'About Me' on Profile

It appears as though the 'About Me' tab does not show up on the profile for other users. I can see it but no one else can. Is there an option I have to select to make it visible to others? I know this is not an issue that is happening to me. I asked @Cross_Rhodes to post something under her personal information to see if any 'About Me' tab will show up but to no avail.

It was set for some reason so only the user and the staff could see it.
