Emi yawned as she fluttered her soft purplish-brown eyes, staring at the ceiling that appeared fuzzy in her eyes. Curled up beside her was the house Purrlion, purring gently as she slept soundly. Emi blankly stared at the ceiling before shifting around to face one of her walls. She blinked as she read the calendar across the room.
"March 23rd...The start of my pokemon adventure," she read aloud, blinking her sluggish eyes. She laid still in bed, before gasping and sitting up quickly. Her Purrlion gave a small shriek as she jumped up and bounced to the other side. Emi groaned as she held her pounding head, getting up way too quickly. She opened her eyes, before widening.
"March 23rd! Purrlion, it's the first day of my adventure!" Emi grinned. She glanced over to her clock. 10:42. "Oh Togepi! I have to get ready!" Emi gasped, scrambling out of bed and running out of her room. She pulled the shower curtains open and turned on the water for a quick shower. She then brushed her hair real quick, stripped out of her nightgown and jumped into the shower, squeaking as the cold water hit her skin. "Holy Acreus!" she squealed. She ignored it and continued on with her morning routine. "I'm going to be late, I'm going to be late!"
