DAMNATION

It was the weapon that would end the Thirty Years War. An Orbital Satellite with a laser capable of immense destruction.

THE APOCALYPSE

The sheer force of its might drove the men and women of the Earth to live underground, persevering in the existence of Humankind.

The Earth was war-torn, a mere shell of its former glory. People lived in fear, hiding beneath the soil they used to walk on. Children would ask what it felt like to feel the ground on the soles of their feet and the sight of a clear sky.

It was a time rife for power. Two corporations, Mazumaki Initiative and the Murakumo Millennium, seized that power. For 50 years they fought for supremacy at the cost of innocent life, known as the
Dark War. They fought with new advanced technology. born out of necessity. Giant 10m robots that were loaded to the brim with advanced weaponry. Nicknamed Raiders, their true name is:

4IKO11y.jpg

THE COMBAT RAIDER.

However the war was seeing no victor and it seemed that the strife would continue endlessly.

One corporation sought change.

The minor corporation Saizuki had unearthed plans that originated from before the Apocalypse. It was a research project seeking the possible inhabitants of Mars. This plan was scrapped at the time due to lack of resources and technology. Now though they had both.

Using these plans, Saizuki sent a research team to Mars to begin the Terraforming Project, which caused the Martian surface and atmosphere to approximate that of Earth. Other corporations learn of the project and quickly follow Saizuki, bringing with them the competitive environment that existed on Earth.

MechwarriorOnline_092713_1600.jpg

And thus, the war began on a new planet. New opportunities, old methods.

The Earth Government working as the LCC appears not to have given up though. They appear to be brewing a major plan only known as
'The Ravens'. It is said that only the LCC know who they truly are, as the Combat Raiders and their pilots are wrapped in mystery.

You are a Crow. Mercenaries being sanctioned by the Earth Government. Your character plays the role of a Raven, and as such, is hired by corporations and led into a conflict over their independence. The arbitration group Crows Nest is your nest (heh). Corporations and Government ask them for contracts and you do the contract. Some will have you working in teams, others alone.

What role will you play in shaping Mars?

Corporations:

  • 1330716913_Compact_Logo1.png

Saizuki is already well established on Earth by the time of the Mars Project, ranking second in size only to Excalibur. They are the ones who unearth the Murakumo plans found from the civilization that existed prior to the Great Destruction to terraform Mars in such a way that it would be suitable for human habitation.

After following through on their plans, Saizuki is able to establish itself as the dominant corporation on the surface of Mars. However, their own work caused them to come under assault from corporate rival Excalibur on the surface of Mars, resulting in a war between the two, which draws the attention of the Earth Government.

During the terraformation on Mars, Saizuki discovered a dormant technology known as Angels, which wreak havoc on several facilities before Saizuki is able to restrain them. Afterward, they took possession of deactivated Angels and begin studying them in an attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise manipulate them in the company's favor. Saizuki believed that if they could "crack" the secrets behind the Angels, they could be used to take out Excalibur and claim superiority on Mars.

During this time, it becomes clear that there is a schism between the Earth and Mars Divisions of Saizuki, as numerous orders to stand down from the war are ignored. Sai Earth also eventually figured out that the Mars Division is conducting research on the Angels, and orders them to cease this research, orders which are also ignored by the company.

Crows Nest was founded at the end of the Subterranean Earth Era. At its founding, the Earth Government laid down restrictions on the group, including filing records of all business transactions with the Government and the prohibition of AI pilots, so that they could ensure a measure of control over the actions of Raiders over the world to prevent the second-generation Corporations (Saizuki, Excalibur and Terra) from being able to carry out a war on the scale of the Dark War.

When Saizuki completed the Terraformation Project on Mars started by Murakumo Millenium and subsequently settled the surface with the other corporations, a special administrative branch of Crows Nest was brought to Mars alongside them, as well as a large number of the Raiders who the corporate groups had worked with, who were seeking better business than was available on Earth due to the Government's various restrictions. Here on Mars, the Corporations and Crows Nest together set up a system in which the corporations recruited directly from the Concord without filing through the Earth Government first. This set up was vital to the eventual eruption of the war between Saizuki and Excalibur, as it allowed the corporate groups to easily recruit Raiders to their payroll.

