"You can transform into bears huh? That's cool, I guess. Find it a bit strange that that kind of thing isn't liked in where you came from. That is what you meant by not exactly celebrated right?" he asked whilst he carried her clothes and walked alongside her as they headed towards what was probably the front desk. Whilst they walked, or he walked and she flew, he was thinking of what his room mate may be like. Euclid's hopes are that they aren't much of a pain in the ass and aren't too noisy. And that it was of the opposite gender, though chances are that it's not. He'll just have to keep his hopes up.

Alvann  was leaning against a wall, observing a small wooden figure he was holding. It looked like a small owl with two big eyes. He tilted his head a bit, as if trying to spot any mistakes.

"That's very kind.", Amilia said, hopping ahead. Behind her, a man was carrying her luggage, which contained all her belongings. The man was clearly undead and he was wearing weird clothes. They were red robes. "I think I have no room mate yet, but with all my friends I don't get lonely." The man nodded. "We do what we can.", he said. "I know, Mr. de Cisneros." The man smiled. "Please, call me Ximenez."

Feather suddenly became very silent at Euclid's comment, hesitating, then she nodded. "....I guess you could say that. My town is weird," she said, floating a bit higher in the air. "They're scared of us because it's a curse to transform into creatures like this; bears, leopards, lions, deadly snakes....." the fifteen-year-old trailed off, realizing she had already said too much. However, Euclid seemed fairly trustworthy. Still flying, she asked, rather meekly, "Have you ever heard of the port town of Maetzu? The one with legends of demons living in it? It's a very small town, but it became famous because the governer was killed by his own daughter."

Kuhl

"That works. I'm curious as to who I've been paired with..." The zombie replied, turning to face the building. She didn't expect anyone too out of the ordinary, at least from what she had seen. Kuhl could adapt in the worst case scenario, though she would prefer to avoid someone with too many outlandish tendencies. Beginning to walk, she checked behind her, albeit with difficulty due to the polearms.

(Not really much in my mind right now.)

Briya Tilah

"I am too! I hope it's someone nice, though everyone here seems nice so far." Briya replied cheerfully. "I'm actually very excited to see all the different races and such here, there's so many...I've never seen this many before ever." She said, staring around in awe as they walked towards the building. "So, Kuhl, why are you here?" She asked. "Just to train your magic like everyone else or?" She added curiously. "Some people come here to live here from what I remember, it's basically a small town so it's practical I guess." She said. Everything in one place, free room and board, areas to train, work? What else could someone ask for?

Kiarsuke

"uummm..." Kiarsuke felt her face heat up with embarrassment. Quickly she spat out the sludge like snow and winced at her behavior. "Uh, yeah, I'm good..." Kiarsuke trailed off as she looked at the pair in front of her, she scratched her head quizzically at the little plant animal standing beside a small, light-green haired girl. Although 'girl' was an understatement; She was tiny! Kiarsuke smiled warmly at the shy girl, her bitten tongue forgotten. Maybe this girl and her queer monster would be her first friends. "That's a cute little guy you have there," she said, gesturing to the plant monster. "Can he photosynthesize?" Kiarsuke leaned closer, trying to get a better look at the little being.

Shyilia

Shy kind of just stared as she spat the snow out. Okay, so, she was just a snow eating weirdo. Good to know! Hopefully she wouldn't decide to eat her next or something, even further hopefully she wasn't entirely useless in finding out what she needed. Though as long as she didn't raise up and be some kind of giant or try to attack her it was good to have someone to talk to she supposed. The moonion pretty much mimicked Kiarsuke's confused look, still looking from Shy to her. "Good...I-I saw you and had to check." She replied with a slight smile. When she mentioned her friend she looked to the plant beside her, "Thanks..and uh, yeah." She said. "That's mostly how he eats and stuff, though he sometimes eats other things like fruit." She said, patting the Moonion on the head. "So...I'm Shyilia...what's your name?" She asked.

