the whining.  Gods!

So.  Thanks Sev for trying.  Thanks Balota for being flexible, and thanks Szalman for lending me your ear this weekend.  I'm off to answer about a dozen parent emails about the project that isn't due until FRIDAY, and then tonight I'll drink myself until grades don't matter.

I'll be on for sanity's sake, so let me know if anything changes, or fic gets posted.

I guess it's just as well, Tuesday just got claimed on my end . . . sigh . . . but we'll get back together . . .next week??? pweeeeeeeze

And know my ear's open whenever you need it Mr. T - and best of luck with surviving these last two weeks, and better results on the location from the new Camp Tustin

Next week

Is doable. Very doable.

Question:  What about quotes?  who has 'em?  need me to transcribe?

And Muad'Quinn--What is Elworth's character's name?

Thanks, guys.  Ifn I'm spotty this week, forgive me.

I thought Sev and Balota had the last couple sets of quotes but I could be wrong . . . and though I've seen a drawing of the new man (He has firewater and mortars and such!!!!) I've not heard his name, sorry.

Well dang.

I'm able to play on Tuesday.

f$ckers. :)

If you want to come over though, Yngwie, my front door will be open.

Now, that is ironic

*laughs softly*

Ah, well.  I'm glad that you got something done.  I might come over--I have laundry and grading, but a visit I can do easily.  Thanks to our deliberations on the last round of questions, I became inspired to write my prologue.

As always, I'll be lurking.  Szalman--can't change your plans, can you?

Am I the only hold up?  Sweet -

Consider me there then instead.

And game on tonight . . . "I wish to dahnce" . . .

Well, as it appears we're all available, I suppose it's time to game.

I'll contact Ellsworth and make sure he's game, but I seem to recall him being good for tonight.

Well looks like where doing this after all. Ok will make sure i print out the updated balota this time. What time do we want to meet?

Since I can't respond there, all I see for the Sticky note is that the sticky note has been updated but not what the particulars of the update are . . .

Or is this a rights/permissions thing?

OH, and colour me confirmed please . . . no one to thrust into the WoW wing of the Maud'Quinn estates but we'll work on that laters

Bounce, Bounce!

I say 6-7, if you please.  I need to run home and get Yngwie, but that doesn't mean much as I get out earlier than most of you.

um, yes Yngwie, we're not sure how good that glue holding up those expensive pieces of fabric is . . . you might pull a Teera and not mean to . . .

Lunchtime...

*lol*  Boy, my kids looked at me oddly for that one.  Mr. T doesn't laugh.  Chortle evilly, yes, but laugh?  No.

And there has been more activity in the last two hours than in days previous.  This is good.

A couple of questions, then, from the sticky which I have just seen:

1.  Dinner?  On our own, or pizza?  I plan to get there post-1800 (hey, the last couple days I've been an early Mr. Holland--I fly out of the teacher's lot), but I can eat as well as get Yngwie, no problem.

2.  It's actually a movie day tomorrow.  I wonder if we can get through the party today.  Well, at least up past the Balota/Frei Ultimate Cage/Grudge Match (anyone willing to take 2:1 or better odds on the newly done Balota vs. the Dragon-Blood?  And is it bad manners in society to kill one's host?)

3.  My lovely lady actually has a conference that has taken her away from me this week.  I'm stag--which is a real bummer, as she really wants to see what WoW is all about.  (BTW--is Burning Crusade stand alone, or can we just get the really cheap original to start?)

4.  If I bring cassock and thread, would someone be willing to sew buttons for me?  I'll pay in DoubleSuft Oreos...

As far as wow if you just borrow someone elses wow to download and you buy the burning crusade you should be able to get away with that, because you account number is what you turn wow on with not a key code. the diffrence is you don't get the first month free.
