Act 1: Laws of Physics " out to lunch".

DemetrioMachete

Messiah of the New Night
The sun peeked out from behind the green hills. A harmonous melody was playing, birds were chirping. It was a relatively peaceful morning. Pan the viewcamera elsewhere, and one would find a sparrow atop a boombox; parties responsible for the noise. When the sun was fully over the hill, the sparrow leaned down, and pecked the stop button. The music stopped.

Cue the chaos.

Erupting from the earth, with what seemed like a massive earthquake, rose a massive, towering tower which left the earth's atmosphere. Once it reached its peak height, the quakes stopped. The stopping of the quakes didn't stop people from panicking. There were screams. Many were flailing about, forgetting gravity briefly as they flailed whilst floating. Cars crashed into buildings, producing massive fireballs but seeming to harm absolutely no one in the process. The world they knew was gone.

Walking the streets of a chaotic neighborhood was a young blonde girl, still in her pink and white jammies, noddishly rubbing her eyes, as though she didn't notice the chaos around her. She looked relatively normal, save for the two blonde fox ears and bushy tail sprouting from her back. In one hand she carried a blanket, in the other, her teddy.

"Kyoooh.." she grumbled, shaking her head. "I thought I was done dreaming." as she spoke, her neighbors finished screaming their heads off, as one of them pulled away a shotgun.

"WAKE UP! WAKE UP!" one of them screamed as he blasted the other neighbor in the face. Blood sprayed everywhere, but the de-brained neighbor stayed on their feet, scratching what was left of their head as it began to regenerate. "I am awake.. maybe you're asleep?" as though taking their words into consideration, the shotgun was turned against its wielder, and with a snort, his own head was blasted. He fell down, groaning.. not from pain, but from the realization that everything was wrong. The fox girl could only look over at this commotion, utterly unfazed by this display of violence.

The Fresh Sorcerer

Location: Captainia - Fresh Castle

The Fresh Sorcerer looked at some blueprints in his hands. He tossed them away, picking up yet another pair of blueprints into his hands, but he clenched them hard turning them into a paper ball. All while he anxiously walked around the room, which was his personal arcane studies room. To the right of his current position was a door that led to the library, and on the left his office. He heard a phone ringing from the latter and walked in with a set of blueprints. "WHAT?!" He aggressively declared to the caller. Soon after some mumbling came through the phone, the Fresh Sorcerer answered. "Oh, Mephisto. How the heck have you been?" Holding the phone near his ear with his shoulder. After more mumbling came through, the Fresh Sorcerer kept answering with typical mumbo-jumbo. "Uh, aha, mhm. Cthulhu, eh? Well, you don't say-- YOU HAVE WHO TIED UP WHERE?" Exploding with sudden interest. He lost the interest as the person answered. "Ooooh, alright - sorry. Anyway, I've gotta go. I'm about to finish my newest project." Hanging up and lying the phone down. He looked once again at the blueprints that read: 'World Domination - Plan.' The whole document was filled with unintelligible hieroglyphics of some sort, but the Sorcerer understood it. Among them were a rare green frog with a smug, a weird surprised owl, an amused yellow dog and some humanoid in a brown tophat. The phone rang once again, and The Fresh Sorcerer picked up. "I'm busy!" and was about to hang up, but heard some intrinsic a words on the other side. He slowly moved the phone back to his ear and asked. "Where?" As soon as he had the answer, he threw the phone at the wall as it exploded for no reason other than the physics of the world not existing. The Fresh Sorcerer got up from his chair and using reality warping, he literally walked through a wall, suddenly appearing nearby Elena and the rest of the chaotic town. He observed the chaos unveil and sighed. "Well. What a time to be alive..." Before turning to his side and shooting pimp-matter at a random pigeon. It turned into a shark with angel wings and flew away. "No..." The Sorcerer Muttered, as if I wasn't the desired effect he wanted to achieve. He repeated, this time targeting a random passerby. They turned into an antique chair that had spikes all over it. "Looks comfy, but no." And the Sorcerer repeated his action for the last time shooting pimp-matter at a lamppost, as he finally achieved what he wanted. The lamppost turned into a nuclear warhead. "Now just to arm it, end these people's suffering and go home. This should leave a nifty, nice, green, glowing crater!" And walked up to the nuke, and started inputting data. What the Sorcerer, or anyone else for that matter didn't know was that the nuke wasn't dangerous. It would explode with pudding, not harmful energy.