Once the Earth Government heard about the conflict on Mars, they decided to intervene rather than allow it to continue unchecked. Their initial attempt to do this was through the LCC, but they decided not to send any Combat Raider pilots to them, as all current Raiders worked for the Crows Nest, who was heavily entangled with the conflict. This led to the LCC having a major disadvantage on the planet, as they had no force that could go toe-to-toe with the Raiders of Saizuki and Excalibur.

Similarly, Terra was at a disadvantage in the Crows Nest's system, as its Mars division was underfunded and under supplied, which often led to it being outbid for Ravens by the larger groups. Seeing an opportunity to boost its position on both Earth and Mars, Terra approached the LCC and the two subsequently made a secret joint appeal to the Earth Government for a force of skilled Raider pilots to be deployed to Mars to intervene in the Saizuki-Excalibur War. Rather than recruit Crows through the Crows Nest (due to its involvement in the Mars Crisis), the Government approached a skilled group of former Crows to make up its new team - the Ravens.

Leos Klein is selected as the leader of this group, and they are deployed to Mars.

Raiders:

ac.v.04.lg.jpg

Combat Raiders are in summary, the hybrid monster. The beauty of them is their mobility, being able to dash midair in complex aerial and ground manoeuvres with the boosters and take out the enemy in a plethora of fashions. Each Combat Raider carries a number of weapons, making them flexible in their choice of approach and they can always drop these weapons in favour of self-preservation or simple weight loss.

What makes it so mobile and flexible however is the modular design its based upon. One can easily choose between a variation of arms, legs, core (torso) and weapons to slap onto them. You want a tank with minigun arms and cannons on its back? Gotcha. Or how about a sniper who also carries a sword and is very mobile to switch from place to place? Easily done.

Crows will find they suit a certain playstyle and will build a Combat Raider around that. Be this a very singular role (such as a slow tank with cannons), or a very flexible multirole (A bipedal design with different weapons for different situations) is up to the Crow. Have fun making one!

Mars is not a place inhabited by magic or such foolishness one would read in the Necronomicon. It houses possibly something far more dangerous though....

Abilities:

Psychosis is an ability status referring to Raider pilots and Combat Raiders that exhibit abnormal feats and performances not seen in even the most well built Raiders.

Psychosis originated in the Dark War as a set of abilities granted to a select few Crows. Although the technology was used and supposedly invented by Murakumo Millenium, it was created before the Dark War and later in the world, a data capsule reveals that the technology was created by an unknown party.

Psychosis is described as having the pilot being cybernetically meshed with their Combat Raiders to improve performance. This involved enhancing the skeletal, nervous and muscular systems of the human. Not only used in Raider pilots, Psychosis is also used to enhance bodyguards and BM pilots as well.

Psychosis grants users a plethora of special attributes that cannot be accomplished that parts could provide. As a result, the Raider performance shoots up to exponential levels. Psychosis is typically available to highly-skilled Crows or AI-guided Raiders. It also opens up new possibilities with AC customization so that any setup, regardless of its irregular nature, can fight competently on the battlefield.

However there have been confirmed cases of this causing psychological problems. One confirmed case spread to the public. This operation stunted the growth of a youth named Catarina. However, the cybernetics stiffened her muscles, causing her to barely facially express herself, let alone speak (though she was still capable of emotions and crying). The implants would eventually cause her heart to stop beating and resulting in her death. There appears to be an operation that can reverse the process, but it is incredibly expensive, even for a Crow.

Enemies:

  • 500px-Garq8_img.png
    2c266e99550636e1df637eeb89cabbea.jpg

Battle Mechas were originally created as a more efficient mechanized work unit designed to lift heavy loads and function for extended periods of time. They were typically very small and most had legs for movement rather than wheels. Normally walkers in nature, they were originally designed in the civilian sector for construction work and other remedial heavy lifting tasks. It was not long after this that they were used for military applications. It was at this point that many different models and designs were seen from the normal chicken legged walker all the way up to more advanced humanoid battle BMs. This eventually led to the development of the Combat Raiders, which replaced the Battle Mecha as the most powerful weapon on the battlefield.

Despite this the Battle Mecha continued to be produced in large quantities thanks in part to their low production cost. Mainly being cannon fodder, Battle Mechas are the most common enemies and range in all shapes and sizes. Lacking the modular design of the Combat Raiders, Battle Mechas are nevertheless varied and can be very powerful opponents in some of the larger models. They are most often deployed with more conventional units.

Will be produced on the fly for missions if required.

