This will be the CS for characters joining this Rp.

Before I go onto the CS, please read these rules:
1. Please do not make any OP characters, if you submit a character that I found to be too over powered they will be denied. Also try not to make actual Psychopaths cause they don't fit in this Rp or the group.
2. Be respectful to me when I deny a character, arguing why they should be in the Rp won't get you anywhere, I'm willing to help make the character more suitable for the Rp but I will not tolerate someone yelling at me.
3. When I give you a like/heart that means I have accepted your character
4. Please try not to make the most edgy character possible, I don't want to read about how life hates him/her and kills off everything they love and now they live in total Angst and Edge and hates everyone and everything.
5. If you are unsure about a character idea then pm me your idea and we can work out that character to be suitable in this Rp.
6. Don't try to make a powerful character in the beginning, try to make them weaker like what a level 1 character would be in an Rpg, or to be like a level 5 or something. Just don't be like max level or something, this gives the character more room for growth and allows them to get more powerful as the story goes on.

Also in your Bio, you should have at the end that your character has been receiving a dream frequently. In it you are going to tavern in the north kingdom Nortis, The Battered Steed and it is busy with various shadowy figured. All of you are looking at a hooded man, and you feel extremely compelled to meet him, as if he will show you your destiny.

Personality:
The more serious of the two, Ethan is the more responsible of the twins. He prefers a more calculated and slightly indifferent approach to most situations, often choosing to not let his emotions get the better of him. By doing this he has often been labeled as cold in terms of personality but he could never be cold towards his sister, no matter what stupid situation she gets herself in he will always love her. When it comes to Saila, he is protective and will do anything to protect her, even if that means sacrificing himself to save her life. He hasn't much experience in terms of intimate social interaction, he knows how to conduct business and more formal social interaction but he hasn't had much time to learn about socializing amongst his peers.

Saila is the twin sister of Ethan, and is the more upbeat and happy go lucky of the two. She tends to more silly and relaxed than her brother, though that means she doesn't take responsibility all that seriously as a consequence. While his brother is better with formal social interaction like those amongst the nobility, Saila prefers to talks informally with her friends and the little man, often she finds herself in better company with the peasants than the nobility whom she finds to be stuck up. She loves her brother though, and is willing to do everything in her power to protect him even at the cost of her life.

Backstory:
House Forrester is a more well known noble house in the kingdom of Nortis. The reason for this is that one of their ancestors, Kirk Forrester was one of the original Champions of Light who led the fight against the lord of Darkness. For their efforts in the old war, House Forrester was granted control over a valuable and rare area in Nortis, the Ironwood Forrest. This Forrest is noted for its large quantity of iron and strong wood, the quality of the iron is some of the best their is and the wood is almost as strong as the iron itself. Why this is nobody knows but the current leader of the House. Lord Asher has 5 children, the oldest are his half elf twins from his first wife who sadly passed away of sickness. Ethan and Saila are tied in being the heir to lead the house as Lord, though it is often viewed that Ethan would become heir after his father passes only because Saila has no interest in being the Lord.

Ethan early in his childhood developed magical abilities. With the tradition of Nortis, Ethan was taken away to a secluded place to learn magic properly for about 15 years. In these years he developed his more cold personality in order to succeed in his studies of magic. Once he came back home once he was 20 years old he was greeted happily by his family, it was a nice change from the serious tone of the Tower. Though for the next five years he would have strange dreams of being in a tavern called The Battered Steed, inside he found himself amongst shadowy figures all staring at the same person. A cloaked figure in the shape of a man. He would have this dream off and on for the next five years, even his sister was having the exact same dream. Do when they were 25 they both left for this tavern, feeling compelled to do so by some mysterious force.

Saila was also taken away from home when she was young as well, though she didn't have any magical abilities like her brother. The reason why she was sent away was to be trained to be a Knight. It was a hard time for her, she was told to be responsible, to uphold the ideals of chivalry, to be a role model. She was not responsible at all though, she could barely even clean her room let alone handle being a responsible person. No she spent most of her time goofing off and helping out the occasional stable hand boy when she felt like it. She became a knight at 20 and returned home the same year, she ignored a lot of the responsibility she was supposed to have but the perks of a Knight were cool. In the next five years she had dreams similar to her brother, a bunch of shadowy figured in a tavern all staring at a hooded cloaked man. She felt compelled to find this tavern and to meet the man, so at the age of 25 she left with her brother to find this man and to start the beginning of their destiny.

Weapons & Armor:
Knight's Armor: Armor that is often worn by Knights, this iron outfit provides great protection against slashing and some blunt damage. They are also stylish and each is provide by a cool cape free of charge.
Knight's Longsword: A Longsword that a Knight typically uses for combat.



