Bio: A science experiment to make a human more resilient to hazardous conditions. After the experiment they locked him up in a bunker under a military base. he was freed by Dylan.


Other: He can read minds within a mile radius of him. He has an unnaturally highly resilience to radiation and other hazardous conditions. admit lethal amounts of radiation in a 1 foot radius [why is he not died, will he can answer that question]. He can consume irradiated food and liquid with no side effects. He is often indifferent to all humans and mutants, he meets. Prefers to be alone, and like to live in the old metro.