"One more thing: If her siblings decide to ever visit. I need a teacher or even you to watch over her. Her siblings do cause Luana to lose it so It's best to look out for unstable behavior. That's all I have to say for now. I'm counting on you Varrus" After that the water turned normal before turning into mist and disappearing from the goblet. Luana appeared again and softly took the goblet before putting it back. She knew the headmaster was the only one who was given the gift by her father to see Soulings himself. Without them dying as a whole.

Holding out her palm the Soulings from his shoulder jumped into her hands. "He's very healthy headmaster Varrus. You have been looking after yourself" She mumbled with soft confidence. This was a very good way to boost her confidence. Talking about things she's certain about. Petting the small Souling she rested him apon the headmasters hands. "I heard your conversion with father. I don't think my siblings will bother with a runt. I shall be heading to my room now. Goodbye headmaster" Luana bowed before walking back to the front.

Varrus Shoal

Varrus nodded slowly at his request to watch over the girl if her siblings decided to visit. "Of course." He replied swiftly before the water disappeared. He then smiled to Luana when she reappeared, watching as the Souling hopped into her palm. He chuckled lightly and nodded, "I have indeed. It's an honor to hear such a thing from a Guardian, I'll continue to keep him healthy." He told her, continuing to give her a friendly smile. At her words and departure he nodded, "Stay safe!" He called out, giving the girl a small wave. Thus it just him again he sat in a chair near the front desk in-case any of the students needed assistance or anything of the like, he'd soon head to the cafeteria to get himself some breakfast but that could wait.

Luana smiled when the headmaster said to keep safe. After getting her room number she teleported there and immediately turned invisible. Once the coast was clear she started to make her side of the dorm more homely. Grabbing out her photo frame she frowned. It was her and her litter siblings. All nineteen of them with her being the last one to emerge as the twentieth. All of them didn't even look a like except for the selective few who had the same hair color. Like her eldest brother who had black hair just like her. His eyes were gold in that picture and hers were a deep purple shade.  The others had hair colors of all shades, white, orange, pink, blue, purple, green, blonde, brown, ect. Sighing she sat on her bed with a frown looking down and clenching the photo.

Alexis finished arranging her supplies in her dorm and let out a sigh of relief. The rows of ingredients and flasks sat perfectly organized according to her nearly impossible expectations. She loved it when all of her supplies were in their place. "Now that I'm done with unpacking I can get to work finding someone to try my newest creation on." She was a little disappointed that her roommate had not shown up to the dorm yet but she figured she would meet them later.

She stepped out of her room and headed for the dining area letting the door close behind her. She had an excited bounce in her step as she sauntered down the hall.

The insectoid had finally reached the dorms. This was one of the loudest places in the area, so some one had to be around.

 As he rounded the corner, his senses caught the faint footsteps just in time.

 In the next instant aiden had slipped underneath the girls arm on his heels, still managing to catch himself without falling.  Had he not been so agile, the pair would have collided. He just managed to catch himself...

@Ahara

Alexis jumped as she was startled by someone sliding around the corner and under her arm. Relieved that they hadn't crashed into each other of course. She turned to face him and was startled to see a man sized insect. "Well...hello there. My name is Alexis." She reached out a hand to shake the newcomer's.

She eyed the other person with curiosity. She wondered if he would be a viable subject to have test her latest potion, or if he would skew the results due to being an insect and not a mammal.

@Mistory

The man looked down at her hand, slightly confused. But as he thought,he could recall the greeting used my humans often.

 He took the girls hand, giving.it a gentle shake. He erupted in a variaty of clicking, but soon died down as he realize she most likly couldnt understand him.

 With a cough, he adjusted

"I am....aiden. it is....nice?...to meet you"

@Ahara

Alexis was somewhat caught off-guard by the man's clicking. Her face must have given away how puzzled she was because he stopped the noise making and spoke in a language she could understand. The man introduced himself. "Aiden? Where have I heard that name before? Oh! You're my roommate!" She straightened her hair and adjusted her glasses.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Aiden." She was expecting someone...how to put this delicately...different. She was nevertheless excited to meet someone new.

@Mistory

Room...mate?

