Two Thousand Club
Coko walked through the city streets, hanging his head. He turned his head left and right slightly while listening to the citizens of the city blabbering about him. He flinched in anger as he heard thing like, "Coko's a mad man." or "The police should put him back in that asylum where ge belongs." He sighs as he walks on with a hood covering his eyes.

Relah looked up from her spot on the water tower. He's back... She thought as she lifted her head to catch another wiff drifting to her nose from the wind.

There was really no way to explain the churn in her stomach. She didn't move, she had her knees bent with her arms resting on them and laid out. The hood of her small green jacket was up, covering her face but as she lifted her head to catch one last wiff before he left the drift of the wind, it fell back, letting lose her short purple hair.

With out another thought, pushed herself up and jumped from the tower.

Deliah was walking among the masses of people, her black beanie covering her head. A black hoodie sagged off of Deliah's thin figure, accompanied with a pair of skinny jeans. She was being forced to live in this miserable place, just because she happened to be somewhere at the wrong time. Now, Deliah had to live in the alleys, for if she were to live in an actual house, she would be able to get traced. It was just so unfair. Deliah would have to live with a new name her entire life, for something she wasn't even responsible for. "Thief." "Robber." The names were endless. Deliah kicked a can along the road, hanging her head under the weight of everyone's judgement.

Coko looked around and saw a skinny, black-hooded figure. He remembered he from the wanted list. Walking up to her, he says, "Hey, Delilah"

Deliah nearly jumped when she heard her name. Turning around, she saw that it was someone familiar, but she couldn't place them. "Hey," Deliah said. She knew that she would have to keep her guard up. All of a sudden, it hit her. It was Coko, someone Deliah had seen in the newspaper.

Coko gestured her to settle down and smiled. "You're just like me." Coko says in a welcoming tone. Coko looked at Delilah's weak body and thought, She must've not eaten in a long time. Maybe I should offer her lunch. Coko extends his hand and asks kindly, "Do you want to get some lunch with me?"

Deliah relaxed a little, but still didn't trust him completely. It took a lot for someone to gain her trust, and she had just met Coko. Still, he seemed nice enough. He was even offering her lunch! "Sure, but I don't have any money," Deliah said.

Coko smiled at her acceptance. He chuckled and said, "At my house silly. It's to dangerous to go somewhere. Considering the lockdown." He looked at her welcomingly as the civilians moved around them.

"Oh," Deliah said. Her cheeks turned red as she gave a small smile. "Okay." She was happy that Coko was being so nice to her, and was a little surprised too. It had been such a long time since anyone hadn't given her crap, let alone being on normal terms.

The lockdown was starting to get on her nerves though. At first, it hadn't bothered her because she had nowhere to go. Now, Deliah couldn't do anything in the fear of getting caught.

Coko gestured Delilah to follow as he started walking. He checked the buildings to see if he was heading in the right direction. He walked a bit faster noticing a cop close by. "Cops are here. We best hurry." When they reached the apartment, Coko opened the door and gesture Delilah to walk inside.

Deliah followed Coko, looking around her in the process. There were so many buildings there! It was probably really easy to get lost or something. "Crap, why do they always appear out of nowhere?" she said when they saw the cops. Luckily, they got to the apartment soon. "Thanks," Deliah said as she walked into the apartment.

Coko smiled as he watched Delilah walked in his apartment. Coko looks back to see if they were being followed. With squinting eyes, he slowly closes the door and turns to Delilah. "So...what do you want to eat?"

((Sorry for replying after so long!))

"Hm, I dunno. What do you have?" Deliah asked. She didn't want to be greedy, but it had been a while since she had eaten. Money was short, so Deliah couldn't afford to eat all the time.

((It okay!)) Coko shrugged and checked the frige. "I can make, steak, burgers, spaghetti, sushi, rice, chicken, potatoes..et cetra...))

"Hm...I'll have a burger," Deliah said. It had been such a long time since she had eaten a burger. "If it's ok with you." She leaned against the counter, resting her arms on the surface.

Coko heats up two patties in the microwave he got from the fridge. While the meat was heating, Cooko asks, "What do you want on it?"

The patties were done heating. He put ketchup on his and cheese and mayo on Delilah's. The two mels were put on plates and Coko served them. "Bon apatite." Coko bit into his then quick withdrew. He faned his mout with his hands quickly, saying, "Hot hot hot hot!"