Memory slammed the doors to the diner behind her, out of breath after seeing what was going on outside. Suddenly, she regained her breath, and gave a little grin. This diner, was her lair now. It was like her own dimension. She cleared some of the furniture out of the way to create a path for herself using her newfound telekinetic powers, and clicked her fingers. Red and white stereotypical diner clothes appeared on her body, and she strutted across the diner trying to get into character. As she walked, the tiles began to turn black and white, red neon lights covered the walls and red and white leather seats appeared in the corners of the room. Little circles with big names of 60's stars appeared on the walls, and she sat herself behind the classy main counter, lined with drink dispensers and red bar seats on the other side. To top the blinding scene off, a 50's style motorbike appeared on the wall above her. Memory reached into her pocket, and took a gun out of it. She'd probably need this when she wasn't in the diner, for protection. These were clearly dangerous times, but Memory felt she was ready.

(yeah that was shitty but I don't have much more to add. If anybody wants to interact feel free to tag me <3)

Stephen was uneasy on this whole 'Dreams are real now' thing. How did this even happen? Why did it happen?  Why, why, why? Stephen was outside, walking around, finding a place to have a quick snack. His mother is too busy freaking out, Stephen would have done the same.  It wasn't long befire Stephen saw some crazy stuff like a bunch a of gory crap, flying monsters and portals being opened randomly. This was obviously not normal.  While he was walking, he tried to use his newfound ability. He saw a lone pieces of rubble from the earthquake that just happened earlier and picked it up, he turned the pieces into cash. $20. When he was changint the rubble into diffrent objects, he accidently bumped into a lady with waitress clothes on. "Oh, I'm sorry mam, I.." Stephen stopped talking when he saw the lady wielding a gun but a he tried to ignore it.

Aiden

- Aiden's apartment. Room 3-15.

"And there... Whew... That should be all of it right?" Aiden said to himself, dusting himself off after he finished stuffing putty into aa corner of his kitchen wall. Eliminating any angle from which a Hound can emerge from. Despite that question being a rhetorical one, he did get an answer. In the form of a hissing voice in his head. "Oh I don't knnnowwww. Did you check behiiiind the tellyyyyy?"

Aiden was about to argue with the voice before he realized that yes, he didn't check the corner behind the TV set. Aiden quickly grabbed the tub of putty and rushed towards his TV. He pushed the table out of the way and spotted it. An angle less then 120 degrees that was pouring an inky smoke. Then a low growl was heard as a hound's head poked out of althe smoke. I would describe it if I could but... nah.

"Oh no you don't!" Aiden's right arm shifted into a mass of tentacles which he used to shove the head back to whence it came before smothering the corner with putty. The smoke vanished and Aiden sighed in relief.

"That was close..." He groaned as he got up and shifted the furniture back into place and collapsing on the couch. His eyes drifted around to scan his home. All the corners were putty-ed. The walls are covered in symbols and transcripts of... something. And Illya, the micro-shantak and per of sorts, is busy eating a head of cabbage. No doubt having stolen it from his fridge.

"Oi. I'm bored. Go do something amusing." The voice ordered, stirring Aiden from his stupor.

"Nope. I'm gonna play solitaire." Aiden coldly replied, picking up a deck of cards from his coffee table. The voice grumbled but didn't say anythimg as Aiden laid his solitaire hand out before starting to play. Soon, all was silent except for the sound of Illya snoring, cards being drawn and laid, and some thumping as the Necronomicon trembled on Aiden's dining room table.

"Hm... I guess I should go somewhere for dinner..." Aiden muttered, feeling his stomach growl slightly.

"Hey sweetheart, what's a young boy like you doing in a-" she saw the boy's tentacles, and grimaced a little, before suddenly looking happy again.

"Just a sec, sweetie!" Next to her, a strange black disc appeared, and she somehow stuck her hand right into it. Back in the diner, the same disc appeared above the door, as she span the 'closed' sign to the 'open' side. The disc was like a portal; she was able to access it anywhere to get back to the diner, or lure people in. In the diner, the lights turned on, making it look like it was open."