Armored Leather coat: Armor pieces have been attached to various places on this leather coat to help provide protection to some areas and to give the wearer some mobility as well.
Magus Staff: A staff used to help channel magical energy to cast spells and it helps boost the power of these spells as well. It is provided mostly by the Tower of Magi.
Iron Longsword: A standard Longsword that battle mages use alongside their staffs.

Knight's Brooch: A Brooch Saila often wears to connect her cape between each ends. It has the symbol of the Knights Order Carved in the red surface.


Magi Books of magical knowledge: These books help Ethan out with understanding magics such as their strength and weaknesses of each type. They also help to point out about the various magical traps, and hidden passages. It also has a list of magical effects on various items, weapons, and armor.

Better Relations with Knights: Saila has a better standing with the Knights Order and can easily persuade other fellow Knights to do things.
Persuasive to the Little Man: Saila has a more down to earth type of aura and can easily persuade the more common folk to do things.
Elven Agility: Being a half Elf Saila has inherited a Trait that Elves have which is that they are quicker and more flexible than humans.


Average at Melee Combat
Better relations with Mages: Being a Mage from the tower of magi helps a bit when convincing mages to do what you want them to do.
Persuasive to the Nobility: Ethan has a better understanding of noble mannerisms and as such will use those to his advantage into persuading the Nobility doing what he wants.
Bartering: Ethan has more of a cold nature and so he understands the way of business, this helps him a lot when reducing prices for goods or services.



Spells & Magic:


Saila has no magical abilities to speak of.


Ethan has many offensive spells and defensive spells alongside support buffs. He often uses Buffs a lot on himself and his allies due to his nature of Battle Mage.
Elven Magical ability: Due to his Elven heritage, Ethan's magic is much more stronger than normal and he can learn certain magic that other mages can't.


Weaknesses:
Not Responsible: Often Saila doesn't take responsibility to her duties seriously, she prefers to goof off than do some tasks.
No defense against range or Magic
Protective of her Brother: Whether he likes it or not, she will protect him at the cost of her life.


Cold and Calculated: Ethan has a more cold personality and so his intimate social interactions are very lacking, this doesn't help when interacting with friends or the little person.

Personality
Acacia comes off as an overconfident and noble woman. She tends to like to find some spotlight when she is around rather being allowed to be pushed in the background, at times potentially being a bit overbearing in cases where she feels she might be ignored or simply overlooked. She is quite knowledgeable in general, in particular having a vast array of knowledge when it comes to the magic arts. In most cases she tends to approach problems in a very rational way unless she feels the need to prove herself. While she comes off very formal and even to some extent uptight, she is very quickly to give into celebration or drinking with only a mild bit of nudging. She tends to value the underdog, seeing a part of herself in the down trodden always provoking her want to help those in need. If someone asks her for help she is usually quick to jump in to help, even if it is something she might not be very helpful with.

She can be a bit insecure to the point of feeling the need to prove herself can often get away in her typical rational behavior. She can do things that is against her better judgement when she feels she needs to prove herself to others. She can be quite stubborn not knowing how to back down if something is really put in her mind for her to do. She has a tendency to boast or speak highly of herself to the point of often being overly dramatic or potentially annoying to some. If something were to go wrong on her end, she is often quick to come up with elaborate and convoluted excuses to avoid blame, giving out a word salad as if in an attempt to confuse people too much to question her about it. If she is caught in an embarrassing situation or her excuses fail she has a tendecy to get very flustered by it. While she generally tries to follow rules, she is often quite willing of bending of breaking them if it benefits her situation so long as it doesn't cause serious harm to others.

Background
Acacia's birth and first few months of childhood are unknown, although her adopted father believes her to be a child of one of the Lycan tribes in the south. She was discovered under the body of what is suspected to be her father who had been torn apart using her body and a blooming shrub bush in order to protect her from a vicious predator that ultimately took his life. She was discovered a few days after the incident by sheer happenstance as the wizard Ozmandius had been out collecting unique herbs that happened to be located within the area of the forest she was located in. He ended up taking her back with him to the wizard academy known as Babel in which he was a prominent teacher and scholar. She ultimate was adopted by the wizard, unable to find someone willing to take a Lycan with her race being considered barbarians with the only offers being to raise her to be used as a slave in the east.

She grew up being raised as a typical student in Babel. The academy itself was considered only for the elite and wealthy, often causing her both do to her birthplace and lack of wealth tended to brand her an easy target for others to pick on. Despite being teased often, she had an otherwise rather normal life for a wizard in training only having to deal with the teasing that came with being a lycan, along with her seeming trouble to learn how to control her magic. While she never had a huge group of friends, the few she did make she at the very least felt very close with during her time with them. Despite her struggling with using magic effectively, her talent in academics worked to her benefit in helping her get through her life in the academy with decent marks. It didn't allow her to be on top of her class, but it at the very least ensured she wouldn't find herself in any hot water. Upon graduation, most of the fellow students she met had ventured off to their homelands in both the eastern and western kingdom. Acacia on the other hand found herself with no where left to go with her adopted father living in Babel.

