The monitor flickered to life and the image of masked man appeared. He was armed with a double-barreled shotgun and seemed to be in an office of some sort. "To Weyland-Yutani," He man's voice rolled out gruff and steady, sounding both calculated and wrathful at the same time. "We have taken over your installation on New Glasgow and will soon deal you a blow from which you won't recover." As the speaker made his threats a second man walked into frame, dressed much in the same way. Worn fatigues, though this man wore a scarf around his face and a ball cap... This man also dragged a hostage into view. As the hostage was forced to his knees that speaker slowly picked a revolver off the desk. "If we see anyone moving to keep us from our goals, we will execute the hostages." The man growled as he placed the revolver against the hostage's head and pulled the hammer back... Instead of firing he placed the revolver back down on the desk. "But we are not unreasonable," His voice evened out as the sobbing hostage was dragged from view. "We will allow one week for the location of the entrance of your sealed lab to be transmitted to us." The man clearly held a French accent. "If that limit is reached, we will begin to tear this installation apart and none will be spared."
Not long after this message was broadcast the USCM mobilized a platoon to infiltrate the research installation and liberate the hostages. They would be supported by a PMC known as the Crusaders, which had been hired by Weyland-Yutani. They expected it to be a simple hostage rescue against a ragtag group of ex-employees of Seegson that had decided to take their anger out on their rivals.. Or mabye even knowingly sent as some form of corporate espionage... Little did they know what horrors they would be walking in to.
