So very interested and just making sure about something before I start making a character, but it's not supposed to be real gods/goddesses/whatnot right? They can be made up figures?

Yes! They are all OCs, but you can base off a character off of a god from real mythology if you'd like. NO real gods/goddesses/spirits from real mythology, as it'd actually get confusing and get jumbled up very easily. As a big mythology nerd, I can say that it'd also be difficult to play as any 'canon' figures, as I guess they'd be called.

Just a quick question again (sorry I know I'm annoying) but wondering how do the gods get to Sheica? Or if it's just something they should be able to do without real thought/effort?

There are several ways of going to Sheica. Teleportation either by the ability of the god or their guard/yokai or by several portals the creator had laid throughout the earth realm and the other realms, often within bodies of water or special relics the character may have. Some realms are even connected to Sheica so a character can travel there by steed, flying, or walking.

Depending how long she was locked up Ilian would know of her. They very well might have known one another since he was raised by some of the darker gods in the Greek Pantheon.

I see. Then Ilian might not even know of her, well maybe in a sense the Gods told stories of what "was." Either way the destruction of an island is bound to garner some attention.

Yup I figured the gods would have stories of the "coin" that started it all as I like to call it or in other words darkness and light, her of course being the dark side

I'd like to think there can be groups made by the gods themselves, but they can be scattered throughout the different islands of Sheica. It all matters on how the character places their home.

Just a heads up. I will be including important points at the bottom of my posts with a (*) so be sure to look for those. In this case I'm simply stating that I don't know how combat is to work in this RP so I'm just going to assume for the time being that Ilian can block what Aliel throws at him.

I figure he can block a lot by not all, seeing as she came before him and technically all else and based on the power set could be considered the "source of all dark power" Just like her opposite could be considered the "source of all light power"

Different pantheons believe different things so while she might consider herself greek the greeks wouldn't necessarily recognize her as the source. Also coming before I don't think really would determine the power set. Again it is a very subjective matter as really none of our characters would really be considered "Chief Deities" like Zeus, Odin, Chronos or even Amaterasu or others that would be (most likely) far more powerful than us.
I'm also keen on making sure no one deity or being here is OP.

I am quite curious to see if any others will be stepping in because at least for now this is a pretty level playing field (from Ilian's point of view) since he merely wishes to defend his home. Can't blame the guy for trying!
I don't think Ilian would hold up too well in a melee though. He focuses more on a ranged attack than up close, hence why his weapon is a wand. He very well might be outclassed simply because of that.

I plan on trying to have Kuku fight, since his master did die creating all of Sheica. Though, he's only great at doing defensive spells, and he's not any sort of deity so he can't match up all that well. Eru also may fight, but I'm trying to figure out how to exactly get this childish fox to try in the slightest.

Just saying that if Kuku joined Ilian by his side he might die of laughter from Kuku's size and adorableness