After a few years of working primarily as a low ranking assistant within Babel, she ultimate decided she wanted to try going out on her own in the world. While she had a strong love for magic, she had never managed to get over her own hurdle of using it properly and gaining that bit of control. She viewed going on a journey and becoming an adventurer as the best way she might be able to see the world and perhaps come to a better understanding how to use her magic. It also filled a deep seeded desire of hers to want to travel the world. Spurned on by a strange dream to meet a hooded figure in the north she set out on her journey through the world, hopefully causing as little damage as possible along the way.

Shanto's Will
A small dagger said to be the tooth of a dragon, although whether or not that is true is hard to say. The dagger itself does have a very tooth like design with the blade sitting within a simple hilt. While its origin is difficult to be told it does possess some residual magic power in it although it is quite feeble and does not seem to provide any benefit at all. Acacia mostly uses its feeble magic aura to act as a way of quickly finding it using her detect magic ability if she misplaces it and to use as a sharp object to cut with or for potentially the rare magical ritual that might require it. While she can use it as a weapon if needed, she isn't very skilled at using it.

Armor
Light/None - Acacia's use of the Arcane arts makes the use of armor quite difficult to utilize. While she is a bit stronger then the typical Wizard due to her heritage, she is still far from matching the strength of a typical warrior making the use of armor clunky at best for her to use.

Items
Spell Tome - While Acacia's vast knowledge tends to store most of the magic she knows, she still carries a tome to recall certain spells, particularly types she might not normally use or might involve more complex rituals.

Skills and Abilities
Intelligent: Acacia is very knowledgeable and savvy. She has a tendency to be very inquisitive about things so long as she puts her mind to it.
Agile: While not the most agile person out there, Acacia has shown herself to be much quicker then the typical wizard. While not quite to the ability of many agile fighters, she can do decently well at evading traps or enemies.
Silver tongued: Acacia has a way with using her words in order to talk someones ear off on command. In some cases she can become overly elaborate on explaining something in far more depth then necessary while in other situations if she needs to create an excuse she is an expert of putting together a word salad in order to try and hide something from whoever she might be talking to. While not always effective on more intelligent individuals or those who pay close attention she can avoid situations or conclusions people can make about her.
Scent: While she would never admit it, being a Lycan has afforded her a strong sense of smell. She typically hides such a fact though it can help her out not needing to rely purely on sight. While her sense of smell can be a boon to her at times, it can also be detrimental as certain intense smells can much more easily overwhelm her if she isn't careful.
High Stamina: Acacia has shown herself to possess a large degree of stamina, both in being abler to trudge through despite exhaustion as well as her ability to cast spells. While she has a limit, she has shown herself capable of lasting far longer in the use of her magic over many others of her skill level, particularly given her lack of control in how much energy she applies to her spells.

Magic
Spell Expert
Acacia has a vast assortment of magic she has contained with her mind being able to recite most of it on a whim. While she lacks knowledge of all the advance arts, she can often identify most forms of magic if she is given enough information to go off of. Chances are if you need a certain type of spell, Acacia knows how to do it. Whether she can cast it effectively is completely another story.

Evocation
The art of evoking the elements and magic to your will. Most often evocation involves the ability to throw fireballs or create ice storms and other various effects with a wide variety of effects. Given the nature of the spells and her tendency to apply far more power to spells then intended, it makes her use of evocation magic to be particularly strong making her abilities more powerful and often providing more range in the process. While generally a benefit with the spells being about blasting things, it does tend to mean she lacks control in being precise with the magic particular more robust and less focused forms of the magic.


Weaknesses
Middling Strength
For a full fledged wizard her strength is quite high to the point of even being compared close to that of an average civilian who might work the fields everyday. That strength however can not match up to a dedicated melee combatant. She can be easily overpowered by most typical fighters only made more of an issue lacking any martial training to know how to use any weapons. Without her magic or quick wit she doesn't stand much of a chance in an encounter.

Lacks Control
While by her very nature her magic has shown itself to be incredibly strong by default for her, she lacks any control in using it. The use of magic will often result in her magic flaring up or exploding in response. While the use of evocation magic like throwing fireballs or shooting magic missiles at opponents this isn't typically a big deal in needing to restrain the spell, it can go horribly wrong when attempting to use benefitial magic on herself or others. The backfire of her magic makes it difficult for her to even cast detrimental spells on her foes often disrupting the effect by exploding on the enemy and disrupting its effect. In the cas she needs to control her attack magic, she can have a great deal of containing her magic making her quite hazardice in certain situations resulting in often the injury of others including her allies.

