[Leon Heart]

He could sense the panic in the young woman's voice. He was endeared by her nervousness and gave small laugh, his eyes squinting slightly as he did so.


"No need to apologize. I'll be your combative instructor this semester. Name's Leon but when in the classroom call me instructor". While he could be friendly in nature he didn't want to be taken too lightly. His often serious attitude in the classroom makes an impression on many. Afterwards, it can be difficult to see him in a different light.


"What's your name and will you be taking combatives?"

[The Velveteen Rabbit]

"Have fun at your new school!"


A voice sang out from a navy blue convertible Lexis as a tall, slender woman with blonde hair climbed out of the front seat. The girl didn't even bother to open the door, and simply leaped out joyfully. With two bags in hand, the girl began walking towards the academy.


"Oh I will! Remember to write me! Don't forget this time!" The blonde woman with brilliant, purple and orange eyes called back with a thick English accent. Kissing her hand lightly, the tall girl blew a kiss to the person sitting in the blue car with a smile.


"Love you!" The woman in the car chimed, pulling the car out of the parking lot before she had time to reply. Whipping around as soon as the car was out of sight, the tall blonde beauty faced the academy with an excited gleam in her eyes. Two bags sat at her side, looking like they weighed quite a lot, but the girl picked them up without a problem.


Mia let out a long, relaxed smile as she strode closer to the school, a cheerful smile on her face. Ever since she had gotten the acceptance letter, she had been EXTREMELY excited to attend. The letter was shipped all the way to England, where she lived with her older sister in a rather large house in London.


"Mia! You have a letter, darling!" Her older sister exclaimed out loudly, continuing to pour basil onto a plate of pasta. A series of thuds could be heard as Mia dashed down the stairs, skipping a step or two as she skidded into the kitchen.


"Ah! What's this? Could it be... My acceptance letter?" Mia said the last of her sentence in a sing songy voice, doing an elegant twirl across the kitchen towards the letter. Picking it up, she even smelled it before tearing open the paper eagerly. Performing another twirl, she whipped out the letter and sprung around the room with it in her hand.


"Dear god, child. Just open the damn letter." Her sister snickered with a playful grin, sliding her oven mitts off her hands and leaning against the counter.


"Alright, alright. I'll stop my beautiful performance," Mia laughed before opening the letter and skimming over the words. As soon as she was done reading, her eyes lit up like the sky at dawn, and squealed excitedly.


"I'VE BEEN ACCEPTED!" She practically screamed, jumping into her sister's arms and knocking over a glass.

Mia passed a few other students, who flashed her a puzzled look as they noticed her extreme beauty. Wiggling her fingers at them in a small wave, she giggled happily before entering the doors of the academy. A woman who Mia immediately recognized as the headmistress stood a few feet away from her. She seemed to be talking to other students, and Mia waited patiently before introducing herself.


Her unique, purple and orange infused eyes scanned over the sea of people, jumping from face to face as if searching for a familiar face. As she expected, she found none. But that wouldn't stop her from making friends.

Leo smiled shyly at the older male. "Hi. I'm Leona... You can just call me Leo... It's nice to meet you, sir..." She nodded slightly. "Yes, I'll be in your class." Suddenly, she frowned slightly, looking down at her shoes sadly as one of her glitches took hold. "I'm sorry... I don't think I'll be a very good student in your class..."

Austin walks around the halls, trying door after door and finding them all locked. No magic he tries opens them. "Stupid doors." He mutters as he kicks one. Just because Austin's a bad boy doesn't mean he likes to cuss. He sighs and reluctantly heads towards what he think is the entrance to the school. He was right. He heads out of the building and waits out side with everyone else. He sits on the steps and rests his head on his hand. He scans the crowd for any friends but doesn't find any. He sees a pretty, tall, blonde chick heads towards some lady he thinks is the headmaster. He puts on his famous half smile and stands up and heads on her direction. As he heads her way he slightly flips his bright red hair to get it out of his eyes.

