This guy is lying, obsessive, and manipulative. He is driven by his goal and his goal alone. He wants revenge, power, and respect. Fear is irrelevant. People are irrelevant. Obstacles are irrelevant. He is strong enough to make sure gets his way and clever enough to know not to completely push people away. However, he will get caught up in whatever he sets his mind to. He's a bit of a prankster, too. Katsuo may think he doesn't care about anyone, but he has a soft spot for young (especially abused) children.

Backstory/Origin Story:
Katsuo was born to two bakeneko who lived in Japan. He stayed there for most of his life perfecting his skills. Eventually, he grew to be an adult and began to do as bakeneko do. He was taken in by a kind old couple whom he accidentally cursed. After a bit of this, they could no longer afford to take care of a cat so they sent him to an animal shelter. From here, he was taken in by a teenage girl who wasn't that intelligent. Katsuo never grew to care for her all that much, despite not disliking her. However, his powers eventually led to her death. She did end up moving to America for college, so that is where he was left. Katsuo decided he wanted to try out a little more of life by the time he got his next owner. This man he specifically killed and took the role of the man. This lasted until people began to be suspicious and he got bored. Katsuo let his next owner off as he wasn't interested in taking over this life, so he let himself be spoiled as he practiced his curses. Eventually, he ended up accidentally burning down the house he was in. This was of little consequence to the cat. Katsuo did get another owner, this one was a superhero. As it turns, being a superhero doesn't make you a good person as Katsuo was abused by his owner. Eventually it got so bad that he went into his own mind and split it apart. One personality was happier and mischievous. The other (this one) is hell bent on revenge and is really quite evil when he wants to be. Now, Katsuo spends his time with this personality trying to gain more power and to hunt down the superhero that once took him in.
Villainous Motive:
Katsuo mainly wants his revenge and the who power and respect thing. Not to mention, he gets bored very easily and it is in a bakeneko's nature to be destructive and chaotic.
