Ability to share private workshop

CloudyBlueDay

made up of opposites
I would really love a feature that allows us to show people the private workshop, so they can see what I'm working on, especially BBCode. Maybe it would be kinda like Google Docs, where if you give someone the link to your private workshop thread they can view it, or you can 'add' people who have the ability to view.

This was suggested before I believe.

The previous reply was to post things you want to share in the personal discussion or Role-play planning forum depending on what it was.

This would require an addon to change the functionality of Xenforo's permission system. At the moment there is no simple way to allow such a feature. As xenforo lets a forum's thread be either open to everyone via link or the index, or closed to everyone but yourself. There isn't really any other option at this moment.

Likewise as Atom said - the public workshop is the Roleplay Advice and Planning forum.

This is correct.

The way the private workshop actually functions, can't be shared since its just using stuff built into the forum.

Basically the private workshop is admin contact renamed. Only you and the staff can see your threads.