Low Defense and Utility
While her agile nature can help her evade more then a typical wizard, she lacks much else for defense. Her general lack of control in magic makes the use of defensive magic more difficult for her to maintain. While she has managed to throw barriers up, it often results in weaker barriers that often explode on creation weakening their very foundation if they can even form at all. Any effects directly on her are more likely to hurt herself more then any damage it might protect. This also means her ability to provide utility through magic means is greatly hampered with most of her supporting abilities often backfiring to the point of providing little or not benefit in using.

Personality: John has a reputation for having a heavy sense of justice. However, in his mind, things may be black and white. He's all about keeping the peace if he can, even if it means hurting a few people. As quickly as possible. He doesn't think about how individuals react, which keeps him from being a hero he actually wants to be

Backstory: John grew up with his head in the books, looking up to heroes from stories such as Hercules, the Odyssey, Prometheus, the Tyranny of King Valerian, and the Guild of Heroes. Even before he could read, he wanted to be like these heroes, but alas, his family lived a bit more privileged than that. He didn't start sword and magic training until he turned 16. He was instead at home honing his intelligence and diplomacy. Any magic he learned was in the art of speaking and sound that he learned behind his family's backs

Weapons & Armor:
  • Dagger- Like everyone who's prepared for battle, he has 2 daggers in case he loses his sword
  • Chainmail- Chainmail that's enchanted with Ice and Fire magic to keep him comfortable in hot or cold weather. He can activate either rune to heat/cool himself. Used in combat to counter ice/fire magic
  • Leather- Over his chainmail lies leather. It further increases his resistance to physical attacks. For the sake of movement, however, he had to choose lighter armor than those of knights.
  • Simple Sword and Shield- Found in a cave and tempered, it's fairly durable

[*]Mysterious Orb- A weird orb that he carries around. He knows nothing about it other than the fact that it can unleash some strong Ice Spells. It sometimes moves, as if there's a being within it and he hears a voice coming out of it sometimes.

Persuasion- His perfect face, smooth voice, and language skills gifts him the ability to persuade even the most hardened people to his point of view

Spells & Magic:
  • Basic Magic- He can use basic spells of most elements. Nothing worth noting though
  • Trace- A passive skill. Unless he wills otherwise, whatever he says in his native tongue others hear in their native tongue
  • Whisper- A defensive skill. Mostly used to talk his way out of predicaments, he injects magic into his target's mind to weaken their own will for him to convince. If their mind is weak enough, he can convince them to do anything he wants. A stronger mind isn't immune. It just takes longer to convince
  • Precision Strike- Doubles the magic in his spells and puts them at his fingertips. This allows him to strike specific points and weak points with magic projected at a high speed
  • Stronger Ice Spells- His ice spells are stronger than every equivalent spell of other elements, due to the orb he's carrying around

  • Not as strong physically as a focused swordsman

  • Starting his training at 16 and being 20, he's not the most experienced

- The title bestowed to the shamanistic barbarians of the northern clans. Placing mystical masks upon their faces that heighten their abilities - both magical & physical.

Race: Quarter Orc, Quarter Dwarf/ Half Lizardman

Class: Piraka - Ancient savages from different clans in the north who created magical masks based on the land & environment where they were born in. Wearing these mask enable a magical empowering rage which improves upon their own natural rage granted far more power and abilities.

Personality: Astaroth is a warrior who seeks combat and trial. To fight to his best of his ability and to be victorious no matter the pain or suffer he may deal with which never backs down from. Despite no being a shield-wielding fighter, he will be the bulwark for his comrades and risk life or limb so they can live to fight another day. His connection to the masks worn by the Piraka are strong and can influence Astaroth's mind which can depend on which mask that he wears at the current moment.

Backstory: Born in the northern wastes in a small village of humans in a village of savages of multiple cultures and races who fought and raided the lands below on long journeys which a young lad of orc, dwarf & lizardman origins who was forcible brought down by the warriors of the village to be a carrier, a young child who would carry the loot of the warriors along with learning from seeing battle upclose....but this young child along with his fellows was caught by the slavers belong to the eastern empire. He however wasn't as normal as he was a shaman born, a mystic who was valued more than the others and was trained longer & more aggressively whilst being treated slightly better than the other children in the clan

This was because of a mountain that the raiders traveled was destroyed which lead to raiders have to take a different route which was very far east and that lead to the raiders being caught by slavers who dragged the northers to the east empire to become gladiator slaves. Purchased by a noble's son who wanted a gladiator in the pits to fight for him, the freak of nature was sent to the pits at his young age and put straight to training. Fighting, training, fighting, training, fighting & training as this cycled happened for 13 years straight which the young hybrid child was now a powerful man and he went by one name... Astaroth - The Blacken Titan.

