I will playing a child about the age of 13-14 who is classified insane and thus no one wants to adopted, but luckily for him your character adopts him and gets to deal with all his mental problems.

I don't have exact medical names for them, but he does things like...
-Talk to himself/ "the others"
-Prone to nightmares
-naturally comes off as creepy when trying not to.
-sees things others don't
-other things I can't name off the top of my head.
