For some reason I haven't been getting alerts for my RP lately and I was just wondering if the problem was known and was getting fixed soon.

Have you clicked your last alert from this RP? If you make sure to check them every time you get them they keep on getting sent, but if you stop they stop being sent. So, if you were checking your notifs on Tapatalk but then not on the site you wouldn't be getting alerts.

I only use the site form. There have been times to where I log on and there's no alerts but when I visit the RP there's pages of replys

So, there is currently no known bug for the alert system and no one else, to my knowledge, has reported errors with the alert system. I would suggest reading over this tutorial. Hopefully, it'll be able to explain why alerts may get accidentally turned off. If that doesn't solve your problems, please feel free to return and we can try and work something out.

This happened to me a few times... usually if I missed an alert, or forget to go back and read it... Try unfollowing/unwatching, then rewatching the thread again. Should clear it up for you :-)