Winning match after match and ascending to level of champion, Astaroth wished to be free of this. To not be a slave, someone's pet. A freeman, a free warrior who does what he wanted to whenever he wanted. Allowing with the many other slaves, the gladiators planned an escape at night....and barely succeed. 230 slaves tried...and only 25 escape alive, Astaroth being one which he travel to the far west to be free once again from the whips of slavery.

Astaroth is a hulking humanoid with large and powerful muscles powering his every single move. Tree-truck-like arms and legs with many bulging veins running down them, his torso is gigantic along with his neck as well giving proper and shape but his lower body seems to slightly small compared to his top. His hair spikes up like a dried paintbrush with it being straight hair which it gets thicker the closer it gets to his scalp, the hair of the sides and back are shaven to absolute bald. It's unknown why but he wears a black headband around his head just at his hairline and wearing a metal-facemask that covers his nose and mouth which appears like a the bottom of a human skull.

His eyes are pure white, it's unknown as to why Astaroth has such eyes but he isn't blind despite most blind have purely white eyes, his mouth is filled with sharp teeth with large tusks that juts out of his mouth from his top and low jaw which is why that he wears the face-mask constantly. Astaroth's skin is a very dark purple color that almost completely black but it has the purplish shine along with one of the major features about his skin is that it seems to have a scale-like texture but not in the traditional way like how lizardmen's scales are as it's only a texture.

Besides the headband & facemask. Astaroth wears leather black gloves, baggy black pants with multiple metal patches sewed in the cloth with a bronze-like metal stash which acts like a belt & leather boots.

Weapons & Armor:

A very large & heavy greatsword. It appears as a long-blade roughly 7 feet in length and weighing just around 120 lbs, it's heavy weight & length make it an excellent weapon for well-timed strikes that change the flow of combat in a flash, It's blade is thick and completely black with a sharpen tip & serrated blade that is made for cruel damage. It's handle is similar to a 'flamberge' or flame-blade sword which grants a long handle along with parrying hooks which are pieces which can help block & parry physical attacks. The metal along with the magical seals placed along it's edge grant it so that it won't break, won't rust and forever stays in it's current state requiring no maintenance or cleaning needing to keep it at maximum effectiveness.

Zweihander Sling - A thick leather strap wraps around his torso which has a series of straps which will tied his sword to his back and keep it secure whenever he isn't using it.

Zekcrum Orb - A necklace with a glowing green crystal orb, it is a ritualistic item that is used during rituals as a way to connect to the other realm or speaking to himself within Astaroth's mind or even the masks that Pirakas carry or create through their journeys across the land. This was acquired after returning to his destroyed homeland or his case, village.

Skills & Abilities:

Barbarian Muscle - Because of his blood running through his veins, his body is thick and stocky along with being stronger as a couple of oxes, ogres or trolls. This strength has aloud him to being far stronger than an orc, dwarf & lizardman by a good margin which helps alot with his way of fighting.

Champion Gladiator - Spending many years of fighting & training as a gladiator, he was forged into a harden fighting machine so he isn't a pushover in close-quarters combat with or without his weapon but he is not limited to the Zweihander but it is his best weapon.

Barbarian Rage - The savage fury within his blood can be awaken in a burst of supernatural strength. Astaroth can well up a dreaded pits of anger in his being and unleash it that turns him to a rage-filled warrior, his durability increases as his skin tightens from the growing muscles whilst he hits harder because of the muscles within himself swelling up. These rages last for a limit amount of time & leaves him tired afterwards.

Masks Of The Piraka - If a mask of the Piraka is worn by one of it's rightful users, the power will be adsorbed and grant magical abilities but this is determined by the mask type along with the personality stored within.

Spells & Magic:

Mental Chamber - A sort of ritual that goes in a meditation-like state, Astaroth will enter his own mind and confide in himself. He does this as a way to cool himself down & relax whenever he needs to feels his rage overcome him when it's not need.

Pray Of The Barbarian - Before battle, warriors of the north will surround a bond-fire and perform a series of war-chants that are said to inspire the deepest instincts & rage within the warriors however only the truest of the barbarians will benefit as they can temper their wraith in an improved anger & fury which others will simple feel a pump of adrenaline.

Weaknesses:

Lack Of Armor - Northern Warriors always go light, never heavy as well as Astaroth who keeps this in mind so the only armor that he wears is actually simple put clothes which no protection besides against the weather.

Big Target - Astaroth's large frame supports him being a big enemy but also a key target that is supposed to be defeat before he can get in close so mages and rangers focus him more than others do.

No Range - Wielding no range weapons, having no knowledge in the usage of them and not expert aim from a distance. Astaroth has no way to battle against opponents who aren't right infront of him.

Anger Bullet - Whenever Astaroth enters a berserker rage, he loses control of himself and wildly goes after his target with unnatural fury but he zones out every else beside fighting which includes the safety of his body, his surrounds and his own stamina.

