Effectively the Central Powers win The Great War and enforce various treaties on the Allied Entente the Roleplay would take place within Germany during the 20's and 30's.
The French nation would succumb to Fascism along with Italy, the United States electing Robert M. La Follette Sr. running on a Democratic-Progressive ticket and winning the election in 1921, leading too the Socialist Party effectively overtaking the Democratic/Republican parties in popularity in the first three years of his presidency.
The Russian Empire becomes more of a glorified Empire then a real one, Tsar Nicholas II becoming nothing more then a glorified figure-head rather then a ultimate leader.
The English nation would soon after collapse into a broken empire, India declaring independence along with Iraq, Yemen, Oman, Egypt, and Trans-Jordan, Wales, and Ireland. England maintains control over Scotland and becomes the Union of Socialist Anglo-Scottish States.
