Adopt a RP!

  Hey all.
  
  
  I'm sure that everyone here has had the same experience as me: You've got a really good RP going, you love the plot, you've sorted out the characters, and you're a decent way though.. and then your partner drops off the face of the earth.
  
  
  Well, I think I've got an idea which may find a solution for this!

  Essentially, to adopt a RP. A thread or something, where you can adopt a RP that someone was left hanging on or post your own RP that was abandoned that you wish to start up again.
  
  
  It could be a mod or helper run thread, and so you PM the certain person to get yours added, and then PM again when someone has adopted it.

  Something like the sheet above could be used to briefly explain the situation, and then people interested can PM the individual. You would then PM the Mod when your RP has been adopted, and it can get removed from the page.
  
  
  Using BBcodes, it would be easy to show different categories of RPs without creating an endlessly long thread, but it would require somewhat of a constant upkeep due to it being more than likely the RPs on the tread would change often.

It seems to me that you could use the recruitment forums to find a partner willing to pick up an in-progress RP, rather than tacking another mechanic on. (^.^)