Personality: Lorelei is a kindhearted young woman who seeks knowledge and always tries to see the better in people. She'll never steer away from a fight despite her lack of strength but makes sure not to be a burden with her arsenal of potions. Furthermore, Lorelei is quite the worrywart and has a bad habit of mumbling all the ways something can go wrong. She can overthink sometimes as well and can make things more than they already are. In the end, Lei is a hard-working elf who wants to grow stronger and protect those close to her.


Backstory: Lorelei was born in the heart of the Eastern Kingdom in Vorgl. Despite her parents being masters, the House of Valkas were infamous for being 'slave lovers' and were hated amongst the community. They despised the fact that the Valkas treat their slaves with kindness and have never made their slaves Gladiators. This malice was toward their daughter as well, making it nearly impossible for Lei to make friends. Furthermore, she was pulled out of school early due to constant bullying and so her parents had to homeschool her. Still, this did not damper Lorelei's spirits and overall she had a pleasant childhood. Her parents made for great teachers and the slaves made up for her lack of friends. Plus, her studies and writing allowed the young elf to distract herself from the evils of the world.

Sad to say that as Lorelei grew older, life became even more complicated. It all started when Lei decided to take up Alchemy, the lowest of lows in magic. Seeing how it technically was not magic and more of a science, some mages laugh at those who partake in the art. Lei was no exception to the mockery. Buying the required books, ingredients, and supplies were no easy trek. She had to face many who opposed her and even lost the support of her parents who wished not to sully their name any more than they already had. However, Lorelei was resilient and just saw herself as a hero like in stories who starts off rocky, but will find a grand purpose in life that could change the world! And not too long after starting up Alchemy, she decided her purpose was to change Vorgl for the better.

She began her campaign by going house to house in hopes to rally people for her cause. This lead to nowhere as most of the answers she received was: people didn't open the door, slaves shooed her away, or people tried to kill her. So then Lorelei reverted to corner campaigning, going to the same street corner every day until something happened. After some time, Lei did get two more people! Unfortunately, they eventually left after a month seeing no change was being made. A week after that, Lorelei's family received a threatening letter from someone claiming they will burn down the house unless Lei stopped her campaign. Thus, brought Lorelei's hope in changing Vorgl to an end and the elf was devastated. From that day on her dream of becoming a hero faded and she kept to herself, making potions, writing, and only coming out of her room to eat or gather ingredients. She became quite the Alchemist, but at what cost?

Alas, a month or two before Lorelei's 21st birthday, she began having a recurring dream of going into a tavern called The Battered Steed in the northern kingdom, Nortis. It is busy with various shadowy figures, but she didn't mind and was looking at a hooded man. Lei felt extremely compelled to meet him as if he was the key to her destiny. Upon this dream, Lorelei went back to her old happy self, ecstatic she can become a hero like she always dreamed. She began packing immediately and invested in the necessary transportation for her journey. Lorelei bid her family and slave friends adieu, before heading off to the north in hopes of this new purpose of hers will be world changing!

Levin Rapier
This was a gift from her parents before heading off onto her journey. The rapier has a golden handle with the grip having a zigzag design. This magical item has been infused with lightning, allowing the user to shock enemies in close combat or even those a few feet away. Lorelei is still a novice at using it and tries not to wield it in battle unless it’s absolutely necessary.


Hunter’s Knife
A simple knife used to kill animals and skin them. However, Lei uses it to hunt for ingredients to go into her potions.


Potions
Lei keeps at max seven potion bottles on her person at all times and at least half of them filled with something. She has labeled each one so as not to get mixed up in the heat of battle.


Fire (Filled)
Lorelei’s personal favorite and the easiest for her to make. This potion can be used in two ways: the first way is pouring this potion on a weapon causing it to be engulfed by flames for an hour. The second way is throwing the potion at someone or something and will cause an explosion. This potion has a bright red color to it with orange and yellow hues in its center.


Poison (Filled)
The mild and lethal version of this potion is rather easy for Lorelei to make, but the deadly version is difficult. When you drink this potion, you will feel as your life is being drained away. The potion ends when the target is close to death, dead, or healed. Lei can also tinker with this potion and allow you to coat a weapon with it which will last for an hour. This potion looks exactly like the Healing Potion.


Good Potion of Healing (Filled)
This potion’s difficulty and time depend on how powerful it is. Lorelei can concoct from slight potions of healing to great ones. Slight ones can heal bruises and cuts. Good ones can heal stab wounds and slashes to none vital organs. Great ones can heal the entire body to a less weaken state. However, none of these can bring one back from the dead. The potion is a golden color and glitters when agitated.


Invisibility (Filled)
A challenging potion for Lorelei to make. When you drink this potion, you will become invisible for one hour. Anything you wear is also invisible. This potion is invisible and looks as if there is nothing in the bottle, except it does feel as if there is liquid in it.

