So the plot would be something like:

Genius scientist creates AI human-robot thing just to do simple tasks and help around their laboratory

They teach it to be a proper lab assistant and how to handle things around the laboratory

They begin to form feelings for one another (Kinda like a robot feeling beyond the 1's and 0's in their programming and developing human emotions)

BAM! Love.