  • One liners are Completely banned. The Key is in the Detail. This doesn't mean walls of text. What it does mean is that you are clear in your explanation and interactions. I and any other RP'er are not Mind-readers. Explain your intentions and your actions. Make it interesting for us to read.
  • I encourage good storytelling by all means, it makes RP's more fun. Bunnyhopping (controlling another player character to your personal whim/gain) and Godmodding (Need I explain this?) are however not allowed. It's boring and no one wants to deal with a Saitama or Undying God King of Everything.
  • Swearing is allowed. People swear, TV swears and many other things do. In-character swearing, such as in exclamation, surprise or cursing is perfectly fine. This includes some characters thought streams if they are irritable. Unnecessary and incessant however I discourage and I will ask you to stop if I see it happen.
  • Being Over-Powered is also discouraged. If there is a powerful character, I will create it as a part of the storyline It also ruins the fun for everyone else. Apply Newton's third law in that extreme power requires an extreme drawback. Do you have a super huge cannon that can blow up buildings? Then you can only use it when deployed stationary with a charge up time and at a very low ammo rate.
  • All Raiders have boosters attached to them. These are like rockets which you can use to boost your speed and/or fly. Using these will drain the energy from your suit that recharges over time, so unlimited use is not possible. Typically can be used maximum 15 seconds at a time (dependent on booster power and the weight/mobility of Raider), though this will lad to a longer recharge rate. Fully depleting energy will require you to wait until you have fully charged. You can for about a max 5 second time go into an Overboost mode, where you concentrate immense power to the back boosters. You will move forward for that burst at a very high speed, however your mobility is much reduced and you cannot use weapons in the time you do. You will also unless moderated very quickly deplete all your energy.
  • IMPORTANT: All Raiders run on a Energy system. Boosting, Overboosting and firing energy weapons will drain your energy. Your main drain however will most likely be boosters, as without them you are VERY SLOW. Be aware you are piloting a huge metal robot. Without rockets to help it move, it'll be slow. Flying takes considerably more energy than boosting on the ground, like a skate. Your Raider will have a generator to constantly generate this energy. Heavier Raiders will require more energy to move and bigger generators are heavier too, so be careful with weight management. Completely depleting energy leaves you open to be shot as you cannot use any energy until your Energy charge is completely charged again.
  • The Heating System is another important factor. Taking damage, more so from energy and thermal weapons and doing actions such as firing very powerful weapons or going into Overboost will heat up your Raider. If the Raider overheats, your Raider will take continuous damage (come on man the thing is near melting at this point) and mobility is reduced for that time. After all, things break down when they get too hot, like your phone. You will also drain energy to help cool it from this situation. All Raiders come with a radiator to help cool it, but again keep in mind the heavier it is the better, but also leads to a heavier Raiders.

Weapon Choice:

A Raider will typically carry two arm weapons and two shoulder weapons. It is standard for the left arm to use a laser blade or shield, but it can use a gun instead. An Raider may choose to forgo their shoulder weapons for a slot to carry a weapon for each arm. The biggest weapons though tend to carried on shoulders as they can take more weight. You may have extensions on your shoulder parts for various little gadgets, like a backup finite use generator or an anti missile system that fires counter missiles or lasers.

Don't think completely ridiculous, I'm trying to keep this semi-realistic.

There are two types of rounds in your guns, solid and energy.

  • armored_core_verdict_day_17.jpg

These use bullets/shells and will deplete from your ammunition in a gun. The magazine of these is held within the gun or as a large box magazine. These can fire kinetic bullets or explosive rounds. The bigger the round, the more recoil and the less ammo you carry.

Weapons like large cannons, heavy snipers and very high caliber machine guns will require either deploying by bipod (if an arm weapon, cannot use other weapon in this state) or kneeling of the Raider for stability if a shoulder weapon (cannot use arm weapons in this state). Some shoulder weapons will be so large they take up both shoulder weapon slots.

Tank legs are exempt from the kneeling rule for obvious reasons. Some may also choose their Psychosis ability to be exempt of kneeling or bipodding a weapon. Some designs may also incorporate struts that can attach to the ground for stability.

Flamethrowers can be used as an arm weapon and use a gas tank, however they have a very low range.

Missiles and rockets also fall under this category. Keep in mind that missiles lock on. These will take time to lock on to a target before you can fire one or a salvo. The bigger the missile or amount fired, the longer it takes for lock on. Big missiles and rockets are slower and typically have worse guidance. Some may be of a thermal variant instead of kinetic or explosive, such as napalm rockets/missiles.

