You'd be surprised that the idea of mixing electricity and fire is not unique to fairy tail. In addition to those listed in the users section Electric-Fire Manipulation , there are Sophie Sawallisch from Shakugan no Shana, lightning flame grenades from FFXV, and pretty much slotting lightning and fire upon melee weapons like in Warframe.