 

[Leon Heart]

A small yawn had crept from his lips as he set his bag down. He didn't see the point in holding onto it for now. He didn't mean to be rude. In fact he was certain that he had hidden it quite well. However, when he looked back to the young girl he had noticed her frowning. He was immediately apologetic in his tone but it also held a small sense of curiosity as he happened to notice what appeared to be a "glitch", though he wasn't sure what to call it when it happened to a human. He stood up slowly from where he had placed his bag down, offering a passing glance to another young woman who had passed by with heavy looking bags.


"You can't say that before you've had your first class, Leo. It'll be up to me to judge that. Besides that's what this class is for. No one comes to a class naturally knowing all of the movements. That's what we teachers are for after all", he spoke, his words kind and reassuring to the best of his abilities.


"Just listen to what I have to teach you and you'll be fine", he nodded, convinced that what he observed earlier would be an easy obstacle she could surmount and perhaps even use to her advantage.

Feeling more confident, Nikki walks towards the blue haired boy to greet him and maybe even make a new friend. She smiles as she makes her way towards him hoping to catch his attention.


His long blue hair moves with the wind and she studies it and his other features as she gets closer. She feels her smile widen as she's just an arms length away. She taps him on the shoulder "hey, I'm Nicole, but you can call me Nikki of ya want." She says with her newfound confidence.

The redhead nodded. "I... suppose it makes sense that you would want to judge your students' abilities for yourself... I just figured I would let you know that I might not be very good with combat... Or anything..." She mumbles the last part under her breath, then shakes her head. "Sorry... I don't mean to sound depressing..." She glanced up at the brown haired man through a curtain of red locks. "I'll still try my hardest, of course... I just... don't think my hardest will be enough..."


Alexandru


Blue-grey eyes shone brightly as the teen gazed around the area. Suddenly, he felt a tap on his shoulder and turned around to face the first person he was going to talk to at his new school! He tilted his head, smiling warmly at the lovely young lady that had decided to speak to him. " 'ello Nikki!" He greeted cheerfully, his accent making 'Nikki' sound like 'Neekee'. "It is pleasure to be meeting you!" He held out a hand for her to shake, as was apparently custom in this country, according to the books he'd read before coming here.

Nikki takes the boy's hand and shakes it, taken aback by the accent. He looked completely American. Nikki shrugs it off and thinks of all the awesome possibilities of having a foreign friend. Sure the accent will take alittle getting used to but a new friend that's as nice as this blue hair kid seems is well worth the risk. Nikki hopes that the two have classes together so they can get to know each other better. Nikki chuckles slightly at the odd pronouciation of her name but takes it as a good sign as she sparks up conversation with the blue haired boy. "So whats your name?" She asks

Alex makes an odd, shocked face. "Oh! I am zo zorry! I should 'ave introduzed myzelf in beginning, yez?" Nodding once determinedly to himself, he takes a step back and bows at the waist. "I am Alexandru Luca!" He stood back to his full height, smiling warmly at the brown haired girl before him. "You can call me Alex, yez?" 
((Sorry to interrupt! Sorry to screw things up guys, but we hired a new teacher since the sign-up process, therefore we have another class to choose from! I think that it might be best for students to take three to four classes, so we're all going to have to switch our schedules around! Sorry everyone! Leon crossed his arms as he observed the young woman, hiding herself in a veil of red hair.


"I don't think you'll need to worry about that. It's people who come to my class feeling they know what combat is who don't put in the effort to learn that fall behind. You on the other hand I feel will do quite well if you come to my class tomorrow with the same convincing promise that you've given me here. I'm keeping you from the headmistress though. Listen, just come to any of us if you have any problems at all. I'm sure any of the instructors, including myself, will be happy to help", he smiled slightly. He turned to see the young blond woman waiting to speak with Alexis as well while she was opening a portal for Serus.


"I should get going. I want to make myself familiar with my classroom and the grounds. See you later, Leo", he spoke kindly after he had leaned down to pick up his bag.