You may choose to use a physical shield to block with or a physical sword. These require no energy to use but are weaker.

People who break the rules or are simply inactive for far too long will me GM'ed by Mr Popo. No character is safe from Mr Popo's wrath.

Mars Crow's Nest Trial Program

File No: R-MAB-0000

Code Name: Wild Bird

Client: Crow's Nest

Opponent: Drone BMs

Place: Sai Satellite City

Weather: Fair Weather

Mission Start Time: 20:00

Estimated Success Rate: 85%

This note was handed out to all pilots who came to the mission. It was recommended to at least stick it to your side panel while on the mission so the dumbfucks of the group didn't forget. You'd think all Crows where highly intelligent, but you'd be amazed.

The Crows where stationed in what appeared to be a large Test chamber. It was a large metal facility filled with small drone BMs like walkers with machine guns and hovering ones with simple missile launchers. They made good cannon fodder, but the number together is not to be underestimated. There were 4 large pods attached to the wall, but they looked indestructible and a waste of time to attempt to break. You should probably go for all those killer droids that look rather threatening.

AC_Bouncer.png

A large heavily armored and armed to the teeth Combat Raider looked them over. His loadout looked like someone who should NOT be messed with, like he could incinerate you extremely easily. It appeared to be a form of heavy rifle/cannon, a laser gun, a sort of cannon and a huge ass missile launcher. The voice that came from the comms, presumably from the Raider, spoke with a low grizzled voice, like that of a veteran who has seen more than he would care to warrant for. The man spoke matter of fact and to the point.

"You know the drill. This mission will test your abilities. The test is simple. All you have to do is destroy all BMs that have entered this region. Should you succeed, you will be registered as a Crow at Crow's Nest Mars. If you fail, you die. I’ll accompany you as an observer, but only in that capacity. Keep this in mind. Here they are. Time to see what you learned on earth."

Tatyana's gloved hands began to shake a bit as she grabbed the note that was being handed out to all of the the Crows. When she lifted the note to her view, her cold blue eyes staring down at the words on the paper. How glad she was to have picked her Full Assault loadout, though she was sure it was probably excessive for some drones. Her stealth loadouts would probably not work considering that they were just going to destroy the drones in plain sight.

She was wearing a bit of black kevlar armor, with her full gear on including pockets small compartments that hold a bunch of her auxiliary equipment. She also had a black handgun in a holster on her hip, and wanted to make sure she was away from the others. She left Snow in her quarters back she usually would let him accompany her in a small compartment she had fitted in her Raider, but figured it would look weird to everyone else. She had a black cloak on, with the hood up covering her blond hair.

Her boots clicked it across the floor as she headed out to her Raider, and got in it starting it up. She slid a keyboard out as she began to type a long list of commands into her system,"just running a few system checks, calibrating the weapon system and the hydraulics for a full assault mission. She pushed the keyboard out of her way as she began to move her Raider, the M416 stead on its right hand.

Aiden sighed as the gruff Crow's instructor yammered on about something or another, something about a mission, something about killing drones, and something about something. He wasn't quite sure what he was doing here, surely they'd seen his past performance, hell his psychosis itself was enough to warrant his stay here, but alas he could understand their hesitation. Afterall he did look like some teenager, 15 maybe 16 years old if I'm lucky he'd think to himself, a little unsure without a mirror.

Though as the instructor finished he'd nod his eyes becoming cold, and his stance stiffening, "Roger!" he'd shout in an almost robotic tone, his voice and body instinctually reacting to the commands as if it were programmed into his very being. Though in a way it was, afterall the program had instilled a rather set of guidelines for him, and the experiment seldom took disobedience as an option. Aiden shuddered for a moment as he walked to the Wraith unit climbed up the access hatch and powered it on, his handprint would then unlock all subsystems and allowing the power core to start preliminary start up routines while his head was soon greeted with the helmet and secondary HUD system. His mind was busy thinking of the isolation chamber, and the fear that it had instilled in him. To this day it wasn't often that he turned down an order, or even so much as a request from anyone, still rigid from his time at the experiment.