Strength (Empty)
Like Potions of Healing, the difficulty and time depend on how powerful it is. Slight ones give the user a small boost in strength. Good ones give the user two times their usual strength. Great ones can give users the strength of a Goliath or close to it. The strength boosts depends on the user’s base strength and only lasts an hour. This potion is grey and thick.


Resistance (Empty)
This is not a terribly hard potion for Lorelei to make. Lei can concoct a Fire, Poison, Cold, and Psychic Resistance potions, except only one at a time. This potion only lasts for an hour. Fire is a red liquid, Poison is purple, Cold is a light blue, and Psychic is a magenta color.


Water Breathing (Empty)
This is not hard for Lorelei to make, but it does take some time. When you drink this potion, you can breathe underwater for one hour. Make sure to resurface before time is up! This potion is a sea blue with bubbles inside of it.

Desertcrawlers: Are a humanoid species with scaled skin, full set of fangs, claws, and eyes like that of a snake. They primarily roam giant deserts as well as mountainous areas hunting large beasts and monsters. The tribe of desertcrawlers called “The Joh” find the art of archery sacred and all who are born into the nomadic tribe are taught how to use the bow and arrow from a very young age. They do however have roles and different occupations within the tribe. Only the most talented and top archers of the tribe can participate in their holy “Hunts” where they set off for days at a time and hunt beasts of all sizes and shapes. They hunt anything that could be food or that is a threat to the environment, ecosystem, or them.

Personality:
Johan has a bit of a mean mug on most of the time, but the real Johan is just a laid-back guy on an adventure. He has a wonderful talent, but since he was often met with discrimination and scrutiny from outsiders because of his odd appearance or accent, he’s kept to himself. He seems somewhat closed off and is wary of others at first encounter. But once his trust is gained people realize he’s harmless, laid back, and easy to talk to since he doesn’t take too many things seriously and isn’t judgmental. His lack of bias or caring can rub some people the wrong way in more intense situations and make him seem unmotivated or unreliable, but once he’s dedicated himself to a goal he does whatever it takes to accomplish it.

Backstory:
Johan’s early few years of life have remained a mystery, what he was told was that he was found alone and was saved by the Desertcrawlers one fateful night. But farther than that he has not been told anything. However, Johan never cared too much about the earlier days in his life, he believes his life started truly when he was brought in to the Nomadic Tribe of the Desertcrawlers known as “The Joh”. Johan’s right eye had apparently been injured when they found him, the chief at the time felt pity for the weakening human boy, so through a brutal and magically assisted procedure they implanted one of the Desertcrawler’s chief’s eyes in place of his damaged one.

Johan quickly proved to the tribe, and especially the chief, that their investment in saving the boy was not a bad one. He adapted and proudly embraced their culture, living his life up till now as one of the Desertcrawlers, although he knew that deep-down he would still be somewhat of an outsider due to his appearance. He enjoyed the few moments he could rest and not have to go hunt. But suddenly, when he was taking his beloved evening nap, he had a dream. The dream was about going to an establishment of some sort located the north kingdom Nortis. It was called “The Battered Steed” and in this establishment was a hooded man that he felt the urge to meet. He packed his bags after having such a powerful dream, believing it to be fate calling him. He informed the tribe and although they disapproved initially, they decided to respect his wishes and allow him to be free.

Foldable Great bow: A heavy bone and iron great bow he uses for long-range shots that require the use of his eye. He’s designed it to be able to fold so he can carry it on his back.

They are quite similar to humans, with some notable exceptions: The feminine body type in both males and females, Fangs, Pointed ears, and quite long legs compared to a normal human’s. Cultural Features
A race who speaks the simple but connected language of Bak’m, it could be said that their culture is the same way: They organize themselves into simple cities, hidden away from the world, each with their own monarchies, connected by a council made of kings and queens. Most practice the art of Bikis’m, or the art of using the Bikisom, a traditional Bak’m blade. Sikotom, scouts and bounty hunters for the royal guards, are highly respected within most cities.

Personality: Burning, a translation of her first name, fit like a glove for the longest time. She was hot-headed, bloodthirsty, and would destroy anything in her path, at least until the guards halted her escape attempts. In recent times, she’s cooled off a tad, but her personality hasn’t changed that much. Generally, she’s focused on cutting down those who oppose her and having a fun time doing so, but in times of peril, will turn more on the defensive end and protect those around her. Outside of combat, she can be a bit of a tsundere at times, but is mostly focused on having as much fun as possible and can generally be found messing around. This can also reflect in combat as well, trying new things and generally have fun in every fight she's involved it. Otherwise, she quickly gets bored of things and turns her attention to something else.

However, she is also quite emotional and quick to anger. If someone wrongs her, she'll do everything in her power to right it, even if it means breaking laws or her own morals at times. She generally tends to stray away from murder out of petty revenge but will do a ton outside of that loose guideline to make one suffer.

