Terribly kind, passionate and quick to speak up, Maina is about everything one might expect of a stereotypical angel. Her step is light with grace, her laugh sweet as rain; her whole being is brimming with gentleness, as if her very soul was created around this one attribute. A quick friend and a difficult enemy, Maina's curiosity about others brings either makes your day - or annoys so terribly you'd think it was planned.

A heaven-born, Maina has only been in the human world for two life-times. At last free from the strictness that dictated her days before, Maina quickly dived head-first into everything mortality has to offer. Her adventures are many, as are the disasters - she's a known headache to the local police force, as well as any supernatural creature in her path. It's here that she met her husband, though their first interaction was far from ideal.

Her husband, and a person she cherishes over most everybody; they're an unlikely duo, with her energetic disposition and his serious personality, but Maina wouldn't change it for the world. Their relationship has come a long way from it's less than pleasant beginnings, with it's origins in a long rivalry. Maina is not above admitting she might have played a tiny part in it... by ruining a big plan of his. But hey, the past is the past, right? Even if she sometimes gets them both arrested or stuck in incomprehensible places.

He's used to getting what he wants in life, and spends most nights drinking and partying without a care in the world, interrupting his daily routine with a bit of work now and then. He tends to wear his heart on his sleeve, always letting it be known when he's unhappy or upset. As someone who's gotten what he wanted for most of his life, Sunny can be a bit of a brat when things don't go his way. Despite this, Sunny is persistent: If things aren't going his way he'll constantly keep pushing to try and change them.