 The only thing coming to mind was, as he unserstood, inappropriate for such a place. It must mean in a pair of some kind. Maybe they would share the room. Sounded reasonable. He remembered something like this was mentioned...

He evntually gave a nod, giving a smile.

"Would you mind...showing? Me to the dorm?i am still learning the...grounds and am slightly lost..."

@Ahara

Ivis

Ivis had already been through the whole "Introduction" speech. It wasn't as long as she had initially expected, but that didn't really mean much. She would've waited longer if that's what was requested. She had been waiting to get her papers for a bit, even with the amount of people handing them out. The Half-Fragment read the information, before sliding the booklet into her bag.

'Guess I should find my dorm. I'm sure my roommate will be nice, at least I hope so... Maybe another human? I'd be kinda relatable then... Yeah, that'd be great~!' The girl conversed with herself mentally, before beginning the search for her room. On the way there however, Ivis noticed a girl speaking to a man, an undead one at that. She looked rather young, at least to be attending classes here. 'She must be a special case then... I just hope she can handle herself well. Still... Maybe I could ask.'

Ivis sped up slightly and went to the right side of the girl, trying to get a better look. With a bit of hesitation, she put on a smile and spoke up. "Excuse me, if I could interrupt and ask a question... But why are you here? Not saying you shouldn't be, of course. I've just gotten curious is all. Oh, and I'm Ivis." Ivis had assumed that nothing could go wrong from asking a question, but was she correct?

@Princess Ami

Alexis smiled and stifled a slight giggle as her roommate attempted to comprehend her.

"Sure I can show you to the room." She grabbed his arm and began walking maybe a little too quickly towards their shared room. Once at the door she stopped abruptly and motioned for Aiden to unlock the door.

"Why don't you try your key? Just to make sure it works."

Amilia giggled. "Thats an odd question.", she said. The man nodded. "Indeed. Maybe a demon posses her and clouds her mind?" "Not everything has to do with a demon and no we wont burn her alive." "But..." Okay, thats it Ximenez, you´re done here." "But Miss Amilia..." The man immediatly dissolved, making her suitcase fall to the ground. Amilia got startled a bit, but she turned to the girl that had spoken to her. "To answer your question: I was over theeere!", she pointed the way she came from, "And intended to go over thereee!", she pointed towards the way she was going to. "That made me end up heeere.", she pointed to the ground she stood on. She was not being sarcastic, that was obvious. She smiled at Ivis and then looked at her plush rabbit, a toy that had seen better days, obviously. "Winkles told me i should see the dorm first, so i was heading there."

Key key key...examining the door he quivkly put the two together. Pulling the small key free of his bag, he dlid it in. Some things were similar between the people...

 As the door clicked open, he let it wing, before allowing her to lead inside.

@Ahara

Alexis stepped, more like hopped, into the room. "Ta-da! Welcome to our room!"

"Obviously this is my side," she said motioning her arm around to the area with all of her things neatly arranged. She sat on her bed and watched as Aiden took in the sights of the room. She was getting pretty hungry but didn't want to leave Aiden all by himself. She decided to wait until he was finished before heading to dining hall.

@Mistory

He gave a nod, looking about. Interesting items littered her side, his remaining bare. It would remain that way,hopefully. Setting his bag on the pillow, he sighed, taking afew items out. Setting a small jar with what resembled incence sitting inside, a worn book, and a pocket watch on the bedside table, he gave a nod, clicking with satisfaction.

"Thank you! You have been a great...help?" That was the right wording,yeah?

He hoped so, adjusting himself,he took in the room,and sighed. He could do this..."shall we go? I am getting..." he couldnt think of the word, and thought,before using his hands to motion something like eating. Thats what he hoped she would understand,atleast...

@Ahara

"The name is familiar to me. I've heard it here and there though I didn't know much of anything about the place. It sounds pretty interesting though. And I'm guessing that you're one of these cursed individuals, then?" Euclid replied. He wondered why they were so afraid of the curse, perhaps it might be something it's involved with something terrible other than transfrming into an animal that befalls upon a person who's cursed. Perhaps it's something else. He doesn't know the full story, so Euclid could only make assumptions.