Backstory: Akam was born for the sole purpose to be another queen in the long Tikom line, to join a council few knew of to lead a race few cared about. She wasn’t the eldest, or the prettiest, or the smartest, and that’s precisely why her father and mother chose her to be heir to the throne: to still be their puppet when they were too old to rule. And Akam knew this. She knew it all too well. The flute lessons nobody asked for to look more “civilized”, the non-stop supply of cosmetics to look like a doll for the Monarchs to play house with, the leather belt she knew more than her father who wore it. So, she attempted escape. Violently. Thrice. Then waited for a knight in shining armor, even though nobody within a five mile radius even wore armor to begin with.


Eventually, the dreams came. Rather, the dream. She was somewhere new. A kingdom she had only been to once, when she was seven, for diplomatic reasons. A tavern she had passed one on a tour and never stepped inside. A group of people, two, five, maybe ten of them, hidden in shadow, all staring at some loser in a cloak. The cloaked man, who she was certain she had never seen anywhere but in this recurring dream. She wanted to see what his deal was. She wanted to see something aside from the halls and corridors of the royal palace. So she attempted escape a final time, leaping from the balcony into hay bales she had a servant go out to place there. And she had finally escaped from the boredom and the politics of being a warrior-princess. For the time being, at least.


The Sikotom Training Squad was her next home. Of course, everybody recognized their princess, but nobody dared to say anything. And so she trained “unnoticed” by her parents for about 3 months, while they swept through the city. Then the inevitable search of the Sikotom training grounds began, and she ran again, on a horse, northwards. To the land of her dreams, or rather, dream.

Nonexistent Defense: Bikis’m is based around using speed to overwhelm your opponent and dodge out of the way. Although she may try to defend a comrade, she has basically no defense against any attacks.

Vadania has a habit of shoot first ask questions later, however she never kills when she is unsure of her target, always favoring non lethal takedowns at first. Lethal typically being saved for her targets being evil. Aside from combat she has the personality of what can be described as "the most humble high elf to ever be" to her everything happens in a matter of skill, luck, and many other conditions. A victory is only achieved through thought and patience. And the encounter must be played carefully, both sides can gain the upper hand in a heartbeat. Yet she has hesitancy always looking for any opening, and more often then not that is through watching her opponent or playing cat and mouse with them. Yet her obsession with finding an opening can lead to her being overwhelmed easily.

Backstory:
Once a Noble High Elf Vadania was a black sheep in her family. Her family being part of a shady organization that always works when those in power chose to look away. For them blood money was what made the world go round, in fact the Amakiirs had gained noble status due to all of what they did for the organization. But from the eyes of Vadania her family had lost their way, once vigilantes they turned to selling their souls for power and killed the innocent. And she attempted to fight against this and try to talk her family out of it. Yet she could not get past and with eventual turning tides she would soon regret the decisions that was made that day.

It was a simple ball at first. Vadania was surprised to see her parents invite her to it given the fight they had but in her naive mind she believed that they had listened to her. Perhaps it was the moment she got everyone back to the way things were. How wrong she was. In only what felt like a flash she dodged death. And in that hallway she realized everything that had happened. Her parents had ordered a hit on their rebellious daughter and now wished to get her out of the picture. But unfortunately for the hitmen she had lots of combat training as well, it was a short fight but then she realized her parents had planned everything. Almost with uncanny timing a ballgoer had come in to witness her kill her assailants. To the civilian Vadania was some hitman who had killed two men who were just trying to defend themselves. And from that moment she was called a murderer who needed to be caught and brought to some twisted form of Justice. So all she could do was leave the life she knew behind. She had a grasp of the bow and as such had her own contingency plan. She had faked her death by jumping from a high place, her pursuers only seeing her "corpse" and telling her parents their treacherous daughter had commited suicide instead of facing justice.

The truth was she landed in a way that broke one of her legs. And had played dead with a believable amount of blood from some slash wounds she had obtained. From there she fled to the wilderness and used her healing magic to heal her wounds and in those woods she began a new life. A life among nature, where everything she had to do was necessity. No pointless killing or political gains to be had in nature. And all she knew was that she may like this new life. Or so she thought for about 40 years when one day she had a dream of a bar and meeting a man of some sort. All she knows is the name of the bar and that said bar is in Nortis. And she goes unsure of what awaits her.

Ensnaring strike: A strike that sprouts vines that can ensnare an opponent.
Oakskin: A defense spell that can turn ones skin into wood. But can also be used to hide in nature
Weaknesses: (Weak sides of a character. Anything that can be exploited to grant victory.)
Any mention of her family leads her to an explosion of anger
When fighting angry she is much more reckless.
She cannot fight with one hand, it's the whole reason she dual wields
She can easily be overpowered by full on melee fighters.
