Welcome to Age of Discovery! You are one of ten people chosen to go on a grand adventure and discover parts of the New World, right now, you've been at sea for around four months. You’re probably sick to death of the ship and the stench of yourselves and the crew.


Right now, there’s no map of where we'll be going. It’ll be revealed through the RP as we land on the coast and trek across the continent. Beware! There are unknown dangers lurking anywhere and everywhere. Combat, looting, traps, and various checks will require you to roll. Rolling posts will be short and I’ll reply to each one with the outcome. We’ll be using d20’s for our rolls.


The rolls are to keep the outcomes unpredictable. We are, after all, on uncharted land that we know literally nothing about. Keep your wits about you, anything can happen at any time. Please make sure to mention what direction you all decide to go, staying together is paramount to your survival.

Espadion

Home to the (Known) world Capital, Wysteria. The people of Espadion have dark brown/black hair and olive skin. (Think Spaniards) They have a love for wine which they make and export, the vines grow well in the rich soil. They are a loud people who are very animated with their hands and facial features when they speak. His Royal Majesty Ferdinand Savoy III currently rules the Known World, he is a bit of a drunkard and looks down upon commoners. The Castle sits overlooking the city gardens and the docks.

Esta

​

A cold, often rainy country, Esta is home to pale skinned people who are used to the cold and the wet. (Think Scotland/Ireland/England) Their hair can be blonde, red, or brown. They love hearty foods like thick soup. Juro is the main town and trading hub, the docks are always bustling with traders.





Afrium

​

The smallest country in the Known World, Afrium is the least developed of the three nations. They are dark skinned with black hair and live in tribal communities. They do trade and deal with the other nations, but do have less rights overall. They are hunters/gatherers and trade in mostly fish, bones and pelts. Makith is the newest town on the island and is used for trading.

• This is not a modern RP. Use common sense in character creation. Pre-1900's clothing and gear.