"Alexis, you've got a few more inquisitive young minds who wish to address you. If you don't mind I'm going to make myself familiar with the grounds and have a look at the combative classroom."

Alexis turns slightly when she hears Leon speak to her. "Ah, thank you, Leon. No, go right ahead, if you don't know where anything is, feel free to come find me and we'll get lost trying to look for it together!" She laughed lightheartedly and waved him off. Then she turned to look at Leo. "Was there something you wanted?"


The red haired girl nodded a bit. "Yes, um... I was just wondering... where I could find my dorm...?" She asked hesitantly. This made the black haired woman's eyes widen and she looked around and finally noticed all of the teenagers milling about, having no idea where the dorms were and no way to get into them even if they did.


"Oh my goodness!" She exclaimed, opening a portal, out of which came a... filing cabinet... If that what you wanted to call the bunch of baskets stacked on a wheeled shelf. She asked for Leo's name before pulling out a folder with the redhead's on the front and handing it to the girl. "There you are! That should have all the information you'll need to navigate the campus and your classes, along with a room key!"


Smiling slightly, Leo took it with s quiet "thanks" before quickly scampering away to find her room. It said that she would be rooming in the girl's dorm, east wing, room 138, with an Axel Bones... Nodding a bit to herself, she hurried to find her room so she could take a break from all the people.


Alexis, meanwhile, turned to look out at the students around her with a sheepish grin. "Okay, who's next?" 
((TEACHERS' ROOMS ARE UP THE STAIRS IN THE NORTH, GIRLS' DORMS IN THE EAST, BOYS' IN THE WEST AND CLASSES ARE HELD ON THE GROUND FLOOR))

Nikki is shocked at Alex's bow as he introduces himself. She laughs slightly and then she hears the headmistress call for people to come get there dorm keys and info. "I think we should go get our keys so we can unpack." She says to Alex. "Bye! Ill talk to you later!" She says a she walks towards the headmistress. She's almost to the headmistress when a boy with bright red hair shoves her out of the way and demands his key and info. Nikki stumbles and falls to the ground, dropping her sketch pad and hurting her ankle as she hits the ground.


Austin pov


Austin chuckles as some brown hair girl gets in his way. He shoves her out of his way, eager to get his info and get outta here. "Where's my key and wheres my dorm?" He almost demands to the headmistress.

 

[Leon Heart]

Leon nodded as he gained his approval from the headmistress. He shuffled his bag around a little in his hand to make it more comfortable to carry. His weapon swayed at his hip, the non-sharpened edge of the blade lightly hitting his leg though not enough to bother him. He felt the warm breeze flow from the door that he was leaving behind him and made his way down the path that the headmistress had taken down to meet all of them. He wondered how much time she had to get to know her way around this place. She seemed confident enough to offer her help but in such a large place he had no doubt that one could get lost in its grand halls. He turned his head slowly left and right from time to time, gazing upon the many decorations that lined each hallway he passed through. Every now and again he would come across a small map that acted as the directory as well as for locating tornado shelters and the like. This made his smile a little to himself, thinking that in such a magical place such precautions would be needed. He looked closely at one of the maps this time, trying to spot his location. When he had looked at his surroundings and coordinated them with the map posted on the wall, he took his free hand and ran his finger along a path that led from his location to the combatives classroom. He took a brisk pace as soon as he was sure of his path and soon reached a pair of great wooden doors, similar to the wood of every door used in this academy. Holding his bag down at his side rather than over his shoulder, Leon placed his hand on the slender handle and pulled down. Hearing the latch click, he pushed the door forward and walked inside. There was rather musty smell to the room which was lined with mats and bags, all new of course for the opening of the academy. He placed his bag down on the floor at the entrance and walked inside, placing his hands on his hips and looking first at the high ceiling and next the padded ground. Surpluses of swords, axes, daggers and all manner of weapons were placed to the right side of the classroom. Targets were marked on the other side, brand new and freshly furnished. Bows and arrow were lined along the same wall as the other equipment and padding was neatly placed in their respective spots on the wall directly across from the door. As impressed as he was with the indoor facilities he could not wait to have a look at the outdoor arrangements made for this class.