As the Wraith powered up, it seemed as if Aiden would power down, his eyes growing distant and hollow, as text darted across his helmet, and the neural interface began to quite literally send small shivers down his spine. The helmet was clunky, and truth be told Aiden hated it but for now it was his only choice, what with the proprietary link system in need of repairs. This jerry rigged mess would have to work he supposed, and as the screens began to shine with external input, he'd calmly stare out from the glowing visor. Of course he could place most of the inputs into the helmet display visor, but he liked the monitors that surrounded him, their cool light was after all something of a comfort to him after the long hours he had spent alongside them in the previous Wraith models. His mouth would twinge a bit, as if to attempt a vague smile, but his lips wouldn't move, perhaps a symptom of his psychosis, as he warmly remembered the earliest days at the program, before Saiyazaki corp had purchased the project.

As Aiden finished the diagnostics and warm up procedures he'd double check the weapons and stealth integrity before allowing the raider to take a tentative step, a single step forward to double check things. All things were clear, and Aiden would grip the controls a little tighter now as if holding the reins to some magnificent, yet powerful beast. He'd flip a quick switch allowing coms to broadcast live and unhindered to all nearby Raiders under the Crows designation or pre-imminent Crows test crew. "Wraith-03 Beta is clear, pilot status is green" he'd say in a truly monotonous tone, his voice devoid of any emotion as he delivered his status to the administrators and fellow candidates alike. He'd wait now wait in silence, his fingers primed as if wrapped around a trigger with targets in sight, this was after all something he had done before, and now it seemed he'd come back for more.

Dorian took the note as he read it over, thinking about the very notion that they had to stick to the cockpits for the idiots among them. Idiots among them, oh joy. Just what he wanted, to be surrounded by morons. Not that he didn't expect such things. He hoisted his foot onto the crane sticking out of his raider and it lifted him up to the cockpit. He slowly slid in and first thing he did was, even though he knew for himself it was unnecessary, he stuck the note somewhere close by as per instructions over some unnecessary controls he never really used.

He then began the start up systems as everything started slowly whirring to life like some old, rather ancient computer coming to life as one could hear chunk powering up, each hardware piece receiving the power and every single moving part slowly starting to turn or shift. He sighed, it was annoying they had to go through this training/drill nonsense, but he supposed to some degree it was necessary.

He took another breath as he adjusted his shoe as the final systems powered up and he began inputting data and setting up every system and check. Yes he was doing it the long way, but they had time and get it done now. He didn't want anything failing on him in the midst of a battle, not like last time....

BRENKS,DAMIEN. 32 YRS. RECRUIT NO. 1802. MESS HALL,1200 HOURS

Damien Brenks sat in the mess hall, eating his lunch with the rest of the recruits and full-fledged Crows. On his tray was a helping of ground beef in the shape of a steak, some gravy, peas, and potatoes. Fairly balanced, and it's what everyone got. Thankfully, the drinks were a choice. He elected for some simple milk, knowing the value of the beverage to a soldier. Others around him had coffee, tea,OJ,even pop. Damien shrugged. Whatever floated their boats. With a chuckle,Damien ate a mouthful of what the caf crew assured him was Salisbury Steak. Tasted like minute steak. No flavor. No juice. Just iron and protein. Last I checked, steak was delicious...

Still,he ate his meal quickly, and in silence. As he was drinking his milk,a corporal came up to him,and asked, "Damien Brenks?" Damien, mouth full, simply nodded. When the corporal held out a folded letter,Damien grabbed it and thumbed it open to read. As he did so,the no-ranker turned and left at a jog, obviously having other duties to attend to. Upon reading the note,Damien chuckled into the last few gulps of his milk. Setting down his empty glass,Damien muttered, "Finally." He was waiting to be processed for months, now. Likely due to his diagnosed pyromania. However,HighCom had seen fit to give him a safe place to burn things. He was on garbage incineration detail every Saturday.

Picking himself up from the seat,Damien headed to the one place where he needed to go before 2000 hours rolled around...

BRENKS,DAMIEN. 32 YRS. RECRUIT NO. 1802. MECH LAB,1430 HOURS

Damien stood in the head engineer's office, looking at his Nomad, which was now loaded into the gantry, ready for reconfiguration. "I'm going to be tested today." Damien passed the note to the head engineer as proof. "So,I decided to get ready for the test." The engineer nodded, and said, "You have three configurations you're cleared to access." Damien nodded. "I know. I had them put together." Looking at the mission brief,Damien nodded. "Freaker." The engineer raised an eyebrow. "Can't. We didn't repair the AC-30 you chopped up with the plasma torch." Damien chuckled, and said, "I sawed it down because I needed it to be snub nosed. It's SUPPOSED to be cut down." The engineer screwed up his face. "Then you can't engage distant targets, not with the canister shells." "That's the point, sergeant. Make the changes." The chief engineer nodded, and started to attach the parts. "Excellent!" Damien clapped the engineer on the shoulder. "She's gonna be making NOISE!" With a whoop,Damien left the operator booth, while the engineer just shook his head in disbelief.

