Um... I'm going to just wing this to the best of my ability.
22 years ago the invasion of planet earth took place. It started as asteroids. The people of earth believed it to be a natural phenomenon; the asteroids were just a cluster that happened to run into the earth. It was quiet for a little, maybe a bit over a month. Then, the number of missing person skyrocketed. All types of people at first; however, it soon changed to just women and children. Countries soon collapsed on themselves, some it was just the lack of leaders, others it was uprisings. The conflict was already ablaze when they arrived. No one paid attention to the warnings, the governments weren't ready to defend. So they arrived, the largest cities were taken over quickly, in the first few months that is. They spread out after that, weaving themselves into the population with disguises. The aerial attacks finally ceased, but the ground troops were constantly wiping out survivors. The cycle of air attacks then ground attacks slowly made the population ebb.
In the present day of this disaster, many groups have formed. Led by the now past military officers.
Bingo bongo, I have nothing else. I know I want the aliens to take form as humans but I don't know what I want them to look like. I also want some forced hybrids due to the women being up in the spaceships that orbited earth. I also know I want it to be roleplayed as a single military group with very few outsiders.

Well, first a few questions:
1.What is the core here for you? What is that one thing (or set of things) that you really want out of this? The aliens? The military survival aspect? Just the survival aspect?
2.Generally speaking, what do you aim for in a roleplay? Are you mainly looking for fun, escapism or quality writing? Are you more of a planner or someone that takes things as they come? Are you more detailed or more to the point? Do you prefer lighter or darker moods?
3.Do you plan for this to be a group RP or a 1x1
