hello there and welcome to after hours, a bbcode workshop and freebie thread. my name is venus, and this is my code workshop where i'll be posting freebies for folks to use! this was made 100% for everyone to enjoy. consider this a soft reboot of my previous bbcode thread, poindexter, as i wanted to clean up some of my older wonky codes, and upload new ones that i made.

before you use anything, please take a minute to scroll and read my rules:

β€” 01. absolutely do not remove the credit from my codes! even though this is for fun, i put a lot of effort into these.

β€” 02. please let me know if there are any issues (such as a broken code, badly aligned text, etc). as i've said before, i'm very new to this and not properly educated on coding, so my codes might be a bit messy and janky. unfortunately not many of these will be mobile friendly.

β€” 03. feel free to edit my codes as much as you'd want, they're meant for you to customize to your liking! adding images, changing sizes, colors, etc. go wild. but please ask me first if you want to use a code as a base. (and use of my codes as a base does require my credit on there as well!)

ALRIGHT ALRIGHT i've been messing with this code for far too long but i'm super happy with it! it is held together by glitter glue and popsicle sticks, but it's done. (special shoutout to uxie for helping me fix some issues w it!!) there's a lot going on here. we've got variables for ease of editing, four tabs (plus a cover tab), a music player, hidden scrolls, and multiple images. majorly inspired by the song "call this # now" by the garden. this is also mobile friendly (at least on my devices) so hopefully it works for yall too! i plan to make a matching in-character code and placeholder for it. as always, please leave a heart if you enjoy or use < 3