As Alex immediately rushed to his new friend's side, asking if she was alright, Alexis turned her attention to the red haired boy that had just KNOCKED HER DOWN! The black haired woman's face formed a pleasant smile, but a dark, dangerous aura surrounded her. "Excuse me, young man, but I think it might be in your best interest to apologize to the young lady that you just bowled over." It was not a suggestion.

 

[Spirits N Souls]

Skyler curtseys and smiles. "Well I better go get my key and things... See you around?" She quickly walked over to the headmistress and waited for her turn. "Hello, Miss Headmistress. I really like this academy. I just wanted to thank you for accepting me for enrollment. Excuse me I must be going. She said nervously abit shaken and silent. She politely smiled and curtseys. She gets pushed down, and she steps out of the way after receiving her stuff.

Austin





Austin gives the headmistress his most fake innocent face. "Oh, me? I'm so sorry!" He says in a fake southern accent, clearly not being truly sorry. He turns to the brown haired girl who now has a blue haired boy trying to help her up. He sees her knee, which looks pretty bloody and scratched up. He also notices her foot at an odd angle. Austin feels guilty for just a minute but it quickly goes away as he turns to the headmistress and says "there, happy?"

Nikki's ankle starts to throb as it twists when she falls. Alex quickly rushes over to her to help her. Nikki slowly eases her head down onto the pavement an closes her eyes as her ankle throbs.

Alexis


The black haired woman narrows bright yellow eyes in a glare. She had so hoped that they could get through the first day without having any real problems. "No, I am not happy." She turned to look at the instructor still in front of her. "I'm sorry to ask this of you on the first day, Serus, but do you think you could supervise a detention for me?"


Alexandru


Alex begins to panic, not knowing what to do to help, and he looks around frantically, trying to find something that will somehow just magically make everything better again. "Oh!" The blue haired boy suddenly exclaimed, pulling one of his many water bottles out of his bulging backpack. "Okay, Nikki, this should 'elp zome." Without waiting for a response, Alex took the cap off and tipped the bottle over. Instead of giving in to gravity and flowing to the ground, however, the clear liquid formed two orbs, which then floated over to settle on Nikki's knee and ankle, engulfing the injured areas. Blood and tension began to leave the injuries, being pulled out by the cool liquid.

"Supervise a detention, now? I'd be delighted." Serus said, stepping through the portal, whisked away to the floor with the teacher's rooms. You know, I really ,really hate teleporting. He said as he felt his stomach contorting as he felt like he was falling through an infinite blackness... And then ascending through light as his senses came to. At first he was dizzy, but it wore off within the moment. Spinning on his heel, Serus walked down the hall of teacher's rooms. His shoes clacked on the tile floor as he looked side to side, looking for his name printed on a - "Ah, there we go!" Serus said. He twisted the handle on the door, stepping through into the room. He closed the door behind him with his shoe. Stepping forwards, he put all of his bags on the bed, taking out nine retractable sand rakes. He carried four in each hand and one in his pocket as he stepped out of his room, and walked down the stairs to the ground floor. "Now, if this room is anything like what I asked for..." Serus said, opening his classroom. "Which it is- I have a lot of work to do." He closed the door behind him, locking it, and then moving a chair under the handle. Serus set down the retractable sand rakes, taking out one obelisk with his right hand. And then, he slashed himself down the arm. His blood defied gravity, instead of dripping off, it simply all went into the obelisk, which slowly turned blood red. He muttered a healing charm and watched how his arm's skin slowly came back. "It's amazing every time, I swear.." he muttered to himself, crushing the obelisk with his hand. The shattered pieces disappeared, becoming individual flying mechanisms with arms. Each of them picked up a sand rake and started raking the sand floor, turning it into a japanese indoor rock garden. Serus picked up his own rake, raking along in rhythm with the robots.