Amilia giggled. "Thats an odd question.", she said. The man nodded. "Indeed. Maybe a demon posses her and clouds her mind?" "Not everything has to do with a demon and no we wont burn her alive." Ivis

"An odd answer for an odd question, am I right?" Ivis replied to the undead, assuming he was joking around when it came to burning her. Being a demon, that could be an explanation however. 'That'd be new, I haven't met a demon before...' She thought to herself, before noticing the sudden disappearance of the man next to the girl. Ivis seemed a bit shocked, but she settled down quickly. 'Over theeere? Oh. So she's looking for her dorm I guess. That seems normal enough. Kinda childlike... I like it.'  The smile on Ivis's face grew more pronounced by the second, as she hadn't met many people like this. "Oh, so you're headed to your dorm then? I could help you with these bags if you want." She offered, assuming that someone else would have to help the girl now.

Kuhl

"Why am I here you ask? Time has progressed since I last used some magic. I take it that advances have been made, no? I need to catch up. And you're right with the races thing. Quite the colorful selection we have around us. I wouldn't be surprised if I met an entirely new species." Kuhl continued to head towards the front desk, looking to the girl beside her. "Are you here for any of the other reasons you mentioned, or is it also a bit different?"

@Mitchs98

Alexis smiled, Aiden didn't have a lot of things to put on his side of the room. She tried to decipher what he said and figured he meant that he was hungry.

"C'mon lets go to the dining hall." She stepped over to the door and motioned for him to follow her. She hoped that she would be able to help him get better at communicating.

She started to walk down the hall looking over her shoulder to see if he was following her.

Dining...hall...

Hopefully that was the place he desired. Followinf after,he gkanced about. The building was much...cleaner, than anything his people could build. It was amazing. How they pieced it together like a massive puzzle. The kavash merely carved their homes from the clay and soil, so this was an incredible change.

 "So we are to be...class mates?"

@Ahara

Alexis walked slowly so that Aiden could marvel at everything he saw. She figured where he was from things were not as proper as the school. They eventually reached the dining hall and went in. As soon as she entered the door she was hit by a wall of different aromas. The cacophony of scents were intoxicating to her.

Her stomach began to growl and she made a beeline for the food. "Ooh I want some of this and this and..." which went on until she reached the end of the line of food. Her plate was stacked precariously high yet wasn't wobbly. Alexis was still very neat even when she was starving. She sat down at the end of a table with some other people at it.

Euphrasie woke up from her nap, her body thawed and her mind was energized. She looked around and saw her roommate has not arrived yet. Outside there were sounds of chatter and bustle, people are still entering even after the speech commenced. People need to learn to come on time, they can't do this when classes begin.

She straighten her hair and removed the creases on her dress. I'm not going to wait around for them, I'll go down to the cafeteria and get something to eat. She left her room and went down to the cafeteria, leaving the door unlocked for her roommate if she came.

When she entered the cafeteria, the room was a lit with many aromas but also many people. She grabbed a meal and drink, it didn't matter what. She sat down at a table and began to eat. There wasn't anything more than a spoon and a fork, she guessed this school wasn't that refined.

12 AM, Midnight, Following Day.

At exactly 12 AM a loud bell sounded through-out the dormitories and school-grounds, following that an announcement was made for the students to all arrive to the courtyard outside of the front doors and assemble in an orderly fashion. Before long everyone had arrived, Headmaster Varrus looking out at everyone and giving stragglers a few minutes to show up. After he began speaking, "I'm sure all of you are wondering why precisely you were pulled out of bed at such a late hour and told to come out here." He began. "It's fairly simple; a surprise exam that's held every new year at midnight to test the newer students." He continued. "This mission will be a rather simple one and will not be graded, results will however be passed along to your teachers so they have an idea of how you're doing." He said.

"The mission is simple; You will all head into the forest and work together to retrieve a set of four moonlight gems. Green, Blue, White, and Yellow. It doesn't matter who gets them, there will be no bonuses for those who hold the gems. This is a team exercise and will be treated as one." He told them. He paused momentarily and looked over the crowd, "Any questions?"
