This will contain a short timeline for the evolution of the tech up until the time of the roleplay.
2022
-Nanotechnology is improving at a rapid pace with companies like Apple being a major part of it´s funding, and nanobots quickly revolutionize medicine, virtual reality and computers.
2023
-A meteor approaches orbit, and a ship is built and sent to both mine it and attempt to change it´s course
-A phenomenon is discovered where energy appears to translocate irrespective of obstacles or distance between two nanobots. The study of this phenomenon begins
2024
-the success in having the only piece of the asteroid that reached the Earth fall into an ocean has granted great praise a new charge of funding to space exploration
2025
-most movies are now seen in virtual reality
-holograms are part of every day life
-prostectic limbs with nanobot assistance are beggining to enter the market
-cancer was the very first target of mass nanobot usage due to it´s fame, and it´s mortality rate declined by 72%, with studies on how to repair cells genetically being conducted
2027
-after a series of scandals with the first usages of nanobots to augment the brain, such pratice was forbidden by law
-the launch of the first transsatelites takes place, a joint of the study of energy teleportation and space exploration

-global, free and fast wifi is a thing with the network of transsatelites in place. With this success and test of distance, a new plan is already being started to harvest a large source of energy.
-while protests occur on occasion, laws forbid attempts at enhancing people genetically. However, many diseases have been pratically irradicated with the place of nanobots in medicine and genetics.
-the rise of sea levels is becoming more and more evident, with many countries starting to take measures against global warming more seriously.

-the first "sunpod" is launched, a satellite constructed to withstand enormous temperatures so it can approach Venus and use it´s extensive and highly advanced panels to capture solar energy and directly trasmit it to Earth.

-the sunpod´s success revolutionizes the energy industry, with one sunpod generating about as much energy as a nuclear factory. Solar pannels similar to those of the sunpod´s are being sold en masse, and many new sunpod´s are being quickly built
-a new weather regulating machine, based on the sunpod´s teleporting of energy, is invented in a small town.
2038
-the world is bathed in the solarpod´s energy. The amount of first and second world countries has greatly expanded.
-large companies have formed around both the solarpod´s energies and the weather machines, thus regulating the wheather under government surveilance.
-Global warming, although not yet fixed, has been majorly halted.
-the sunpod and weather machines serve as inspiration for the attempts at teleporting material matter. The first teleporting device is invented, only capable of moving a few gusts of sand

-a large teleporting device is invented, capable of transporting up to a car

-first human teleportation is attempted

-minor genetic implants have been permitted and allow for a slower aging process, different hair, eye or skin colors, and even gender changes at a quick pace.
