It looks to me like it should restrict the movement of people trapped in it. Or does it just stick and burn, like napalm?

As it lists the requirements to cut through th web, I would imagine that it restricts movement too, otherwisewhy cut through it.

Yeah, that's my reasoning too. You're right, it would just be silly if it didn't restrict movement. And Borgstrom didn't write that book, so it can't be silly  :wink:
