Aviana had finished reading her newspaper and noticed a big crowd that was supposedly surrounding some sort of celebrity. Putting the newspaper back in the box she ran into the crowd to see which celebrity it was exactly. She started to push by the crowd until she got to the row where people were close enough to take pictures and record videos. Seeing as she didn't see who the celerbrity was, this would've turned into a waste of time if she didn't see who she/he was! Avie started to shove at the people infront of her only to notice that she was doing only some damage by the person in front of her stating, "Hey! Stop shoving me I need this recording!" Not wanting to give up she continued trying to get infront of the person.

Unlike her younger sister Allie is a bit more quiet. She isn't the loudest, but if she really tries she can yell. Sometimes she can be assumed of being shy when really she just has a quiet voice. Allie is pretty confident in her self and her abilities. Sadly, when an important moment to her is about to happen she will think about it over and over again until she most likely decides against it. Rarely, she can let her jealousy control her and will go after Blair in rage and anyone who stands in her way.

The farthest memory Alyssa can recall is watching her parents train her younger sister, Blair. Allie always wanted to make her parents proud, but it seemed like they would always shrug her off because they were to busy training and awing in Blair's incredibleness. Allie knew that Blair was really good in almost everything she did and she wasn't going to deny that, but still she just wanted some attention from her parents to know that she was doing well. That never happened so most of her training she got was from her older sisters and sometimes even Blair! After a couple of years Blair became head guard around the same time Allie just became a new guard. She was happy that Blair her younger sister got to be captain, but she couldn't help but be a bit jealous of Blair's life.

Alyssa watched as both Sakura then Cadence went into their human forms and walked into to the portal. Seeing as it would be awkward and a horrible plan if she didn't Allie also went into her human form. As soon as all of her Kemonomimi attributes disappeared she felt an extraweight get pulled on her as if telling her to be more careful because she was now weaker than usual.




Allie began looking around for a place to put her swords but seeing as she was wearing a dress, there wasn't really anywhere to put it, besides giving herself an really uncomfortable back scratcher. Realizing she had no other choice she left both of her swords behind hidden inside a bush nearby, hoping that if they ever got into danger it would be in private so she could go at the

person with her claws. Taking one last look around at her world Allie finally walked into the portal also.

The things that where once there to comfort her, The parents who are no longer there... She destroyed them... she had no choice... Run...Run...RUN... Are the only words she hears... Risa continued to hold the tattoo marking tight right next to Hayden's feet, the boys beginning to wake-up properly now around her, holding their heads and wincing, the black ink swirled and moved around Risa's body as if having a mind of its own, one of the boys began to open their eyes but just at that moment Risa heard the familiar 'ding' of her cellphone and the specific tone set for Hana, her concentration broke and the tattoo line returned to her body, the symbols calming and returning to their hiding place under her clothing and on her face, her ears and tail disappearing once again as she suddenly began casually walking away from the scene, having noticed the boys movement the moment she was snapped out of her annoyance-fueler trance.

She moved a short distance away from the alley as she read it and a smirk once again formed under the bandages covering her face, "Horatio?~…. the statue guy?~…." she muttered with a slight chuckle, "This girl might just really be a moron~…. falling for a guy like him." she continued, shoving the device in her pocket with a slight sigh after replying.​

She continued to stroll around, deciding to take the long way there, sighing as she looked up at the sky again, 'More important than your own kind' 'you've spent too long in the human world Ren' 'Stop running away! What are you afraid of?'…. Hayden's annoying tone rang in her head as she attempted to shake the thoughts of his words, "He doesn't understand…. no one understands…. not as long as they keep being on their 'sides'…. This whole fight is pathetic and a waste of time~…." she muttered.

Glaring down at the ground as she moved her head back into viewing position of the world in front of her, only to see 'Mr Statue' himself carrying Hana out of the pond bridal style and watching the two awkwardly interact, Risa already had a pretty good idea of what had happened, and despite her best attempts to slip behind a tree unnoticed she couldn't manage to completely stifle a giggle.

Ciri had spent quite a bit of time packing, most of it not actually packing. A lot of it debating on what to do about her crush on Megumi. She could tell from how those two acted she clearly already liked Revan, and if that was the case what chance did she have? Revan technically worked for Megumi to, but he was a guard..she was nothing more than a maid, a servant. Sure, she treated her nicely. But she treated everyone nicely, so that didn't really mean much. She sighed heavily, she knew she was coming on this trip to hopefully confess to her, but..she honestly wasn't sure if she should even bother. The only thing this trip would suffice at this point was depressing her further with Revan and Megumi's relationship. ..or ending it and starting her own with her. In a nice confessing to her way, not a purposefully ending it way. She could tell Cadence knew about her feelings for her sister. Perhaps she could ask her opinion on the matter?


Maybe she'd do that. Regardles she snatched up her suitcase and swiftly made her way to the portal, making it just in time to see everyone going through. She quickly exchanged her current form for her human disguise, hesitated slightly at the entrance, and finally walked through. On the other side in the human world she quickly spotted Cadence. "Um..can I talk to you about something for a minute?" She asked, hoping to talk to her before Megumi arrived.

Megumi couldn't help but giggle at the interaction between Blair and Revan. She found the two to act super cute around each other, and she actually wanted the two to hook up if it wasn't for the fact that Blair was into girls. Even if the captain didn't want people knowing that she was into girls the Princess knew. She knew lots of things about lots of people, and her lesbianism just happened to be something. However Megumi couldn't blame her for liking girls. It was so cute and innocent, more so than a relationship with a man. The bunny girl herself liked woman just as much as she liked men. In her eyes no one would be left out of her love. Her bunny ears perked up as Revan mentioned that the two have seen eachother in all their glory. She wasn't sure if they were thinking of the same thing, but a small giggle escaped her mouth. "Yes, me and Revan have seen eachother in all our glory. But it was only once when I made him bathe with me." She said gleefully, clapping her hands together and winking. "But do not worry Blair, nothing bad happened between us. The most we touched was just our backs, nothing more than that. I am still a pure princess." She explained before hugging Revan once again, releasing him much quicker this time. Then they got onto the topic of Blair and Sakura being together. Just as much as she thought Revan and Blair were cute together, Blair and Sakura was even cuter. The only problem was that Blair didn't have the balls to confess. Surely confessing wasn't that hard if you truly loved someone? If Megumi had to confess her love it'd be as easy as 1 2 3! "Yes, I must agree with Revan on this one. Go and confess your love for her! She'll gladly say yes, I feel it in my heart. However if you're too scared to do it, I can always do it for you." The princess said, taking each of their hands and leading them down to the portal. Ciri unfortunately wasn't with them, but she caught sight of her entering the portal after Cadence. "Is there anything you two need before we go? If not let's transform and head out!"

In I-tek Alpha looked out from the sky scraper housing the many labs on many levels. They were at a dead end of sorts there was a minor issue with the exoskeleton that was causing headaches. There was a small issue with the servo motors in the arms and legs, they weren't interfacing properly with the user and that resulted in slow movements. There had been several solutions proposed but none had worked , anything short of plugging the user into the suit seemed to not work. That brought up a few more issues and the only way around it seemed to be to tap into the users nerves directly.


Alpha soon left the tower and went down into the city, she often needed to just walk around outside of the work area when she was looking to solve a problem. While she could leave it to other researchers she needed something to distract herself with while she waited on the parts to come in, in a day or two thanks to those ingrate terrorists. She never could understand those people and their idealistic view of nature as some kind of benevolent being instead of a none living arrangement of forces dictated and control by laws science had discovered and explained. So Alpha walked through the streets, those with extensive augmentics or heavy interest in the field did recognize alpha but for the most part she moved though crowds unmolested.

 

[Shadow Alpha]

Blair sighed as she looked up at Revan, "I think that I'll just take my chance with magic on this one. Thanks but no thanks Megumi, I'll do it myself." Megumi's comment on her and Revan bathing together sent her into a whole new level of embarrassment that was followed by uncontrollable laughter. She found it incredibly funny that both of them were giving her advice on confessing when Revan was basically in the same boat as her. "Sure I'll go to see your old man but weren't you saying something about confessing being better than keeping everything bottled up? You need to follow your own advice geezer," Blair said while smirking at Revan. She allowed Megumi to drag her along to the portal but suddenly became hesitant when Megumi paused to ask if they needed anything. There was something about appearing to be human that just didn't sit well with her. Blair felt the most comfort in her kemonomimi or animal form. "Don't you guys that it would be better for me to be in my animal form while we are out among the humans? I'll fit in pretty well since most people would look at me and assume that I was a dog since blue eyes don't occur in wolves. Even they asked you could just say I was some kind of hybrid," Blair's tone wavered as she rushed out her words.

Revan turned really red when Megumi mentioned him and her bathing together. Though that did bring back fond memories when Revan and Megumi were around each other all of the time. Trying to compose himself, Revan wasn't surprised when Megumi took both his a Blair's hand and they followed her towards the portal. Getting near the portal, Blair almost blatantly implied of Revan's crush on Megumi right in front of the princess, in which Revan put his hand over her mouth. Looking at Megumi, Revan quickly said,"Don't listen to Blair, she likes to go on rants you know how she is." He then looked Blair with the most threatening face he could think of. Resolving the situation, Blair then added the idea of her going into her animal form, pretending to be dog instead of her human form. Thinking abut for a minute Revan decided it was a solid idea, plus it gave him a chance of looking more like couple with Megumi. "Yeah we can go with Blair. How about you Megumi? Me and you can just pretend we're a.... couple taking our dog for a walk. What do you say to that?"

Megumi was a bit disappointed that Blair didn't want her to hook her up with Sakura. The princess believed love to be the greatest thing in all the worlds and hooking two people up would make her day. But at the same time she realized how much more romantic it'd be if she confused in person. "Ok Blair, I'll leave it all up to you!" She said with a giggle, squeezing her hand softly. As they stood outside the portal and continued to talk, Blair's comment about Revan and his love for Megumi flew completely over her head. She was oblivious as stated before, and this too she didn't get. She figured that he was in love with someone else. It made her sad but happy at the same time. He was a pretty cute guy and they've known eachother for the longest time, so it'd be wonderful to get with him, but it also made her happy to know that he was happy. Now the only question was who?


Blair's and Revan's idea of what their disguises could be Megumi thought was adorable. She'd always wanted a pet of her own, and a mate, so this was perfect! However there was one small problem. "Yes! That sounds like a wonderful idea. However what about Ciri? She is going to be tagging along with me, so how would we fit her in? Maybe Revan can be my brother and Ciri can be my girlfriend? That would be cute as well, unless you have something better..."

It wasn't that Iris didn't care, well, actually that was exactly it. She could care less about the personal lives of these humans. More so, what could she tell them about herself? She hadn't particularly planned on being asked. She would have to settle on being as vague as possible. Soren's humming set her mind a bit at ease, and she tried to focus on the melody as she replied without looking over,

"Me? That is...I'm not that interesting ahaha. I live alone, I'm taking an online class to become a zoologist. I'm really passionate about animals."




Perhaps the whole online schooling thing was a lie, but she really was passionate about animals as well as nature itself. The thought caused her eyes to soften. The human world didn't have mystical beings, but there were still cute animals here. Without really thinking she added,

"Foxes are my favorite."

Her eyes came across a dress shop and her ears and tail almost popped out with awe. She didn't say anything, but it was obvious she wanted to go inside. Dresses were normally for the royalty. Never had she worn such clothing. But she had always been embarrassed to enter one of these stores by herself.​

Sure, Hayden was stealthy. He was good at catching things before they occurred. Until today. Screams filled his ears, and for once he was happy not to be in his Kemonomimi form, as his ears were far more sensitive then. Suddenly things were getting more crowded, far more crowded than Hayden enjoyed.

"Hey watch where the fu-"




He started before being shoved aside by a mob mostly consisting of teenagers. God this was annoying. He hated humans. If things couldn't get any worse for the wolf, something seemed to trip him, something black, and it didn't occur to him that It may have been Risa's dong until he was thrust forward, colliding with a girl attempting to push her way through. The force had been so significant that the two tumbled a few feet away.

Damn Risa....




Cursing under his breath, luckily he hadn't ended up in those cliche falling positions where he falls on top of the girl. That would be troublesome. As he composed himself on the ground, he didn't realize the shock from the fall had forced his ears and tail to appear. He gazed at the girl he collided with. She seemed younger than him, but older than Risa.

For hours, she sat in the same spot. Undisturbed and unmotivated, she sat at her counter.


She'd been working at this small little corner shop for years. She's been here for so long that she's personalized areas of the store.


And finally, after what seemed to be equivalent to a whole day, the manager walked in, as cherry as ever.


"Good morning, Sachi!" A very cute old lady had announced in a sing-song voice.


Sachi jumped. She was daydreaming again, lost in thought. The owner had woken her up.


"Ahh- Do you have to shout? It's still morning~" Sachi replied, stretching her arms and yawning.


"You need to pay attention! Do your job!" The old woman scolded her.


"I am. Nobody comes in at this hour anyway." She leaned back into her chair with an annoyed expression.


"That doesn't mean you can slack off! This place is a mess!" The lady sighed. "I'll take it from here, go get some air."


Sachi got up from her usual spot without objection and staggered her way to the door.


She took a step outside into the morning sun and it stung her eyes.


"Ughh-" She shielded them with her hands.


Leaning against the wall, she watched as the morning began to pick itself up.


More people were outside now, hustling and bustling. It was a lot more lively than before.


She sighed and closed her eyes.


After a few minutes of listening to the noises of the crowds, she re-opened them- and something immediately caught her eye. @Karcen


An augmented. A rather fierce looking one at that.


She stared for a bit before loosing interest.


The augmented, though uncommon, were not abnormal.


Their existence was a side-effect of the rapid growth of technology. Sachi didn't care too much about it to pay any more attention.


But it was cool that she got to see one.

A day in the city was always exciting. He picked a good time too. The city had just began to fill up with people.


After years of spending time in the human realm, living beside them, observing them, shadowing them, he got the basics down on how to act socially acceptable in public. Human society was intensely different from the Kemonomimi society. But after getting the hang of it, it wasn't too hard to blend in. But the humans were rather cold to each other. Strangers did not greet each other, nobody openly smiled...


It was... very unwelcoming in the human world. It was the complete opposite of the Kemonomimi realm.


Nonetheless, Everett loved it. He loved the difference.


Walking down the street, to nowhere in particular, he eyed something intriguing. It was something he had never seen before. @Karcen


His curiosity had got the better of him. He just had to know what this was.


He moved closer, wanting a good look.


It seemed to resemble a human, but something was off.


But Everett did not want to be a bother. It was 'socially unacceptable' to make conversation with strangers without a practical reason to do so.


He stopped and thought for a moment, trying to come up with some way to approach.


But after a few seconds, he just decided to go for it. He was in his human form and him being perceived as weird would be the worst that could happen. And frankly, that didn't bother him too much.


"Good morning," He spoke to the individual and smiled. @Karcen


That was a common greeting that humans would exchange to each other. He wanted to appear as normal as possible.


But... After his first words, he didn't really know what else to say.


Abort! Abort!


He just kind of stood there awkwardly for some time, waiting for a response... If he would even get one...

The sudden contact with her arm made her want to jerk away violently because of her phobia. But that would jeopardize their relationship wouldn't it? They would find her weird. So Iris gritted her teeth as her face flushed red.

O-Oh god....I'm being t-touched....this isn't good.




She would have been happy to go into the store were it not for the contact. It caused her mind to swirl and she rambled on a little anxiously,

"H-hang out? I'd l-love to."




Distracting herself with the beautiful apparel, she pointed to a blue dress.

"I think this would look good on you S-Srion."




Iris didn't really know what to wear for herself. She didn't wear dresses or skirts, she usually kept to shorts. Glancing over at Soren as not to leave him out she spoke,

"S-Soren, what kind of style do you like on a girl?"




She wasn't very used to the way humans spoke, as she preferred to speak in Belasari back home. So even though she meant to say what style did he think would fit her, it came out more as if she were interested in what type of girl he liked.

If Alpha had upgrade her sensory suite to the military model she would have detected the collision before it happened or perhaps been away that she was being watched before said collision happened, but she did not and thus was surprised when someone bumped into her. The person seemed normal enough and Alpha regretted not getting the facial recognition database installed so she could get names and some other choice data just by looking at faces. Well she couldn't do that right now so she didn't know the man she bumped into, a random man that seemed to be waiting for something awkwardly so she did wonder if he was some augmentation enthusiast that had noticed her and wanted to make small talk.


" Good morning" Alpha said her words coming out swiftly with obvious curiosity but it sounded dull as if she was forcing herself to calm down " Did you need something?" She asked wondering why she had been bumped into and hoping she had a pen.

 

[Shadow Alpha]

When Revan covered Blair's mouth, she sent him a glare to match his own before reverting to her animal form. The wolf looked up in triumph at Revan with her tail swishing slowly. "Wow it must suck for you to get completely friend zoned in front of little ole me. But don't worry, I'm rooting for you Revan!" she spoke supportively through the mental link to Revan and placed a paw on his leg. Blair shook off the now loose human clothing and sniffed through her belongings in search of something she deemed necessary for the mission. She sat on her haunches in front of Megumi with a fashionable bowtie collar in her mouth that had 'Pup' engraved on it. It had come to be a precious gift that she had never allowed anyone to see because she'd have to answer a lot of embarrassing questions that she would never be able to live down. It was given to her when she had finished first mission in the human world and somehow ended spending time with a human child that was lonely. The child began to call Blair 'pup' and she just rolled with it since she couldn't talk them. Blair would visit the child everyday to make it happy while she rested up for her journey home and was a part-time pet for a few weeks which caused her family to worry over her disappearance. 'Those were some peaceful times,' she thought to herself as she reminisced. Blair focused on the link between her and Megumi, "Can you put this on for me? Humans tend to trust dogs that wear these and I'm more likely to be allowed in stores with this thing."

There was a short moment of silence.


Should I just cut the bullshit?


"You're human, yes?" He asked of her, looking back up.


That may have sounded rude... and strange... I wish there wasn't such a cultural boundary...


"What I mean to say is- I've never seen anything like you before. It's fascinating, really!"


He tried to straighten up his outward appearance.


"I don't really know how to ask this politely, forgive me, but... What are you?"

Alpha tilted her head from one side to the other this was not the situation she had expected. Though it is up to you Megumi, you're the princess after all." Blair then changed into her animal form and mentally jabbed at him for being friend zoned. Which made Revan upset. He was so used to talking to girls and being smooth, but when it came to Megumi, she had this certain effect on him, which made it harder for him to confess his feelings for her. Don't rub it in, Blair. Next we do some free training me and you are gonna go for a couple of rounds. I'll see if the Capn' can handle herself. Revan laughed when Blair then got the collar and held it in her mouth waiting for Megumi to put it on.

"Augmentation?"


He pondered. He was certain he had heard the term somewhere. But he could not recall what it meant.


He peered closely to the hand she had held up.


It resembled a human hand, yet it was shiny and metallic. It was not flesh.


She's human- yet not? The law recognizes her as human and she identifies as human... But perhaps to somebody else she is not.


I could see why.


Everett had learned a while back that humans were living beings. If she was a machine, she was not alive.


His questions did not seem to faze her though, so he decided to press on.


"But if you're made from abiotic materials, are you not alive?"


She seemed to be alive to him at least. She was reactive and she was intelligent.


It just made no sense to him...


But he was very keen on learning more.

Megumi watched silently with a big smile on her face as the two guards talked. Although she couldn't hear them she knew that they were up to something, probably teasing one another about their love interests. She did want to know, but it really wasn't her business. However she knew one thing, Revan really didn't like her idea. The princess understood why though, they haven't seen eachother in what felt like ages and he probably just wanted to spend some time together which she was totally for. "Oh fine Revan, we will go with your idea. Besides, the idea sounds fun! You and me in love while Blair is our dog. All we are missing is a baby!" She said happily, clapping her hands together before taking the collar from Blair's mouth and putting it around her neck. When that was all taken care of Megumi finally used her magic stuff to turn into her human appearance. Her normal light blonde hair turned into a much darker blonde color, her eyes changed to a warm green, and her bust grew a little smaller to accommodate for the human average. "Hurry up Revan, we have to catch up!"

" Either way it should be my turn to ask a question, you seem to be ignorant of many common things such as augmentations so I must ask where are you from, as I thought few places could have escaped such modernization?" She asked now interested in who this man was and just why he was so ignorant of the larger world.

Blair's wolfish grin was the best that she could do while in this form. It would be fun to go sparring with Revan no one volunteered to spar with her as much due to her aura. It is quite hard to hit someone that vanishes into the shadows at will. She raised her hind leg to scratch at the collar, it had been awhile since she's worn one besides the choker she favors in her human form that has her family crest on it. Looking up at Megumi from her low perspective, Blair could clearly see that she was attractive but it didn't give her the same rush that she got from Sakura. A quick sniff of the air led Blair to truly understand the power of pheromones that seemed to ooze from Revan and Megumi. All she could was shake her head at a sudden thought, 'And this is when I regret this form's heightened senses. How they have yet to become mates is a complete mystery to me.' Blair leapt through the portal without a second thought and waited for the others to arrive behind her. She could already smell Cadence, Ciri, Allie, and Sakura since they had already been through here.

Srion could feel her muscles twitch and she gave her a small smile as Iris said a dress would look good on her. hearing this she let go of her arm and piked up the dress. she didnt normally put on dresses but this one did look nice. As Srion was looking at the dress Soren turned to Iris after thinking for a bit. "im dont really know what ever they are comfortable in...though guys on the other hand a nice outfit is always nice" he chuckled then quickly grabbed a dress and held it out like he didnt say anything. "you should try this on it would look good on you!" he smiled at her as he held out the dress.

"With my kind, ignorance is... common. I apologize." He laughed some more.


"Anyway- It was enlightening having this talk with you, but I just realized that I have some place to be. I truly lost track of the time."


He began to back away from her before saying, "It was a pleasure. You have a nice day." He said this wanting to leave their departure on a high note.


After that, he turned to leave, hoping she would not further question him.