BRENKS,DAMIEN. 32 YRS. RECRUIT NO. 1802. FIRING RANGE 02,1800 HOURS

Damien sat in his Nomad's cockpit, listening to the superior officer give a short and clipped introduction to their trial by fire. Damien yawned, though he made sure the microphone was muted as he did so. He flicked on the loudspeakers, and asked, "So,what's intel like? I'd like to know the terrain before we drop in."

The gruff commander sighed and opened his comms again to Damien's inquiry. There was going to be at least one guy who did this.

"Use the note and your eyes ya nugget!"

There was a slight pause and several booting up sounds and clicking could be heard.

"The BM's have now been activated. Have fun."

sam_02.jpg

The eyes lit up on A LOT of these small cannon fodder BM's, some walkers with machine guns, others flying ones with missiles. The reloading of guns and loading missile chambers was audible.

The large AC spoke again.

"Remember I will not help you on this mission. I wish you luck and that I see you on this side of Death's door."

After all the BM's had loaded at the end of his sentence, they began opening fire. They were ruthless and of little sentience, programmed only to attack these Crows. Gunfire rattled and missiles fired from all directions. It was a harsh test, but it sifted out the crème of the bunch.

Damien rolled his eyes at the CO's reply. "I was figuring a hot drop somewhere..." He muttered, though the loudspeakers were still on. At this range, cover was limited, and these battlemechs used kinetic weapons by the looks of things. Great. Fan-freaking-tastic. The Nomad can laugh off lasers, explosions, and the goddamned SUN! But bullets? Nope, not gonna fly. "The note WAS pretty damn vague." At the sound of the mechs booting up,Brenks smiled. He saw the missile boats. In fact,he trained himself to locate them first. Artillery's a powerful thing. Getting a bead on the missile boats,he figured they were halfway through reloading. They were airborne,so they were easy targets, without cover. Damien pointed the SunSpot into the thick of the landbound ranks. He had a hunch those missiles tracked heat signatures, not radar profiles.

Still,just in case...

Damien engaged the Fibber, creating a dozen false radar signatures all over the room...And one or two outside. Well,if the missiles hit the wall,he knows the targeting mechanism. As the battlemechs approached the end of their boot sequence,he had his mortar target a flank. AP Sabot shells they may be,and so they have barely any boom, but they were tested and confirmed to be able to instantly kill a Raider pilot with a single shot to the cockpit pod. So,imagine what it'd do to a drone.

Then,the mechs were ready.

The drones got the first word in,with their inhuman reflexes. Such is life, however, and Damien released his alpha strike. Twin dull thumps echoed out through the room as the Tiny Tim fired a shell into the flank, and the SunSpot catapulted an atomic flare into the heart of the drone's ranks. At the same time,he boosted to the right, then forward, the LB-X C-AC 30 brought to bear, opening fire on any battlemech to draw near. The spray of magnum Raider-scale buckshot obliterated any drone that dared to get close. Jinking this way and that, advancing on the missile boats,Damien cackled as the first volley of missiles slammed into unintended targets, thanks either to the atomic flare being the hottest thing in the room,or his ECM providing cover. The ballistic battlemechs were having a difficult time hitting the Nomad. It was fast. Faster than most. The few shots that did sneak in hit the kinetic barrier.

Damien was upon them.

"Oi,Suzy!" Damien leapt on the nearest missile boat, engaging his plasma blade. Damien fell upon the missile boat like a bag of bricks on a man. He buried the weapon in the drone's hull, and dragged it to the ground with the Nomad's weight, planting the muzzle of his autocannon to the side of the hull, sinking a few shells into it,tearing the thing down. Coming to ground,Damien deactivated the Dreyfus-P,and zipped to the side, firing off a volley of shells at the remaining missile boats. THIS is what the Freaker's for. Strike, hard and fast. Don't give them time to think. The Freaker Loadout was aptly named. Continuing his assault,Damien charged to his next target, keeping an eye on the missile boats, and his allies. If they knew their tactics, they'd know what to do.
