Suggestion An Extra Spectacular Rating!

Hiya!
I hereby suggest that there should be a third rating! A rating both above the heart AND the cookie! A rating you can only use once in a set time period! If that's possible.

It would make someone feel real special if they recieved a rating that the person can only use, say, once a day, or maybe even once a week. And it would really allow you to show value towards something you think is really amazing!

We do have a list of pending ratings that will eventually be implemented ;3 We cannot set a time period I believe on ratings, but we do have a decent list right now, but we don't want to make an excessive library.
