Active Members popup differences

The 'Active Members' popup that appears when you click on the number of active members in a Hosted Project has some things that are different to the 'Who follows this' popup.


     

1. They're different heights.
   
2. Active Members has this weird white bar at the top.
   
3. Active Members don't have links in the names of ths users.
   

I think they should be the same style.
