My second attempt at attracting role playing partners. I’m sorry I don’t have any fancy coding or anything like that. I’m working from my phone and my computer at work until I can get a laptop that isn’t flooded with viruses.
A little about me, I suppose. I have a BA in Literary Analysis, so this statement actually serves a dual purpose — it lets anyone interested know that I am an adult (27, actually) and hopefully it gives you some idea of my expectations. Proper grammar and spelling and well-developed characters, paragraphs, and plots. I will, of course, forgive the occasional typo and I know the Oxford comma is a matter of taste, but please no run-on sentences and recognize, appreciate, and understand the difference between to, too, and two.
That said, onto to preferences. I’ve been leaning more toward the dark side of modern/realistic role plays of things. I want anction, (good) drama, and believable romance. Again, well-developed plots. Or at least we’ll-structured, which almost go hand-in-hand. I have a few in mind if anyone would like to hear them. All, however, deal with mature themes and, based on how they’ve developed in my mind, I would playing the female lead.
I prefer to play MxF stories (I’m more than LGBTQ+ friendly, but I don’t wish to stereotype MxM storylines), but I may be willing to play a FxF plot. It really depends on how believable the characters are.
As far as venue goes, I greatly prefer to role play via email. This isn’t to say that I am trying to lure anyone into playing smut. I just have access to email about 99% of the time and don’t have to worry about progress being lost if I have to leave.
All of that said and done, you can expect a decent level of frequency from me. I work 8:30AM-5:00PM EST Monday-Friday, but it’s a desk job, so I have access to a computer. Therefore, you can expect at least a few responses a day, depending on my interest in the story. I would like to find a partner who can respond at least once every two days, if not more. If you decide to ditch, just let me know. I promise not to take it personally.