 

[Happy Red Mage]

Arvin slowly woke up from a tree. He got sleepy earlier and decided that he should sleep, after all, sleeping is good for the body. He stretched and yawned before accidentally rolling of the tree and plummeting to the ground. "Hmph whdmp knmph, grmph tsth like saldth." He said, his voice being muffled by a mouthful of grass. He spit the grass out and stood up and stetched once more. "*Yawn* That was a nice nap..." He muttered as he slowly walked to the academy. He then promptly walked into a wall, broke through several more after that and fell onto some sand and slept again, dreaming of beaches and pretty ladies.

After Skyler had grabbed her things she made her way to the dormitories, fixing her belongings, and sighed. "A lot is gonna change Talon... " She then had finished her placement, and had gotten ready to leave the room. "I wonder if my roommate is even here yet." She opened the door, abit uneasy and then moves abit back. She is too shy to go an make friends, so she sits on her bed pulls out a sketch pad and draws a portrait of Talon, sitting silently she used one hand for petting her pet the other for drawing, she stopped and looked around. "This is so different. I don't know if I'll be able to make it here."

Austin grins slightly as the headmistress mentions detention. It's just his first hour and he's already got detention.


Austin puts his famous half smile on again and replies to the headmistress mockingly, "I am so sorry Madame," he says with a bow. "But could you escort me to detention?" He stands to his full height again and smirks at her 
Nikki feels cool water surround her knee and ankle. She feels the pain and stinging leave her knee and ankle And she sighs in relief. She thought she would have to be sent home because of her injurys. 'Stupid me' she thought to herself. 'Its a magic school. I have got to get used to this.' She thinks again. 'One things for certain thpugh, Alex is a really good friend. We just met and he just fixed my ankle like that!' She thinks to herself.


Nikki slowly gets up and balances herself. She turns to Alex and gives him a quick hug "thank you so much!" She says to him. She turns towards the headmistress and finds the red haired boy talking to her. The headmistress doesn't look happy with him either.

She had gotten up with confidence, and walked out of the room, then she began to look around realizing that she was more than likely late she had started hastily walking forward to her first class. She went In a room. "Is this the protection and healing class?" She remarked in a very kind, and worried tone. Standing in the doorway abit nervous and shaken, she hasn't looked face to face with the professor, but had waited for a reply patiently.

Alexis and Leona


Bright yellow eyes narrowed at the boy, then her face became very calm as she replied. "I'm afraid I have to stay here to hand out the information packages." She glanced off to the side to see another redhead, and she quickly gestured to her to get her attention. "Miss McFaul, do you think you could escort Mister..." She glanced at the boy in front of her, before shrugging and turning back to the girl. "Could you take him to the Summoning 303 room? It should be down the hall, just on the ground floor. Thanks."


Somewhat terrified, Leo turned wide, almost glowing green eyes to the other redhead. "Um... Hi...? I... I guess we should get going..." She murmured, shaking slightly. Turning away, she almost ran down the hall, trying to get away from all the people. Pausing at the start of the next hallway, she looked back to see if the boy was following her.


Alexis turned back to look at the brown haired girl that had been knocked over. She smiled, seeing that she was fine, having been attended to by another student with long blue hair. "Are you alright, miss?" She asked, just to be sure, then looked at the blue haired young man. "Thank you for helping her as you did."


Alexandru


The blue haired teen grinned at Nikki, happy to see that he'd been of some help. " 'appy to be of zervize, Nikki! You are veeling better, yez?" He just wanted to make sure. In case he had to go looking for a medical kit or something. When the Headmistress spoke to them, he looked up to meet her eyes and smiled slightly. "It vaz no problem!"

Austin grins when the headmistress calls upon a red head girl to escort him to detention. He grabs his fox and lays Redan (his fox) across his shoulders.


He follows the girl once again putting on his famous half smile. He sparks up conversation once they get inside and away from the headmistress. "Sup Red?" He asks her 
Nikki replies to the headmistress with "yes ma'am" and a slight grin. She speaks to the headmistress again "although I feel quite sleepy now. Could I get my dorm information and my key please?"