"As I was saying, haha! Are you lost, honey? You look a little like it to me... Want me to take you to my diner?"

"Oh, hehe, I frogot I had these things. Sorry bout that." he said as he wiggled his tentacles. His tentacles slowly transform into his hands. "Sure, I'd like to go into your diner, I was just wondering where I can eat." "My mom can't come right now because of....well, this." Stephen said while staring at the chaos. 'This will probably kill me but I'm so damn hungry right now, I could eat one of those monsters flying around in the sky.' he thought.

The fox girl looked over this pimped out mage with a curious fervor. He was certainly going to town with his newfound powers.. was he always that unhinged, though? As the nuclear warhead appeared, Elena's eyes widened a bit, but then she looked over at the incident with the two neighbors and the shotgun.. a thought occurred to her.

"Mister.. I don't think anyone will die from that." she pointed at the warhead. "I've watched Spongebob before.. whenever something nuclear goes off, like that pie bomb.. it just covers people in a layer of soot. At best you'll get an 'ouch', me thinks." Pie bomb.. now she was hungry. Her size seemed to reduce as she slithered up the Fresh Sorcerer's form, settling around his neck as her tail wrapped around it like a scarf. "Now I want pie... where can I get it?"

The Fresh Sorcerer

The Sorcerer input the code and the nuke was to set off in 2 minutes, completely ignoring the fox girl that was next to him, but then he heard her voice and thought about it. "Wait... That's right..." he nodded to her words, as she slithered around his neck. "You're right. A nuke won't kill anyone... Well, too bad." He took note of her words and quickly took out a blueprint that read: 'World Domination - Plan' on it. The rest of the writing were unsolvable hieroglyphics. "Sure. I could go for a bite. Pie sounds pretty good." and started moving through the town, forgetting about the nuclear-sized pudding-warhead about to explode.

He walked through the street, until he saw a swarm of ants moving through. It was huge, like a wave, but the Sorcerer just moved on and stomped on them, not giving the slightest care. "Stompin' on ants, tu-du-du-duh... stompin' on ants - suck on their souls." the Fresh Sorcerer rose his Disco-Staff to the sky and blue smoke-like substance left the bodies of the ants and floated into the staff, and it seemingly absorbed them. Soon after, he took out one of the discoball's mirrors from it and in it, you could see the souls of dead ants trying to get out. The Fresh Sorcerer shoved it into his Hammerspace and said. "Save that for research!" before proceeding further down the street.

He stopped when hearing someone mentioning a diner. He turned to the two people, with Elena around his neck, the tail serving as a scarf. The Fresh Sorcerer stared at Memory and Stephen for a few seconds, before asking. "Do you serve pie?" with a slightly demanding voice. "I. need. pie." he repeated afterwards, taking a few steps towards them. Soon after, one could hear a distant explosion, as a mushroom-cloud seemingly made out of vanilla pudding rose to the sky, the pudding-warhead went off. Several drops of said, delicious sugary substance fell all around the place, then the Sorcerer quietly muttered. "I see the pudding bomb went off... Next time when I want fireworks, I'll just make a volcano erupt."

Zee captain was calmly walking around town with his mug, drinking with his straw what seemed a deep black liquid substance. As he was walking, he saw the sorcerer in the distance, and started to walk towards him. As he came near to the sorcerer he sayed with an exited tone of voice : "Greetings sorcerer! Where have you been? I didnt see you since yersterday! I wasn't aware that we played hide and seek..." Zee Captain started to stare at him while waiting a response.

Memory chuckled, with a great big grin plastered across her face.

"Come on then, honey, let's get you somethin' to eat." Memory beckoned him to follow her, as she made her way down the street towards the diner. Her eyes flicked between one side of the street to the other, confused by the bouncing skyscrapers and all the strange stuff that had been happening. She reached the diner, and flung open the door, letting the kid in before she did. As Stephen walked in, the lights flicked on, and behind him, Memory stood there, pointing a gun at his head.

"Now sweetie," she said, still grinning, "you're gonna tell me what the hell's going on, or you know exactly what's gonna happen!"
